Media Advisory: No More Victims Walk

NASHVILLE - First Lady Andrea Conte and TDOC Commissioner Gayle Ray will announce details of the first of its kind walk to focus attention on victim's rights.  You have the Power and the Tennessee Department of Correction have joined to sponsor a "No More Victims" walk on October 2.

For the first time offenders in the TDOC will play an active role in supporting the rights of victim's and the impact of crime on their lives.  Details of the joint effort will be discussed during a news conference at the old Tennessee State Prison.  Several survivors of crime will also be available for interviews.
