DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-65 at the junction with SR 12 (Rosa Parks Blvd.)

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 for the removal of the existing bridge deck.

Saturday October 9, 6AM-6PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Rosa Parks Blvd. in order to perform sidewalk work.

 

DAVDISON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-24 from SR 45 (OHB) to I-65

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 8PM-6AM, There will be lane closures from the I-24/I-65 split westbound to the Old Hickory Blvd. exit in order to perform parapet repairs.

Friday October 8, 8PM through Monday October 11, 6AM, The ramp from I-65 northbound to I-24 westbound will be reduced to one lane for bridge repair.

 

DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, electrical service, and testing.

·         Briley Pkwy, both directions, between I-40 and Centennial Blvd (MM 6 to MM 27)

·         I-24, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd and Bell Rd (MM 40 to MM 61)

·         I-40, both directions, between US 70 and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 196 to MM 222)

·         I-65, both directions, between Concord Rd and Long Hollow Pkwy (MM 70 to MM 97)

·         I-440, both directions, between Hillsboro Pike and I-24 (MM 3 to MM 7)

·         Ellington Pkwy, both directions, between Briley Pkwy and Spring St

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing: US 431 (Hillsboro Rd.) from Bridalway Dr. to Harding Place and Installation of Turn Lanes at Kingsbury Dr.

Tuesday October 12 and Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Hillsboro Rd. and at Kingsbury Dr. in order to mill and pave the roadway and begin excavation for turn lanes. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on US 70 ( Lebanon Rd.) from Highland View Dr. to Andrew Jackson Pkwy., SR 45 (OHB) from I-40 ramp to I-40, SR 265 (Central Pike) from SR 45 to the Wilson Co. Line

Sunday October 10 through Wednesday October 13, 9PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Lebanon Rd. and on Old Hickory Blvd. in order to mill and pave the roadway. One lane will remain open.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Maintenance of the ITS

Sunday October 10, 9PM-10PM, Close the right lane of I-40WB at MM 211.8 for the purpose of ITS System Maintenance. Three lanes of four lanes will remain open.

Sunday October 10, 10:15PM-11:15PM, Close the right lane of I-24WB at MM47.6 for the purpose of ITS System Maintenance. Three lanes of four lanes will remain open.

Sunday October 10, 11:30PM-12:30AM, Close the right lane of I-24WB at MM 47.2 for the purpose of ITS System Maintenance. Two lanes of three lanes will remain open.

Monday October 11, 1:15PM-2:15AM, Close the right lane of I-24EB at the Briley Parkway EB ramp at MM 43.5. One of two lanes will remain open.

Monday October 11, 2:30AM-3:30AM, Close the left lane of Briley Parkway EB at MM17.3. One lane of two lanes will remain open.

REGION 3, Retracing of Pavement Markings on Interstate and State Routes

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 8PM-5AM, There will be mobile operations on I-65 in Giles County from MM 0.0 to MM 22.5 in order to stripe the roadway.

Friday October 8, 8PM through Monday October 11, 5AM, There will be mobile operations on I-65 in Giles County from MM 0.0 to MM 22.5 in order to stripe the roadway.

 

BEDFORD COUNTY, SR 437 from US 231 to US 41A (Recovery Act Project)

Thursday October 7 through Saturday October 9, 8:30AM-2:30PM, There will be alternating lane closures on US 231 and pacing of traffic in order to set bridge beams. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.

 

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Slide Repair on SR 249

Now through approximately December 15, SR 249 at LM 4.6 north of Pegram will be closed for emergency slide repair. Detours will be in place.

 

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Bridge Construction on SR 13 (Wilma Rudolph) over the Red River

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. (SR 13) southbound over the Red River in order to perform bridge work.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Widening on Waldron Rd (Recovery Act Project)

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13: No closures scheduled.

 

SUMNER COUNTY, SR 109 Widening from SR 76 To SR 52

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Concord Rd. from Sunset Rd. to Edmondson Pike

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekend) There will be one lane closed on Concord Road from Crockett Rd. to Sunset for building golf cart/walk path and dressing slopes. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Slide Repair on SR 96 near Natchez Trace Pkwy.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 6 (Franklin Rd.)

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 6 (Franklin Rd.) from Moore’s Lane to Mack Hatcher Pkwy. in order to mill and pave the roadway. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.

Wednesday October 13, 9PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 96 between Royal Oaks Blvd. and I-65 in order to mill and pave the roadway. Troopers will be utilized for this operation.

 

WILSON COUNTY, SR-171 (Mt Juliet Road) Widening: (Recovery Act Project)

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekend), There will be temporary lane closures on Mt. Juliet Road (SR-171) northbound and southbound, from Division Street to Lebanon Road for the purpose of performing excavation and placement of base stone.     

 

WILSON COUNTY, SR 109 widening from I-40 to SR 24

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13: No closures scheduled.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:

Davidson County

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for ditch cleaning. 

Thursday October 7 through Wednesday October 13, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-1AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.

Thursday October 7, 8PM-3AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-24 westbound between mile marker 53 and mile marker 54 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.

Tuesday October 12, 8PM-3AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-24 eastbound between mile marker 53 and mile marker 54 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.

Montgomery County

Monday October 11 through Friday October 15, 7PM-5AM, There will be one lane closed periodically on State Route 12 (Ashland City Hwy.) from mile marker 15 to mile marker 18 in each direction. Stones River Electric, working as a contractor for the City of Clarksville, will be installing street light heads.

 

 

 

 

Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.
