TDOT Maintenance:
Davidson County
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Davidson County in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 9AM-3PM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control. This will affect the shoulders or outside lanes.
       Saturday May 1 and Sunday May 2, 6AM-2PM, There will be rolling roadblocks in the left lane at the following locations in Davidson County for cleaning grates and removing vegetation:
o    I-24 eastbound from mile marker 53 to mile marker 63
Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 9AM-3PM, There will be one lane periodically closed on I-24   eastbound and westbound in Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties between MM 6 and MM 24 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway. One lane will remain open.   

REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail: Thursday April 29 through Tuesday May 4, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstate routes in Davidson, Rutherford, and Robertson Counties for guardrail repair and installation.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.
       I-24, both directions, between Old Hickory Blvd and Bell Rd (MM 40 to MM 61)
       Thursday April 29 and Friday April 30, 8pm-5am, periodic right and left lane closures to install DMS signs uprights.
o    I-24 Eastbound, MM 55, between Briley Pkwy and Harding Place (MM 54 to MM 56), three lanes remain open.
o    I-24 Westbound, MM 60.5, between Old Hickory Blvd and Hickory Hollow Pkwy (MM 62 to MM 60), three lanes remain open.
       Road Closures: There will be periodic traffic stoppage, 30 minute maximum, on I-24 to install DMS signs. Closures will begin at 11pm and potentially continue until 5am (9am on Sunday). Uniformed officers will be used to pace/stop traffic. One lane closed at 8pm at each location with a second potentially added on I-24 sites as needed.
       Saturday May 1 (11PM – 9AM), Monday May 3 (11PM – 5AM) (back-up), Tuesday May 4 (11PM – 5AM) (back-up)
o    DMS 34, MM 55, I-24 Eastbound, between Briley Pkwy and Harding Place (MM 54 to MM 56)
o    DMS 36, MM 60.5, I-24 Westbound, between Old Hickory Blvd and Hickory Hollow Pkwy (MM 62 to MM 60)

HAMILTON, BRADLEY, and MARION COUNTIES, I-75 / I-24 / SR-153 / SR-29 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend as part of the ITS construction. On weekdays during non-peak hours, the contractor will have a right lane closure on SR-29 South at MM 2.5. Three lanes are to remain open with third available lane used as acceleration lane for on-ramp from Manufacturers Road. There also may be weeknight lane closures throughout the project between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, nighttime weekend lane closures between the hours of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM, and intermittent temporary stoppages of traffic (less than 15 minutes) at various locations throughout the project area to allow the contractor to perform ITS work. THP will assist with traffic control. Estimated completion date is December 2010.

SHELBY COUNTY, Seismic Retrofit on the bridge on I-40 over the Mississippi River: Various closures for existing six lane cross-section (arch spans):
       Wednesday April 28, 12AM through Friday April 30, 7PM: There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed.
       Friday April 30, 7PM through Monday May 3, 6AM: There will be one eastbound lane & two westbound lanes closed.
       Monday May 03, 6AM through Wednesday May 5: There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed.
Various closures for existing four lane section (east of the arch spans):
       Friday April 30, 7PM through Monday May 3, 6AM: There will be one westbound lane closed.
       Friday April 30, 7PM through Monday May 3, 6AM: The westbound entrance ramp (Ramp IL/D) located just east of the arch spans will be closed.

       Tuesday April 27 through Tuesday May 04, 8PM-6AM, There will be night time lane closures at the following locations to install longitudinal cable barrier rail.
I-40, Haywood County, both directions (MM 60 to MM 42), 1 lane to remain open.
I-40, Henderson County, both directions (MM 101), 1 lane to remain open.
 
HENDERSON COUNTY Design-Build on SR-104 over I-40 MM 101.00: LOOK AHEAD: Saturday May 8 & Sunday May 9, 6AM-6PM: There will be one lane closures on I-40 eastbound & westbound to divert traffic onto the ramps over S.R. 104 & back to I-40. This lane closure is required for Phase 2 demolition of the old existing SR-104 bridge over I-40. S.R. 104 & the bridge located @ MM 101 will be closed to local traffic entering I-40. Traffic will be flagged on S.R. 104. THP will assist with lane closures on I-40.
 
DECATUR COUNTY-Resurfacing on I-40 at the CARROLL CO. line LM-0.00 to the BENTON CO. line LM-5.67
       Friday April 30, 7PM-6PM, There will be night time lane closures eastbound and westbound (MM 121 to MM 126) in order to perform milling and paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.
       Sunday May 2 through Friday May 7, 7PM-6AM, There will be night time lane closures eastbound and westbound (MM 121 to MM 126) in order to perform paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.

REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail: Thursday April 29 through Tuesday May 4, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstate routes in Davidson, Rutherford, and Robertson Counties for guardrail repair and installation.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.
       I-40, both directions, between US 70 and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 196 to MM 222)
       Friday April 30, 8pm-5am, periodic lane closures to work on DMS units.
o    I-40 both directions, MM 214, between I-24 and Briley Pkwy (MM 213 to MM 215), one left lane closed, 4 to remain open.
o    I-40 both directions, MM 215.5. between Briley Pkwy and Donnelson Pike (MM 215 to MM 216), one left or one right lane closed, 4 to remain open.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project) Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 10AM-10:15 AM and 1PM to 1:15 PM, (excluding weekends), There will be rolling roadblocks for both eastbound and westbound I-40 for blasting on the north side of I-40.
 
TDOT Utilities:Sunday May 2, 6AM-3PM, On I-40 & I-65, 300' south of Jo Johnson Ave. near MM 209 in Davidson County. This request by Nashville Electric Service for transferring transmission lines and pulling conductors strands over interstate system. Four rolling stop blocks are expected. Six police cars will be present.
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 at EXIT 210C: Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5: No scheduled closures. Grading, drainage, and paving of the I-40 ramps @ 2nd & 4th Ave.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on New Hope Rd. over I-40:
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 8PM-5AM, (excluding weekends),  There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 (MM 221.8) at New Hope Rd. in order to perform concrete repairs. One lane will remain open.
        New Hope Road is closed for bridge deck repairs until Friday April 30. Detours are in place.

PUTNAM COUNTY, I-40 rockfall mitigation at various locations: The contractor will have a right shoulder closure in order to work on the project. Nighttime lane closures will be needed to set barrier rail to route traffic around construction activities. One lane will be maintained in both directions at all times. Each lane has been narrowed to a 10 foot width. The possibility exists daily for a potential rolling road block due to rock blasting activities. Emergency lane closures on an as needed basis will be implemented during daylight hours to accommodate pothole repair.  All other lane closures will be from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Estimated completion date is July 2010. 
 
ROANE COUNTY, I-40 East between Mile Markers 356 and 364: On Thursday night, April 28, 2010 through Wednesday night, May 5, 2010 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should be alert for possible lane closures through this area as crews install median cable barrier. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

KNOX COUNTY, I-40 East and West between Rutledge Pike (Exit 392) and the Holston River Bridge (MM 395):Motorists should be alert for lane closures in both directions on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews resurface the roadway in this area. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.

       Thursday April 29, 8PM-6AM, The ramp from I-40 West to I-440 East (past 28th Avenue Exit) will be closed for joint cleaning. There will also be one lane closed on the I-40 East ramp to I-440 East. One lane will remain open.
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane and ramp closures on I-440 eastbound and westbound in order to clean the joints.
       Saturday May 1, 6AM through Monday May 3, 5AM, I-440 westbound will be closed from I-65 to I-40 in order to install permanent striping and snowplowable markers. This work could be canceled due to inclement weather.

REGION IV Maintenance: Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 05, 8AM-4:00PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: I-55 is reduced to two lanes in each direction. Currently there is no access to Mallory Avenue (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. Motorists should use the Third Street Exit (Exit 7) and detour to Mallory. Riverside Drive from Mallory Avenue to Devant Street is closed. Motorists should use the newly constructed Riverport Road extension as an alternate route.
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 05, 9AM-3PM, There will be intermittent lane closures northbound (MM 8 to MM 9) in order to perform bridge construction (Bridge 1, Mallory Ave. overpass). One westbound lane will remain open.

REGION IV Maintenance: Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 05, 8AM-4:00PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
 
DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair: Monday April 26 through May 10, 7AM-7AM, Beginning at MM 9 in Missouri and extending to MM 1 in Tennessee.  There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed. This work is for the re-painting of the steel structure and for concrete repairs and is a 24 hour closure.
 
DYER COUNTY Resurfacing and Bridge Deck Repairs on I-155 near the rest area LM-9.00 to US-51(SR-3) LM-15.93
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 5, Beginning at LM-9.00 and extending to LM-15.93. There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed. This work is for milling, resurfacing and traffic counter installation on I-155.

DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:
       Thursday April 29 through Wednesday May 5, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, perform electrical work, and pole installation.

       Saturday May 1 and Sunday May 2, 5AM-9PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Rosa Parks Blvd. for utility work. One lane will remain open in each direction.

SUMNER COUNTY, Bridge repair of two bridges on I-65 over U.S. 31W & on US 31W over US 41:
       Thursday April 29, 8PM-5AM, The I-65 northbound ramp to SR 41 west will be closed for bridge painting.
       Thursday April 29, 6AM through Wednesday May 5, 8PM, There will be one lane closed on SR 41 in each direction (under the I-65 bridge) and one lane closed in each direction on SR 11 (under the SR 41 bridge) for bridge painting. One lane will remain open in each direction.
       Friday April 30, 8PM through Monday May 3, 5AM, The I-65 northbound ramp to SR 41 west will be closed for bridge painting.  


I-69
 
Obion County, Future I-69 beginning 0.31 mile south of SR-5/SR-22 to 0.78 mile west of SR-21:May 3, 2010 thru November 3, 2011, crews will close Brevard Road, George Moss Road and Mt. Zion Road to through traffic. Detour signs will be posted to guide drivers around the construction area.

HAMILTON COUNTY, I-75 widening project from 1.1 miles south of Lee Highway (SR-2, US-11) to 1.2 miles north of Lee Highway (SR-2, SR-11): The contractor will have a lane closure on the Northbound side of I-75 between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM to accommodate new concrete paving operations. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times. The contractor will have lane closures on Hill Top Road, Hunter Road, Snow Hill Road, Mountain View Road, Lee Highway, and Old Lee Highway from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM to construct new roadway and accommodate bridge construction. However, the contractor must move off the roadway from 2:30 PM until 3:00 PM each day during the shift change at Miller Industries. One lane will remain open at all times. Estimated completion date is December 2010. 
 
LOUDON COUNTY, I-75 South near Mile Marker 68:On Monday, May 5, 2010, motorists should be alert for a lane closure between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. as crews mill and resurface a section of roadway through this area. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential long delays and use extreme caution through this area.

ANDERSON COUNTY, I-75 South between Exit 128 (Lake City) and Mile Marker 127: Motorists should be alert for workers present, equipment entering and exiting the roadway and use extreme caution through this noise wall construction project.
