DECATUR COUNTY, US 412 (SR 20) Widening Project:  Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures each day along US412 (SR20) from near the Henderson County line to Bear Creek Rd. as crews work to widen the roadway.

       Friday April 30, 7PM-6PM, There will be night time lane closures eastbound and westbound (MM 121 to MM 126) in order to perform milling and paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.
       Sunday May 2 through Friday May 7, 7PM-6AM, There will be night time lane closures eastbound and westbound (MM 121 to MM 126) in order to perform paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.
 
DECATUR COUNTY-Widening on US-412/SR-20 near Henderson County line to Bear Creek Road
       Monday April 26 through Saturday May 1, 6:30AM-5:30PM, There will be temporary lane closures each day for excavation, with flagmen present. Watch for haul trucks entering the roadway.
 
DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair:  
       Monday April 26 through May 10, 7AM-7AM, Beginning at MM 9 in Missouri and extending to MM 1 in Tennessee.  There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed. This work is for the re-painting of the steel structure and for concrete repairs and is a 24 hour closure.
 
DYER COUNTY Resurfacing and Bridge Deck Repairs on I-155 near the rest area LM-9.00 to US-51(SR-3) LM-15.93
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 5, Beginning at LM-9.00 and extending to LM-15.93. There will be one eastbound & one westbound lane closed. This work is for milling, resurfacing and traffic counter installation on I-155.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-104 SR104 between Hwy 45 and SR367 is CLOSED for bridge repair. A detour route is posted. Estimated to be completed by August 2010.
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-425:  grade, drain and paving operations beginning west of Gann Road to Salem Street.
 
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-76: (Recovery Act Project) A widening project from SR 43 to the Carroll County line will result in temporary lane closures each day. Motorists are advised to travel with caution.
       Wednesday April 28, 8AM-5PM, There will be brief lane closures on SR-76 and SR-425, for utility work (stringing new electric lines).  Motorist should use caution and watch for heavy equipment entering and leaving roadway.
 
HARDEMAN and McNAIRY COUNTIES, SR-15: construction of 4-lane highway from McClintock Rd to SR225. 
 
HARDIN COUNTY, SR-15: construction of 4-lane highway from near Savannah to Firetower Road. Motorists should use caution and watch for construction equipment entering and leaving roadway in this area.
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 5, There will be some flagging due to heavy equipment hauling rip-rap, road and drainage. There is also on going box bridge construction and span bridge construction. The span bridge consists of setting bridge deck panels and rebar being tied on bridge deck.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): Bridge repair on 4 bridges will result in lane closures each day over Overflow at LM 5.58, LM 5.92, LM 6.27 and over Muddy Creek LM 6.37. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal (width restriction of 11'3").
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): Bridge repair will result in lane closures each day on 6 bridges over Overflow Hatchie River at LM 7.23, 7.65, 8.15, 8.40, 8.84 and 9.10. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.  The roadway is reduced to one 11'3” with a temporary signal.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-19 (between SR54 and I-40): A bridge replacement will close this road through August 31, 2010. Detour will continue to be posted throughout the project.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-76 Bridge Replacement: A bridge replacement project will result in lane closures each day. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
 
HENDERSON COUNTY Design-Build on SR-104 over I-40 MM 101.00 
       LOOK AHEAD: Saturday May 8 & Sunday May 9, 6AM-6PM: There will be one lane closures on I-40 eastbound & westbound to divert traffic onto the ramps over S.R. 104 & back to I-40. This lane closure is required for Phase 2 demolition of the old existing SR-104 bridge over I-40. S.R. 104 & the bridge located @ MM 101 will be closed to local traffic entering I-40. Traffic will be flagged on S.R. 104.
THP will assist with lane closures on I-40.
 
HENDERSON COUNTY, SR-20: construction of 4-lane highway from Madison County line to west of Crucifer Road. Watch for construction equipment entering and leaving roadway.
 
HENRY COUNTY, SR-54 Widening: A widening project to add a turn lane to SR 218 will result in intermittent lane closures on weekdays.
 
LAKE COUNTY, SR-21 Bridge Construction: Construction of a bridge over the Reelfoot Spillway. Traffic is being shifted to a run-around that will be in place for the duration of the project.
 
MADISON COUNTY, US 412 (SR 20) Widening: Widening project between Interstate 40 and Miller Avenue will temporarily slow traffic each day. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through this work zone. Drivers should be alert for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway.
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 5, 6AM-7PM There will be temporary lane closures each day with flagmen, while cutting cores to confirm concrete depth and alignment.   
 
McNAIRY COUNTY, US 64 (SR 15): (Recovery Act Project) Widening project between SR 225 and Sandy Flat Road will result in traffic shifts. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through this work zone. Be alert for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway.
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 5, There will be some flagging due to heavy equipment hauling select material rip-rap, road and drainage. There is also on going bridge construction with piling being driven and concrete trucks entering from Highway 64.
       April 28, 2010, there will be a bridge deck pour.
 
Obion County-Future I-69 beginning 0.31 mile south of SR-5/SR-22 to 0.78 mile west of SR-21
       May 3, 2010 thru November 3, 2011, crews will close Brevard Road, George Moss Road and Mt. Zion Road to through traffic. Detour signs will be posted to guide drivers around the construction area.
 
OBION COUNTY, SR-5: bridge replacement, over Cane Creek LM-22.37 and over North Fork Hoosier Creek LM-18.22.  Roadway reduced to one (11’) lane northbound with temporary signal.
 
OBION COUNTY, SR-89: bridge replacement at log mile 5.9 – log mile 6.3. Traffic is being controlled by a temporary signal.
 
REGION IV Maintenance
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 05, 8AM-4:00PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-3 (US-51/Thomas Street) at Wolf River: bridge construction. Roadway reduced from 4 lanes to one (11’) lane in each direction.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385 Between SR57 and SR193, This is the grading, drainage, and bridge construction of SR385 from SR57 Poplar Ave. in Piperton to SR193 Macon Rd. in Fisherville. The contractor is currently driving piles, constructing bridge caps, foundations, and columns, and hauling embankment. Trucks will be entering the highway at SR205 in the vicinity of the Wolf River and overflow bridges. Construction work will temporarily slow traffic every day.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: I-55 is reduced to two lanes in each direction. Currently there is no access to Mallory Avenue (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. Motorists should use the Third Street Exit (Exit 7) and detour to Mallory. Riverside Drive from Mallory Avenue to Devant Street is closed. Motorists should use the newly constructed Riverport Road extension as an alternate route.
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 05, 9AM-3PM, There will be intermittent lane closures northbound (MM 8 to MM 9) in order to perform bridge construction (Bridge 1, Mallory Ave. overpass). One westbound lane will remain open.
 
TIPTON COUNTY, SR-14 (Austin Peay Highway): (Recovery Act Project)grade, drain and paving operations, beginning north of SR-206 and extending to 1.2 miles east of SR-384.
       Wednesday April 28 through Wednesday May 5, There will be lane closures on Highway 14, to install a cross drain.
 
TIPTON COUNTY, SR-59:(Recovery Act Project) bridge replacement, over drainage ditch of Little Beaver Creek LM-24.54.
