REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:Thursday March 11 through Tuesday March 16, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstate routes in Davidson, Cheatham, Robertson, Wilson, and Montgomery Counties for guardrail repair and installation.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
       Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Davidson County in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
       Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekends), There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.
 
DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.
o    I-24, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd and Bell Rd (MM 40 to MM 61)
       Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 8PM-5AM, There will be periodic short term night time lane closures at the following locations to install device foundations, DMS foundation installation, and shoulder paving.
o    I-24, both directions, between the I-440 Interchange and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 52 to MM 62), 2-3 lanes remain open (multiple locations for foundation installation.)
o    I-24, both directions, between Briley Pkwy and Harding Place (MM 54 to MM 56)
·         Monday March 15, double left lane closures in both directions to install portable barrier rail, 2 lanes remain open.
o    I-24, both directions, between Hickory Hollow Pkwy and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 59 to MM 62)
·         Tuesday March 16, double left lane closures in both directions to install portable barrier rail, 2 lanes remain open.

COFFEE COUNTY, SR-53 bridge construction over I-24 at MM 110 and road widening project (LM 0.00 to LM 4.14): The contractor is currently working on the bridge over I-24 and Phase Two of widening SR-53. The contractor will have no lane closures on I-24. Detours are set in place on SR-53 to route traffic around construction activity. Estimated completion date is November 2010. 
 
HAMILTON, BRADLEY, and MARION COUNTIES, I-75 / I-24 / SR-153 / SR-29 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction. On weekdays during non-peak hours, the contractor will have a right lane closure on SR-29 South at MM 2.5. Three lanes are to remain open with third available lane used as acceleration lane for on-ramp from Manufacturers Road. There will also be nighttime lane closures throughout the project between the hours of 10:00 pm. and 5:00 a.m. and intermittent temporary stoppages of traffic at various locations along the SR-153 corridor to allow the contractor to perform ITS work. THP will assist with traffic control. Estimated completion date is December 2010.

       Friday March 12, 7PM through Monday March 15, 6AM: There will be two eastbound lanes & one westbound lane closed.
       Monday March 15, 6AM through Wednesday March 17: There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed.
Existing four lane cross-section (east of the arch spans) closures
       Friday March 12, 7PM through Monday March 15, 6AM: There will be one eastbound lane closed.
       Friday March 12, 7PM through Monday March 15, 6AM: The eastbound exit ramp (Ramp N-O) east of the arch spans will be closed.

REGION 4, Installation of Longitudinal Cable Barrier Rail on the Interstate (MM 133 to MM 43 - HAYWOOD and DECATUR COUNTIES:Wednesday March 10 through Tuesday March 16. I-40 eastbound andwestbound, Haywood County MM 43.00 to MM 60.00 and Madison County MM 88.0 to MM 60.0 from 8PM-6AM, nightly. The contractor will have one lane maintained at all times.

HENDERSON COUNTY Design-Build on SR-104 over I-40 MM 101.00:Saturday March 13, 6AM-6PM: I-40 eastbound & westbound will have one lane closed and divert traffic onto the ramps over S.R. 104 & back to I-40. This lane closure is required to pour Phase 1 of the new bridge deck. S.R. 104 & the bridge located @ MM 101 will be closed to local traffic entering I-40. Traffic will be flagged on S.R. 104. THP will assist with lane closures on I-40.

       Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on I-40 in Dickson County, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

       Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 8PM-5AM, There will be periodic short term night time lane closures at the following locations to install device foundations, DMS foundation installation, and shoulder paving.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project)
       Thursday March 11 through Monday March 15, The right turn lane on Urbandale Avenue to go north on Briley Parkway will be closed for bridge work.
       Friday March 12, 12 Noon through Sunday March 14, 7PM, The I-40 westbound on ramp at 46th Ave. will be closed for beam storage.
       Saturday March 13,6AM through Sunday March 14,7PM, Urbandale Avenue will be closed from Briley Parkway to Morrow Road. Local traffic only will be allowed.
       Saturday March 13, 6AM-7PM, The middle lane on Robertson Rd. will be closed for bridge work.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on New Hope Rd. over I-40:Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 8PM-5AM, (excluding Saturday and Sunday), There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 (MM 221.8) at New Hope Rd. in order to remove the overhang from the bridge. One lane will remain open.

REGION 3 Installation of Cable Barrier:Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17, 7PM-6AM, There will be one lane closed on I-40 eastbound and westbound from MM 250 to MM 257 in order to install cable barrier. One lane will remain open.

PUTNAM COUNTY, I-40 rockfall mitigation at various locations: The contractor will have a right shoulder closure in order to work on the project. Nighttime lane closures will be needed to place mix and set barrier rail to route traffic around construction activities. One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times. Each lane has been narrowed to a 10 foot width. All lane closures will be from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Estimated completion date is July 2010. 
 
COCKE COUNTY, I-40 East near the North Carolina State Line: I-40 East remains closed near the North Carolina state line due to a rockslide approximately three miles inside North Carolina. I-40 East is closed just east of the Waterville Exit (Exit 451). I-40 thru traffic should follow I-81 North (Exit 421) to I-26 East (Exit 57A) towards Asheville; however, all exits on I-40 in Tennessee are open and accessible. For updated information, go to http://www.tdot.state.tn.us/rockslide.htm

       Thursday March 10 through Wednesday March 17, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-440 eastbound and westbound in order to grind the roadway and clean the joints.
       Friday March 12, 8PM through Monday March 15, 6AM, The ramp from I-440 westbound to Hillsboro Rd. and the ramp from I-440 eastbound to Murphy Rd will be closed to perform concrete repairs of damaged areas.
       Monday March 15 and Tuesday March 16, 8PM-6AM, The ramp from I-440 eastbound to Hillsboro Rd. will be closed to perform concrete repairs of damaged areas.

REGION IV Maintenance:Wednesday March 10 through Tuesday March 17, 8AM-4:30PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: Widening of exist bridges, 3 lanes reduced to 2 each direction. Southbound will be shifted to the newly widening roadway. Traffic switched to new roadway. There will no longer be access to Mallory (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. Use Third St (Exit 7) detour to Mallory. Riverside Drive from Mallory Avenue to Devant Street is closed indefinitely. This existing section of roadway will be new location of the northbound I-55 entrance ramp. Use the newly constructed Riverport Road extension as an alternate route.
       Wednesday March 10 through Wednesday March 17, 9AM-3PM, There will be intermittent lane closures northbound (MM 8 to MM 9) in order to perform bridge construction (Bridge 1, Mallory Ave, overpass). One westbound lane will remain open.

DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair: No scheduled lane closures. Shoulders on the bridge remain closed for bridge repair work.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-65 at the junction with SR 12 (Rosa Parks Blvd.):Thursday March 11 and Friday March 12, 9PM-6AM, and Monday March 15 through Wednesday March 17, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures in each direction on Rosa Parks Blvd. in order to install underground utilities. One lane will remain open in each direction.

SUMNER COUNTY, Bridge repair of two bridges on I-65 over U.S. 31W & on US 31W over US 41: Thursday March 11 through Wednesday March 17: No Closures Scheduled.


I-75

HAMILTON COUNTY, I-75 widening project from 1.1 miles south of Lee Highway (SR-2, US-11) to 1.2 miles north of Lee Highway (SR-2, SR-11): The contractor will only need a lane closure on I-75 during this period if there is an emergency situation which requires maintenance of items. If a lane closure is required, one lane of traffic will remain open at all times. 
       The contractor will have lane closures on Hill Top Road, Hunter Road, Snow Hill Road, Mountain View Road, Lee Highway, and Old Lee Highway from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM to construct new roadway and accommodate bridge construction. However, the contractor must move off the roadway from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM each day during the shift change at Miller Industries. One lane will remain open at all times.
Estimated completion date is December 2010.
