DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project)
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17: No closures scheduled.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-65 at the junction with SR 12 (Rosa Parks Blvd.)
  • Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 9PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound in order to relocate barrier rail and install metal bridge decking.
  • Friday November 12, and Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 9PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Rosa Parks Blvd. in order to relocate barrier rail, construct sidewalks, and install metal bridge decking.
  • Saturday November 13, 6AM-6PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Rosa Parks Blvd. in order to work on sidewalks.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 ramp to Old Hickory Blvd (Brentwood)
  • Sunday November 14 through Thursday November 18, 9PM-5AM, The right lane of OHB westbound at I-65 will be closed in order to install curb and gutter.
 
DAVDISON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-24 from SR 45 (OHB) to I-65
  • Friday November 12 through Monday November 15, 8PM-6AM, There will be lane closures from the I-24/I-65 split eastbound and westbound to the Old Hickory Blvd. exit in order to perform guardrail repairs and bridge and ramp repairs.
  • Friday November 12, 8PM through Monday November 15, 6AM There will be one lane closed on the I-65 northbound to I-24 westbound ramp in order to perform approach slab repairs. One lane will remain open.
  • Saturday November 13 and Sunday November 14, 6AM-8PM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-24 eastbound in order to perform bridge approach slab repairs.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-24 from North of Spring St. to North of I-40
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to pave the roadway, fog seal the shoulders, and install permanent pavement markings.
 
DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 10, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, electrical service, and testing.
·         I-24, both directions, between Briley Pkwy and north of Old Hickory Blvd (MM 43 to MM 39) and between Hickory Hollow Pkwy and Waldron Rd (MM 60 to MM 64)
·         Vietnam Veterans, both directions, between I-65 and New Shackle Island (MM 0 to MM 5)
 
 
 
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing: US 431 (Hillsboro Rd.) from Bridalway Dr. to Harding Place and Installation of Turn Lanes at Kingsbury Dr.
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, (Saturday 7AM-3PM), (excluding Sunday) There will be alternating lane closures on Hillsboro Rd. and at Kingsbury Dr. in order to pave the roadway and install guardrail. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Construction on Hillsboro Road (SR 106)
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17: No closures scheduled.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-440 Misc. Repairs
·         Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-6AM (each night), There will be alternating lane closures on I-440 East and West from I-40 to I-65 in order to repair snowplowable markers. One lane will remain open in each direction.
 
REGION 3, On Call Concrete Repair
  • Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-6AM, There will be one lane in each direction of Ellington Pkwy. closed in order to saw the roadway. 
  • Saturday November 13, 4AM through Monday November 15, 5AM,There will be one lane in each direction of Ellington Pkwy. closed in order to perform concrete repairs. Traffic on the ramps will be shifted.
 
REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstates and state routes in Davidson, Smith, Humphreys, Rutherford, Giles, Marshall, and Williamson Counties for guardrail repair and installation.
 
REGION 3, Retracing of Pavement Markings on Interstate and State Routes
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-5AM, There will be mobile operations on I-40 in Smith County (MM 250-259) for striping
  • Friday November 12, 8PM through Monday November 15, 5AM, There will be mobile operations on I-40 in Smith County (MM 250-259) for striping
 
CHEATHAM COUNTY, Slide Repair on SR 249
  • Now through approximately December 15, SR 249 at LM 4.6 north of Pegram will be closed for emergency slide repair. Detours will be in place.
 
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Bridge Construction on SR 13 (Wilma Rudolph) over the Red River
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. (SR 13) southbound over the Red River in order to perform bridge work.
 
RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Widening on Waldron Rd (Recovery Act Project)
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17: No closures scheduled.
 
SUMNER COUNTY, SR 109 Widening from SR 76 To SR 52
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17: No closures scheduled.
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 248 (Goose Creek) to SR 96
  • Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating one lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound between SR 96 and the bridge over the Harpeth River for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Concord Rd. from Sunset Rd. to Edmondson Pike
  • Thursday November 11 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekend) There will be one lane closed on Concord Road from Crockett Rd. to Sunset for building golf cart/walk path and dressing slopes. Flaggers will be utilized for this operation.
 
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Slide Repair on SR 96 near Natchez Trace Pkwy.
  • Thursday November 4 through Wednesday November 10, 12 Noon, The contractor will be pacing traffic on SR 96 for 15 minutes or less in order to perform blasting.
 
 
 
WILSON COUNTY, SR-171 (Mt Juliet Road) Widening: (Recovery Act Project)
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekend), There will be temporary lane closures on Mt. Juliet Road (SR-171) northbound and southbound, from Division Street to Lebanon Road for the purpose of performing excavation, installation of storm sewer, and paving.        
 
WILSON COUNTY, SR 109 widening from I-40 to SR 24
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be one lane closed on SR 109 northbound from I-40 to Eastgate Blvd. for widening excavation. Two lanes will remain open.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
Davidson County
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for ditch cleaning. 
  • Friday November 12 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, and 7PM-1AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.
  • Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 8PM-5AM, There will be 2 lanes closed on I-65 southbound and northbound at State Route 840 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.
  • Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 7PM-5AM, There will be 1 lane closed on Briley Parkway eastbound from State Route 12 to I-24 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.
Robertson County 
  • Thursday, November 11 through Wednesday November 17 (excluding weekends), 9AM-3PM, There will be 1 lane closed periodically on I-24 in both directions between Exit 24 (Pleasant View) and Exit 19 (Adams) for vegetation removal overhanging the roadway.
TDOT Bridge Repair
  • Wednesday November 17, 8PM-4AM, There will be two right lanes closed on I-40 westbound at MM 205 for bridge deck repair.
  • Wednesday November 17, 8PM-4AM, There will be two lanes closed on I-440 westbound at MM 4.0 for bridge deck repair.
  • Thursday November 18, 8PM-4AM, There will be two left lanes closed on I-40 westbound at MM 205 for bridge deck repair.
TDOT Utilities                  
  • Sunday November 14, 7AM-10AM, On I-24 at the Springfield / Pleasant View Interchange, Exit 24 in Robertson County. This request, by AT&T pulling fiber optic cable over I-24. Two rolling stops blocks are expected. Police cars will be present.
  • Sunday November 14, 7AM-9AM, On I-24 approximately 130' north of Thompson Lane Overpass in Davidson County. This request by AT&T,for adding a fiber optic cable over existing strand over I-24.One rolling stop block is expected with four police cars.

  • Thursday November 4 through Wednesday November 10, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures at the following intersection for improvements. (Harding Place & Antioch Pike, Bell Rd. & Cane Ridge Rd., Nolensville Rd. & Elysian Fields Rd., Harding Place & Trousdale Dr.)
SUMNER COUNTY, West Main St. (SR 6, Gallatin Rd.) (Recovery Act Project)
  • Friday November 12 and Monday November 15 through Wednesday November 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 6 in order to pour concrete curb.
  • Friday November 12, 8PM through Monday November 15, 5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 westbound in order to install storm drain and drainage structures.
 
 
Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.
