October 15 is Deadline to Submit Comments for 2011 Sport Fishing Regulations

NASHVILLE --- The Oct. 15 deadline is approaching to submit comments to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency concerning its 2011 sport fishing proposals. This is an opportunity for the public to share ideas and concerns about fishing regulations with TWRA staff.

 

Public comments will be considered by fisheries managers and may be presented as proposals for regulation changes. Comments may be submitted by mail to: Sport Fish Comments, TWRA, Fisheries Management Division, P.O. 40747, Nashville, TN 37204 or emailed to click here. Please include “Sport Fish Comments” on the subject line of emailed submissions.

 

The 2011 sport fishing regulations will be established during the Oct. 27-28 meeting of the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Commission. The meeting will be held at Pickwick Landing State Park.
