REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:Thursday December 16 through Tuesday December 21, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstates and state routes in Davidson, Hickman, Dickson, Rutherford, Giles, and Marshall Counties for guardrail repair and installation.
 
REGION 3, On-Call Cable Barrier Repair:Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 8PM-6AM, There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstates and state routes in order to repair cable barrier rail.

REGION 3, TDOT Maintenance:Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
 
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, (excluding weekends), 9AM-4PM, There will be one lane closed periodically on I-24 westbound in Montgomery County between mile marker 8 and mile marker 11 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway. One lane will remain open. Exit 11 is S.R. 76 Adams and Clarksville Exit, and Exit 8 is S.R. 237 Rossview Road Exit.
 
ROBERTSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, (excluding weekends), 9AM-4PM, There will be one lane closed periodically on I-24 in both directions in Robertson County between mile marker 25 and mile marker 19 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway. One lane will remain open. This is between exit 24 (Springfield and Ashland City) and exit 19 (Adams).

DAVDISON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
  • Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 9AM-3PM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for ditch cleaning. 
  • Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 9AM-3PM, and 7PM-1AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

DAVDISON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-24 from SR 45 (OHB) to I-65:
  • Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures on Old Hickory Blvd., Ewing Lane, and Brick Church Pike under I-24 in order to texture coat bridges.
  • Saturday December 18, 6AM-6PM, There will be one lane closed on I-24 eastbound and westbound over Briley Pkwy. in order to texture coat bridge. One lane will remain open in each direction.

DAVIDSON and RUTHERFORD COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:
  • Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, electrical service, and testing.
o    I-24, both directions, between Briley Pkwy and north of Old Hickory Blvd (MM 43 to MM 39) and between Hickory Hollow Pkwy and Waldron Rd (MM 60 to MM 64)
  • Tuesday December 21, 8PM-5AM, Alternating double left/right lane closures on I-24, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd (MM 62) and Waldron Rd (MM 64) for directional boring across the interstate. One lane closed at 8pm with a second added at 10pm. Two lanes will remain open at all times.

COFFEE COUNTY, I-24 resurfacing project from U.S. 41 (MM 105) to SR-55 (MM 111): There will be no lane closures necessary during this time period. Estimated project completion date is December 2010. 
 
HAMILTON, BRADLEY, and MARION COUNTIES, I-75 / I-24 / SR-153 / SR-29 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction. There also may be weeknight lane closures throughout the project between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, nighttime weekend lane closures between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and intermittent temporary stoppages of traffic (less than 15 minutes) at various locations throughout the project area to allow the contractor to perform ITS work. THP will assist with traffic control. Estimated project completion date is December 2010. 
 
MARION COUNTY, I-24 at Exit 152 construction of a concrete Bulb-Tee beam bridge on U.S. 72 (SR-27) including grading, drainage, and paving: The contractor will be clearing, relocating utilities and installing barrier rail. The contractor will have a lane closure on I-24 East between MM 151 - 153 from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM to install portable barrier rail. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times. Flaggers and THP will assist with traffic control as needed. Estimated project completion date is September 2012.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, I-26 East and West between Mile Marker 14.50 and 14.60 :  On Thursday night, December 16, 2010, motorist should be alert for possible lane closures traveling through this area between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following morning as crews perform emergency guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.
 
UNICOI COUNTY, I-26 between Mile Markers 36 and 40: Motorists should be alert for lane closures during daylight hours through this resurfacing project. Motorists should expect possible delays and use extreme caution traveling through this area.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, I-26 East and West between Mile Marker 7 and 10:On Thursday night, December 16, 2010, motorist should be alert for possible lane closures traveling through this area between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following morning as crews perform emergency guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.

SHELBY COUNTY, Seismic Retrofit on the bridge on I-40 over the Mississippi River:Various closures for existing six lane cross-section (arch spans and westward):
  • Wednesday December 15 through Wednesday December 22: There will be one eastbound and one westbound lane closed.
  • NOTE: There will be a temporary, “rolling closure” in the inside westbound lane at the “Barrier Gate” (located about 750 feet east of the arch spans) for approximately 30 minutes at about 10am on Wednesday December 15, 2010. MPD will be utilized during the closure. The same operation will be conducted in the inside eastbound lane at the “Barrier Gate. These temporary closures will be used to perform final adjustments to the Barrier Gate.

SHELBY COUNTY, On-Call Concrete Pavement Repair:Tuesday December 14 through Thursday December 16, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Repairs will be made onI-40 in Shelby County, east and west bound between Exit 2/Chelsea Avenue and Exit 5/Hollywood Drive. One lane will remain open.

REGION IV On-Call Guardrail:Wednesday December 15 through Wednesday December 22, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: There will be night time lane closures at the following locations to repair damaged guardrail and cable rail.
·         I-40, Shelby County, eastbound (MM 17.0 to MM 17.5), one lane to remain open.
·         I-40, Shelby County, eastbound (MM 19.3 to MM 19.8), one lane to remain open.
·         I-40, Fayette County, eastbound (MM 30.0 to MM 36.0), one lane to remain open.
·         I-40, Fayette County, westbound (MM 36.0 to MM 33.0), one lane to remain open.
·         I-40, Haywood County, eastbound (MM 54.0 to MM 54.5), one lane to remain open.
·         I-40, Benton County, westbound (MM 130.0 to MM 129.5), one lane to remain open.

REGION 3, On-Call Concrete Repair:Thursday December 16 through Wednesday December 22, 8AM-4PM, The ramp at exit 258 (Carthage/Gordonsville) on I-40 eastbound will be shifted to one side in order to replace deteriorated concrete. The ramp will remain open.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: I-55 is reduced to two lanes in each direction. Currently there is access to Mallory Avenue (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. The NEW northbound lanes at I-55 are open to traffic.
·         Wednesday December 15 through Wednesday December 22, There will be intermittent lane closures southbound (Mile Marker 8.0 to Mile Marker 9.0) in order to perform bridge construction between Bridge 1 & 2. One northbound lane will remain open.


I-155
 
DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair over the Mississippi River:Wednesday December 15 through Wednesday December 22: Beginning at Mile Marker 9 in Missouri and extending to Mile Marker 1 in Tennessee.  There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed. This work is for the re-painting of the steel structure and for concrete repairs and is a 24 hour closure.

REGION IV On-Call Guardrail:Wednesday December 15 through Wednesday December 22, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: There will be night time lane closures at the following locations to repair damaged guardrail and cable rail.
·         I-155, Dyer County, westbound (MM 5.5 to MM 5.0), one lane to remain open.

FUTURE I-69
 
OBION COUNTY-Future I-69 beginning 0.31 mile south of SR-5/SR-22 to 0.78 mile west of SR-21:
  • NOW through Thursday November 3, 2011, Brevard Road near Goodyear in Union City will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location so that Brevard Road will cross over I-69. A detour route is posted.
  • NOW through Saturday September 15, 2012, Perry Browder Road between George Moss Road and Mt. Zion Road will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location. A detour route is posted. There is only one house on this section of Perry Browder Road and they will provide egress and ingress daily as the project is constructed.
