DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 25, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Davidson County in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 25, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.
 
REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:Thursday February 18 through Tuesday February 23, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstate routes in Davidson, Rutherford, and Williamson Counties for guardrail repair and installation.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.
o    I-24, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd and Bell Rd (MM 40 to MM 61)
       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-5AM, There will be periodic short term night time lane closures at the following locations to install device foundations, DMS foundation installation, and shoulder paving.
o    I-24, both directions, between the I-440 Interchange and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 52 to MM 62), 2-3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation.)

MARION and HAMILTON COUNTIES, I-24 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction. There will also be intermittent temporary stoppages of traffic at various locations along the SR-153 corridor between the hours of 10:00 pm. and 5:00 a.m. to allow the contractor to pull aerial cable across the roadway. THP will assist with traffic control. Estimated completion date is December 2010.

       Friday, February 19, 7PM until Monday February 22, 6AM: There There will be two Eastbound lanes & one Westbound lane closed. (Weather Permitting)
       Monday February 22, 6AM through Wednesday 24: There will be one Eastbound & one Westbound lane closed. (Weather Permitting)
Existing four lane cross-section (east of the arch spans) closures
       Friday February 19, 7PM through Monday February 22, 6AM: There will be one Eastbound lane closed. (Weather Permitting)
       Friday February 19, 7PM through Monday February 22, 6AM: The eastbound exit ramp (Ramp N-O) east of the arch spans will be closed. (Weather Permitting)

SHELBY COUNTY, ITS Cable/Radar/Electrical Installation I-40 & I-240:Wednesday February 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be three lanes reduced to two lanes eastbound at the end of the I-40 Mississippi River Bridge (in Arkansas) a half mile west of the TN/AR State Line for the purpose of camera maintenance. There will be three lanes reduced to two lanes at the AR/TN State Line extending eastbound one mile for the purpose of camera maintenance.

REGION 4, Installation of Longitudinal Cable Barrier Rail on various Interstate & State Routes
       HAYWOOD COUNTY:
o    Wednesday February 17 through Wednesday February 24. I-40 eastbound andwestbound MM 43.00 to MM 60.00 from 8PM-6AM, nightly. The contractor will have one lane maintained at all times.
       BENTON, DECATUR, HENDERSON & MADISON COUNTIES:
o    Wednesday February 17 through Wednesday February 24. I-40 eastbound andwestbound MM 133.00 to MM 77.00 from 8PM-6AM, nightly. The contractor will have one lane maintained at all times.
       SHELBY COUNTY:
o    Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, No scheduled closures.

HENDERSON COUNTY Design-Build on SR-104 over I-40 MM 101.00:Saturday, February 20, I-40 East & Westbound from 6AM-6AM. The contractor will havelane closures in order to place rip-rap under the bridge over I-40. One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times(THP will assist with traffic control).

TDOT Maintenance:
Dickson, Hickman, & Humphreys Counties
       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on I-40 in Humphreys, Hickman, and Dickson Counties in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

o    I-40, both directions, between the I-24 Interchange and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 213 to MM 222), 3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation).
o    I-40, Westbound, between US70S and east of Charlotte Pike (MM 196 to MM 203), 2 lanes remain open. (multiple locations for foundation installation).
       Saturday February 20, 8PM-5AM, I-40, triple lane closures in both directions, between Briley Pkwy and Donelson Pike (MM 215.5) to place conduit on overhead DMS signs structures.
o    Triple Lane Closures: beginning I-40 Westbound at 8pm, close one right, at 10pm close second and third right lanes. Swap to triple left on Westbound direction. Then switch to triple left closures for Eastbound direction and lastly triple rights for Eastbound direction. There will be 3 lanes open on I-40 eastbound and 2 lanes open on I-40 westbound.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project)
       Friday February 19, 12 Noon through Sunday February 21, 7PM, The I-40 westbound on ramp at 46th Ave. will be closed for beam storage.
       Saturday February 20 and Sunday February 21, 6AM-7PM, (each day), The two left turn lanes of the I-40 westbound off ramp at White Bridge Rd. will be closed in order to install bridge beams. Also, there will be rolling roadblocks on I-40 eastbound and westbound. Rolling roadblocks should be 30 minutes or less in duration.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on New Hope Rd. over I-40:Monday February 22 through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 (MM 221.8) at New Hope Rd. in order to remove the overhang from the bridge. One lane will remain open.

REGION 3 Installation of Cable Barrier:Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-6AM, (excluding Friday and Saturday), There will be one lane closed on I-40 eastbound and westbound in Wilson County from MM 236 to MM 245 in order to install cable barrier. One lane will remain open.

PUTNAM COUNTY, I-40 rock-fall mitigation at various locations: The contractor will have a right shoulder closures in order to work on the project. Nighttime lane closures will be needed to place mix and set barrier rail to route traffic around construction activities. One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times. Each lane has been narrowed to a 10 foot width. All lane closures will be from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Estimated completion date is July 2010. 
 
ROANE COUNTY, I-40 East and West approaching Mile Marker 352.8: On Monday night, February 22, 2010, motorists should be alert for a possible lane closure in this area between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crew perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for sudden stops and use extreme caution traveling through this area.

LOUDON, I-40 West approaching Mile Marker 364.1 On Monday night, February 22, 2010, motorists should be alert for a possible lane closure in this area between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crew perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for sudden stops and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
 
COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East between Mile Markers 443 and 449.5:Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures in this area during daylight hours as crews perform cable barrier installation. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East near the North Carolina State Line: I-40 East remains closed near the North Carolina state line due to a rockslide approximately three miles inside North Carolina. I-40 East is closed just east of the Waterville Exit (Exit 451). I-40 thru traffic should follow I-81 North (Exit 421) to I-26 East (Exit 57A) towards Asheville, however, all exits on I-40 in Tennessee are open and accessible.

       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 6AM-8PM, There will be various ramps on I-440 eastbound and westbound shifted in order to begin concrete repairs. Traffic will be maintained on these ramps.
       Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-440 eastbound and westbound in order to grind the roadway.
       Friday February 19, 8PM through Monday February 22, 6AM, I-440 eastbound from I-65 to I-24 will be closed in order to repair damaged concrete areas.
 
 
I-640

I-55

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: Widening of exist bridges, 3 lanes reduced to 2 each direction. Southbound will be shifted to the newly widening roadway. Traffic switched to new roadway. There will no longer be access to Mallory (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. Use Third St (Exit 7) detour to Mallory. Riverside Drive from Mallory Avenue to Devant Street is closed indefinitely.  This existing section of roadway will be new location of the northbound I-55 entrance ramp. Use the newly constructed Riverport Road extension as an alternate route.
       Wednesday February 17 through Wednesday February 24, 9AM-3PM, There will be intermittent lane closures northbound (MM 8 to MM 9) in order to perform bridge construction. One westbound lane will remain open.
 

I-155
 
DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair:  No scheduled lane closures. Shoulders on the bridge remain closed for bridge repair work.

o    I-65, both directions, between Concord Rd and the I-440 Interchange (MM 71 to MM 80), 2-3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation).
o    I-65, both directions, North of Concord Rd (MM 73)
·         Friday at 8pm to Monday at 6am, one left lane closed in both directions to install median foundation.
o    I-65, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd and Harding Place (MM 76)
·         Friday at 8pm to Monday at 6am, one left lane closed in both directions to install median foundation.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-65 at the junction with SR 12 (Rosa Parks Blvd.):Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24, 9PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound and on Rosa Parks Blvd. in both directions in order to set portable barrier rail. Two lanes will remain open on I-65 and one lane will remain open on Rosa Parks Blvd.

TDOT Utilities:Sunday February 21, 8AM-4PM, On I-65 at MM 94.5, Davidson County.  This request, by TVA, is for adding a conductor across, by helicopter start pulling strand constantly over I-65.  One rolling stop block is expected, TVA police cars will be present.

SUMNER COUNTY, Bridge repair of two bridges on I-65 over U.S. 31W & on US 31W over US 41:Thursday February 18 through Wednesday February 24: No closures scheduled.


I-75
 
HAMILTON and BRADLEY, and MARION COUNTIES, I-75 / I-24 / SR-153 / SR-29 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction. There will also be intermittent temporary stoppages of traffic at various locations along the SR-153 corridor between the hours of 10:00 pm. and 5:00 a.m. to allow the contractor to pull aerial cable across the roadway. THP will assist with traffic control. Estimated completion date is December 2010. 
 
HAMILTON COUNTY, I-75 widening project from 1.1 miles south of Lee Highway (SR-2, US-11) to 1.2 miles north of Lee Highway (SR-2, SR-11): The contractor will only need a lane closure on I-75 during this period if there is an emergency situation which requires maintenance of items. If a lane closure is required, one lane of traffic will remain open at all times. 
       The contractor will have lane closures on Hill Top Road, Hunter Road, Snow Hill Road, Mountain View Road, Lee Highway, and Old Lee Highway from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM to construct new roadway and accommodate bridge construction. However, the contractor must move off the roadway from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM each day during the shift change at Miller Industries. One lane will remain open at all times.
Estimated completion date is December 2010. 
 
LOUDON COUNTY, I-75 South approaching Mile Marker 83.2: On Monday night, February 22, 2010, motorists should be alert for a possible lane closure in this area between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crew perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for sudden stops and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
 
CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 South approaching Mile Marker 137.7 and Mile Marker 132.6:On Sunday night, February 21, 2010, motorists should be alert for possible lane closures in this area between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crew perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for sudden stops and use extreme caution traveling through this area.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, I-81 North approaching Mile Marker 1.1:On Sunday night, February 21, 2010, motorists should be alert for a possible lane closure in this area between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning as crew perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for sudden stops and use extreme caution traveling through this area.
 
JEFFERSON, HAMBLEN AND GREENE COUNTY, I-81 Northbound: On Thursday night, February 18, 2010 between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the following morning, there will be one lane closed on I-81 southbound in Jefferson and Hamblen County between Mile Markers 10 and 7. One lane will remain open.   Motorists should be alert for this lane closure and use extreme caution in this area.
 
 
Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.
