NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee Department of Safety’s Driver Service Center in Wilson County will be upgrading its computer network on Thursday, March 19, 2009. The enhancement to the system will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on that day. The Driver Service Center, located at 725 Elkins Drive in Lebanon, will remain open during this three hour window to offer limited services, such as knowledge tests; however, no driver licenses or identification licenses can be issued during that time period.

Residents who need a duplicate license or need to renew their driver license are encouraged to see if they are eligible to renew online. Please visit the Tennessee Department of Safety’s website at www.tn.gov/safety for more information.
 
The Wilson County Driver Service Center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
