Satisfaction with TennCare Highest in Program History

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – The Center for Business and Economic Research at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville today released the findings from its study, “The Impact of TennCare: A Survey of Recipients 2010.” The results show TennCare continues to earn high marks from those who receive its services – with enrollees reporting the highest satisfaction scores to date.

Ninety-four percent of TennCare recipients are satisfied with the program, which is a 2-point increase over last year and a 33-point increase from the program's first year in 1994.
