REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:
       Thursday January 21 through Tuesday January 26, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstates in Davidson, Rutherford, Williamson, Dickson, Sumner and Robertson Counties for guardrail repair and installation.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
       Thursday January 21 through Wednesday January 27, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Davidson County in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
       Thursday January 21 through Wednesday January 27, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday January 21 through Wednesday January 27, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.
o    I-24, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd and Bell Rd (MM 40 to MM 61)
       Thursday January 21 through Wednesday January 27, 8PM-5AM, There will be periodic short term night time lane closures at the following locations to install device foundations, DMS foundation installation, and shoulder paving.
o    I-24, both directions, between the I-440 Interchange and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 52 to MM 62), 2-3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation.)
       Saturday January 23 and Sunday January 24, 6AM-12PM, The right lane of I-24 East south of Haywood Lane (MM 57 – MM 58) will be closed to install a radar device.

MARION and HAMILTON COUNTIES, I-24 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction. Estimated completion date is December 2010.

o    Friday, January 22, 7PM until Monday January 25, 6AM: There will be one lane closed Westbound (two lanes open), two lanes closed Eastbound (one lane open).
o    Monday, January 25, 6AM through Wednesday, January 27: There will be one lane closed Westbound (two lanes open), one lane closed Eastbound (two lanes open).
       Existing four lane cross-section (east of the arch spans) closures
o    Wednesday, January 20, 12AM until Friday, January 22, 7PM: There will be two Westbound, two Eastbound lanes open.
o    Friday, January 22, 7PM until Monday, January 25, 6AM: There will be two Westbound lanes open, onelaneclosed Eastbound (one lane open).

NOTE: The eastbound exit ramp (Ramp N-O) located just east of the arch spans will be closed from 7PM Friday, January 22, until 6AM Monday, January 25. The westbound entrance ramp (Ramp IL/D) located just east of arch spans will remain open at all times. Delays due to weather may cause lane closures to be canceled or rescheduled.

SHELBY COUNTY, ITS Cable/Radar/Electrical Installation I-40 & I-240:Thursday, January 21, through Wednesday, January 27. No scheduled closures.

REGION 4, Installation of Longitudinal Cable Barrier Rail on various Interstate & State Routes:
       SHELBY COUNTY
o    Thursday, January 21, through Wednesday, January 27. I-40 westbound MM 25.00 to MM 18.00 from 8PM-6AM, nightly. The contractor will have one lane maintained at all times.
       HAYWOOD COUNTY
o    Thursday, January 21, through Tuesday, January 26. I-40 eastbound andwestbound MM 43.00 to MM 51.00 from 8PM-6AM, nightly. The contractor will have one lane maintained at all times.
       HENDERSON/MADISON COUNTIES
o    Thursday, January 21, through Tuesday, January 26. I-40 eastbound andwestbound MM 113.00 to MM 84.00 from 8PM-6AM, nightly. The contractor will have one lane maintained at all times.

HENDERSON COUNTY Design-Build on SR-104 over I-40 MM 101.00:Saturday, January 23, I-40 eastbound from 7AM-12PM. The contractor will havelane closures in order to relocate equipment over I-40. One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times.  (THP will be assisting with traffic control).

o    I-40, Westbound, between US70S and east of Charlotte Pike (MM 196 to MM 203), 2 lanes remain open. (multiple locations for foundation installation).
       Saturday January 23, 11PM-9AM, Road Closures: There will be periodic traffic stoppage, 30 minute maximum, on I-40 to install DMS signs over the interstate. Closures will begin at 11pm and potentially continue until 9am. Metro officers will be used to pace/stop traffic. (This work was cancelled last week due to rain)
o    I-40, both directions, between Briley Pkwy and Spence Lane, DMS 38 and DMS 39 (MM 213-214)
o    I-40, Westbound, at the Wilson County Line, DMS 42 (MM 223)

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project) Saturday January 23 and Sunday January 24, 6AM-6PM, and Monday January 25, 8PM-5AM, The I-40 eastbound off ramp at White Bridge Rd. (exit 204) will be closed in order to install bridge beams.
 
REGION 3 Installation of Cable Barrier:
       Thursday January 21 through Wednesday January 27, 8PM-6AM, (excluding Friday and Saturday), There will be one lane closed on I-40 eastbound and westbound in Wilson County from MM 226 to MM 236 in order to install cable barrier. One lane will remain open.

PUTNAM COUNTY, I-40 rockfall mitigation at various locations: The contractor will have daytime shoulder closures in order to place signs on project. Nighttime lane closures will be needed to place mix and set barrier rail to route traffic around construction activities. One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times. All lane closures will be from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Estimated completion date is July 2010. 
 
ROANE COUNTY, I-40 Westbound near Mile Markers 352.8 and 362.4: On Tuesday, January 26, 2010, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should be alert for a closure as crews perform guardrail repair. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.

LOUDON COUNTY, I-40 Westbound near Mile Marker 364.1: On Tuesday night, January 26, 2010, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should be alert for a closure as crews perform guardrail repair. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East between Mile Markers 443 and 449.5:Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures in this area during daylight hours as crews perform cable barrier installation. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East near the North Carolina State Line: I-40 East remains closed near the North Carolina state line due to a rockslide approximately three miles inside North Carolina. I-40 East is closed just east of the Waterville Exit (Exit 451). I-40 thru traffic should follow I-81 North (Exit 421) to I-26 East (Exit 57A) towards Asheville, however, all exits on I-40 in Tennessee are open and accessible. For updated information, go to: http://www.tdot.state.tn.us/rockslide.htm

       Thursday January 21 through Wednesday January 27, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-440 eastbound and westbound in order to grind the roadway. (Weather Permitting)
       Saturday January 23, 4AM through Monday January 25, 6AM, I-440 westbound from I-24 to I-65 will be closed in order to perform concrete repairs. (Weather Permitting)
 
 
I-640
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-640 Eastbound at Mile Marker 3.4 near the I-75/I-275 Interchange:On Tuesday night, January 26, 2010 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should be alert for a right lane closure as crews perform guardrail repair. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
 
 
I-55

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: Widening of exist bridges, 3 lanes reduced to 2 each direction. Southbound will be shifted to the newly widening roadway. Traffic switched to new roadway. There will no longer be access to Mallory (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. Use Third St (Exit 7) detour to Mallory. Riverside Drive from Mallory Avenue to Devant Street is closed indefinitely.  This existing section of roadway will be new location of the northbound I-55 entrance ramp. Use the newly constructed Riverport Road extension as an alternate route.
       Thursday, January 21, through Wednesday, January 27, northbound from 9AM-3PM. The contractor will haveintermittent lane closures to work on interstate bridge construction (Bridge 1). One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times.

DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair: bridge repairs, over Mississippi River. Northbound and Southbound shoulders are closed. Thursday, January 21, through Wednesday, January 27. No scheduled closures.

I-75
 
HAMILTON and BRADLEY COUNTIES, I-75 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction.  Estimated completion date is December 2010. 
 
HAMILTON COUNTY, I-75 widening project from 1.1 miles south of Lee Highway (SR-2, US-11) to 1.2 miles north of Lee Highway (SR-2, SR-11): The contractor will only need a lane closure on I-75 during this period if there is an emergency situation which requires maintenance of items. If a lane closure is required, one lane of traffic will remain open at all times. 
       The contractor will have lane closures on Hill Top Road, Hunter Road, Snow Hill Road, Mountain View Road, Lee Highway, and Old Lee Highway from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM to construct new roadway and accommodate bridge construction. However, the contractor must move off the roadway from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM each day during the shift change at Miller Industries. One lane will remain open at all times.
Estimated completion date is December 2010. 
 
LOUDON COUNTY, I-75 Northbound near Mile Marker 74.3: On Tuesday night, January 26, 2010, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should be alert for a closure as crews perform guardrail repair. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 Northbound at Mile Marker 130.3 and I-75 Southbound near Mile Markers (137.7) (138.3) (140.5) and (150.5):On Monday night, January 25, 2010, between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should be alert for a closure as crews perform guardrail repair. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
