Media Advisory: THP Participates in Williamson County Blitz

 NASHVILLE –- The Tennessee Highway Patrol will take part in a multi-jurisdictional DUI enforcement blitz with several Williamson County law enforcement agencies during the New Year’s holiday weekend. The purpose of the partnership is to reduce alcohol-related fatalities and serious injury crashes as a result of impaired driving. Operation DUI Blitz begins at 4 p.m., Friday, December 31, and will end at 4 a.m., Saturday, January 1, 2011.
