KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Department of Transportation Commissioner Gerald Nicely will join Representative Dale Ford and House Speaker Kent Williams to announce a project to improve I-26 in Washington County on Tuesday, July 20 at 12:00 p.m.
