BLOUNT COUNTY, US 129/SR 115 between North Hall Road and Louisville Road: On Sunday, October 31, 2010, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 p.m., motorists should be alert for lane closures and rolling roadblocks through this area as crews perform overhead bridge work on the Greenway Pedestrian Bridge. Motorists traveling through this area should be alert for slowed traffic, expect delays and use caution. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes during these closures.
 
BLOUNT COUNTY, US 129/US 411 South at Foothills Mall Drive/Montgomery Lane: Beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 through Wednesday night, November 3, 2010, motorists should be alert for lane closures around the clock on US 129/ US 411 Southbound in Maryville at the intersection with Foothills Mall Drive/Montgomery Lane as crews perform concrete roadway repairs. Motorists traveling through this area should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect delays and use extreme caution. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes during these closures.

BLOUNT COUNTY, Bessemer Street SIA route serving Denso Manufacturing: Motorists should be alert for workers present and construction equipment near the roadway through this project. Motorists should use caution traveling through this area.
 
BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 336 Brick Mill Rd. near Old Niles Ferry Road: State Route 336 is closed to thru traffic near Old Niles Ferry Road and is being detoured as crews construct a concrete box culvert. Thru traffic in this area should follow signed detour route. Commercial traffic in this area should use US 411 and US 129 as a detour route. Motorists should use extreme caution traveling in this area. This closure is estimated to be in place through December 2010.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East Ramp to Asheville Highway (Exit 394): Beginning at 2 a.m. on Saturday, October 30, 2010 through Sunday afternoon, October 31, 2010, motorists should be alert for lane closures on the exit ramp from I-40 East to Asheville Highway (Exit 394) as crews perform roadway concrete replacement and repairs. During this time frame, LEFT TURNS ONTO EASTBOUND ASHEVILLE HIGHWAY (US 11E/25W/70) FROM THE EXIT RAMP WILL BE PROHIBITED. Motorists wishing to access eastbound Asheville Highway are encouraged to seek alternate routes. Alternate routes include: [From I-40 East, take Exit 390 (Cherry Street) to eastbound Magnolia Avenue (SR 1) and follow eastbound Magnolia Avenue back to US 11E.]; [From I-640 East, follow I-40 West and take Exit 390 (Cherry Street) to eastbound Magnolia Avenue (SR 1) and follow eastbound Magnolia Avenue back to US 11E.]; [From I-40 East, take Exit 398 (Strawberry Plains Pike), turn left and follow Strawberry Plains Pike to US 11E or US 25/70.]
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-40 West between James White Parkway (Exit 388) and Alcoa Highway (Exit 386): On Sunday night, October 31, 2010, motorists should be alert for lane closures in this area between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crews perform roadway repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution traveling in this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 332 Concord Road Bridge over Norfolk Southern Railroad near Northshore Drive: Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use caution traveling through this area as crews complete this bridge repair project.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 1 Kingston Pike over Norfolk Southern Railroad at Forrest Park Blvd:  Kingston Pike is reduced to one lane in each direction around the clock for bridge repairs. Motorists should be alert for traffic shifts and new conditions through this project. South Forrest Park Blvd. is closed at Kingston Pike. Motorists wishing to access South Forrest Park Blvd. should follow signed detour route. Motorists should use extreme caution when traveling through this area. 
 
(Recovery Act Project) KNOX COUNTY, Campbell Station Road between I-40 and Kingston Pike (SR 1): Motorists should be alert for construction activities and workers present through this widening project. On Thursday night, October 28, 2010 at 9 p.m., motorists should be alert for officers flagging traffic at the intersection of Campbell Station and Herron Road as crews perform traffic signal work in this area. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions, lane shifts, flag persons directing traffic at various times and use caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 131 Lovell Road between Gilbert Drive and Pellissippi Parkway: Motorists should be alert for workers present and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this project.

Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 126 (Wilcox Dr.) Bridge over the Holston River:Motorists should be alert lane closures through this bridge repair project. Motorists should be alert for changed conditions and use caution through this area.

UNICOI COUNTY, SR 36 (Spivey Mtn. Rd.) between North Carolina Line to Temple Hill Rd.: Motorists should be alert for lane closures through this resurfacing project, be alert for flag persons, workers and equipment present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
UNION COUNTY, Existing SR 33 Bridge over Clinch River (Norris Lake): The existing State Route 33 Bridge over Norris Lake is posted with weight limit restrictions and is being strictly enforced. Weight restrictions are: 5 axle vehicles are 35 tons; 3 or 4 axle vehicle is 22 tons; 2 axle vehicles are 20 tons. VEHICLES WEIGHING IN EXCESS OF THE RESTRICTED WEIGHTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CROSS THE BRIDGE AND MUST FOLLOW A DETOUR ROUTE. {Southbound traffic on the north side of the bridge traveling to the Maynardville area should follow South US 25E in Tazewell to Bean Station and take South US 11W to Blaine and follow SR 61 West to Luttrell, take SR 131 South (Tazewell Pike) to SR 144 West (Ailor Gap Rd.) to SR 33 in Maynardville. Southbound traffic on the north side of the bridge traveling to the Knoxville area should follow South US 25E in Tazewell to Bean Station and take South US 11W to Blaine and continue on South US 11W to Interstate 40.} {Northbound traffic on the south side of the bridge in the Knoxville area should follow I-40 to North US 11W (Rutledge Pike) to Bean Station and take North US 25E to Tazewell. Northbound traffic on the south side of the bridge in the Maynardville area should take SR 144 East (Ailor Gap Rd.) to SR 131 North (Tazewell Pike) to SR 61 in Luttrell and follow SR 61 East to North US 11W in Blaine. Follow North US 11W to Bean Station and take North US 25E to Tazewell.}
 
UNION COUNTY, SR 33 Bridge Project over Clinch River (Norris Lake): Motorists traveling on State Route 33 crossing the bridge over Norris Lake should be alert for changed traffic patterns on each side of the bridge. Motorists should be alert for workers present and flag persons directing traffic at various times as equipment enters and exits the roadway through this bridge replacement project. Motorists approaching this area should reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
UNION COUNTY, SR 33 between South of SR 144 (Hickory Star Rd.) and SR 61 East:Motorists should be alert for changed traffic patterns, removal of center turn lane on the north end of the project, workers, flag persons and equipment present and use caution traveling through this widening project.
 
UNION COUNTY, Sharps Chapel Road between Lambdin Ridge Rd. and Brewer Hollow Rd.: Motorists should be alert for new traffic patterns in this area as traffic has been switched from the old bridge to the newly constructed bridge. Motorists should use caution in this area as construction work continues. Motorist should be alert for flag persons directing traffic between Lambdin Ridge Rd. and Brewer Hollow Rd. at various times thru this bridge replacement project. 
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 75 (Suncrest Dr. /Sulpher Springs Rd.) between Deakins Estates Dr. and Sherfey Rd.: Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use caution through this drainage structure replacement project.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Flourville Road bridges over Boones Creek: Flourville Road between Pickens Bridge Road and Cabindale Road is now open to through traffic. Motorists may encounter one lane conditions on this bridge construction project as the contractor works to finish the cleanup.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution traveling through this area.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 81 from Jonesborough City Limits to SR 93:Motorists should be alert for lane closures through this resurfacing project, be alert for flag persons, workers and equipment present and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
