Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, SR-436 between SR-77 (US 70A) (Reedy Creek Rd.) and SR-76 (S. Highland Dr.) is CLOSED for a bridge replacement project. A detour route is posted.
 
CARROLL COUNTY, SR1 (US70) Bridge rehabilitation and repair at log mile 11.02, 13.08, and 14.43 will result in lane closures each day. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
 
DECATUR COUNTY, US 412 (SR 20) Widening Project:  Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures each day along US412 (SR20) from near the Henderson County line to Bear Creek Rd. as crews work to widen the roadway.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 6:30AM-6:00PM: There will be temporary lane closures each day for excavation, with flagmen present. Watch for haul trucks entering the roadway. There will be an open cut across the roadway at the EOP at the intersection of Bear Creek Rd and SR-20. There will be one lane traffic with flagmen.
 
DYER COUNTY, I-155 Bridge Repair:  
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 7AM-7AM: Beginning at Mile Marker 9 in Missouri and extending to Mile Marker 1 in Tennessee.  There will be one Eastbound & one Westbound lane closed. This work is for the re-painting of the steel structure and for concrete repairs and is a 24 hour closure.
 
DYER COUNTY Resurfacing and Bridge Deck Repairs on I-155 near the rest area LM-9.00 to US-51(SR-3) LM-15.93
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 7AM-7PM: Beginning at Log Mile-9.00 and extending to Log Mile-15.93. There will be one Eastbound & one Westbound lane closed. This work is for milling, resurfacing and traffic counter installation on I-155.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 7AM-7PM: Beginning at Log Mile-0.00 and extending to Log Mile-1.00. There will be one Eastbound & one Westbound lane closed. This work is for milling, resurfacing and traffic counter installation on I-155.
 
FAYETTE COUNTY, SR15: Between SR194 and the Fayette/Hardeman County line resurfacing work will cause daily temporary lane closures.
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-425:  Grade, drain and paving operations beginning west of Gann Road to Salem Street.
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-76: (Recovery Act Project) A widening project from SR 43 to the Carroll County line will result in temporary lane closures each day. Motorists are advised to travel with caution.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, There will be brief lane closures throughout the project for utility work (power lines, new service lines, etc). Motorist should use caution and watch for heavy equipment entering and leaving roadway.
 
HARDEMAN and McNAIRY COUNTIES, SR-15: construction of 4-lane highway from McClintock Rd to SR225. 
 
HARDIN COUNTY, SR-15: construction of 4-lane highway from near Savannah to Firetower Road. Motorists should use caution and watch for construction equipment entering and leaving roadway in this area.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, There will be some flagging due to heavy equipment hauling rip-rap, road and drainage. Maintaining erosion control measures, clearing, grading, milling, paving and under drain operation will be ongoing.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): Bridge repair on 4 bridges will result in lane closures each day over Overflow at LM 5.58, LM 5.92, LM 6.27 and over Muddy Creek LM 6.37. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal (width restriction of 11'3").
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): Bridge repair will result in lane closures each day on 6 bridges over Overflow Hatchie River at LM 7.23, 7.65, 8.15, 8.40, 8.84 and 9.10. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.  The roadway is reduced to one 11'3” with a temporary signal.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): A bridge rehabilitation at log mile 25.74 and a bridge repair a log mile 26.62 will cause daily temporary lane closures.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-19 (between SR54 and I-40): A bridge replacement will close this road through August 31, 2010. Detour will continue to be posted throughout the project. ROAD IS OPEN TO TRAFFIC
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-76 Bridge Replacement: A bridge replacement project will result in lane closures each day. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
 
HENDERSON COUNTY Design-Build on SR-104 over I-40 MM 101.00 
LOOK AHEAD: Saturday August 14 & Sunday August 15, 5AM-8PM: There will be one lane closed on Interstate 40 Eastbound & Westbound with traffic diverted onto the ramps over State Route 104 & back onto Interstate 40. This lane closure is required to pour new bridge deck over I-40 at Mile Marker 101. State Route 104 & the bridge located @ Mile Marker 101 will be closed to local traffic entering I-40. Traffic will be flagged on State Route 104. THP will assist with lane closures on I-40.
 
HENDERSON COUNTY-Resurfacing on I-40
Sunday August 8 through Friday August 13, 7PM-6AM: There will be one lane closed on I-40 Eastbound and Westbound for cold planning operations (milling).
 
HENDERSON COUNTY, SR-20: construction of 4-lane highway from Madison County line to west of Crucifer Road. Watch for construction equipment entering and leaving roadway.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, There are no scheduled closures.
 
HENRY COUNTY, SR-54 Widening: A widening project to add a turn lane to SR 218 will result in intermittent lane closures on weekdays.
 
LAKE COUNTY, SR-21 Bridge Construction: Construction of a bridge over the Reelfoot Spillway. Traffic is being shifted to a run-around that will be in place for the duration of the project.
 
MADISON COUNTY, SR1 (US70): Expect rolling lane closures daily for resurfacing work. Flaggers will be present.
  
MADISON COUNTY, US 412 (SR 20) Widening: Widening project between Interstate 40 and Miller Avenue will temporarily slow traffic each day. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through this work zone. Drivers should be alert for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway.
NOW through Monday September 20, 2010, Hollywood Drive traffic has been shifted on a temporary run-around over Old Hickory Creek in order to begin bridge construction. Both the North and South Bound lanes of traffic are reduced to 30 miles per hour as plans designed. Demolition work on the bridge has begun.
 
City of MEMPHIS (MLG&W) McLemore Avenue over I-240:
LOOK AHEAD: Sunday August 15, 7AM-7PM: There will be two lanes closed Northbound and then two lanes closed Southbound on Interstate 240, to install hangers under the bridge. One lane to remain open at all times with stoppages at 20 minute intervals. Memphis Police Department will assist with traffic control.
 
McNAIRY COUNTY, US 64 (SR 15): (Recovery Act Project) Widening project between SR 225 and Sandy Flat Road will result in traffic shifts. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through this work zone. Be alert for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, There will be some flagging due to heavy equipment hauling select material rip-rap, road and drainage. There is also on going bridge construction with concrete trucks entering from Highway 64.
 
OBION COUNTY-Future I-69 beginning 0.31 mile south of SR-5/SR-22 to 0.78 mile west of SR-21
NOW through Thursday November 3, 2011, Brevard Road near Goodyear in Union City, will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location so that Brevard Road will cross over I-69. A detour route is posted.
NOW through Saturday September 15, 2012, Perry Browder Road between George Moss Road and Mt. Zion Road will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location. A detour route is posted. There is only one house on this section of Perry Browder Road and they will provide egress and ingress daily as the project is constructed.
 
OBION COUNTY, SR-3: Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures on weekdays.
 
OBION COUNTY, SR-5: bridge replacement, over Cane Creek Log Mile - 22.37 and over North Fork Hoosier Creek Log Mile -18.22.  Roadway reduced to one (11’) lane Northbound with a temporary signal.
 
OBION COUNTY, SR-89: bridge replacement at log mile 5.9 – log mile 6.3. Traffic is being controlled by a temporary signal.
 
REGION IV Bridge Inspection LOOK AHEAD: 
Wednesday August 11 & Thursday August 12, 9AM-5PM: There will be one lane closed on Interstate 40 Eastbound and one lane closed on the Westbound the next day, for routine bridge inspection of the Tennessee River Bridge from the bridge to Exit 134/Cuba Landing. THP will assist with traffic control.
 
REGION IV Maintenance
Monday August 2 through Friday August 6, 8PM-6AM: There will be night time lane closures at the following locations in order to patch potholes, on an as needed basis.
I-240, Shelby County, southbound between Jackson Avenue & Madison Avenue Mile Marker 30.8, one lane will remain open.
I-240, Shelby County, southbound I-240 under Lamar Avenue, one lane will remain open.
I-240, Shelby County, eastbound Mile Marker 5.72, where I-55 crosses over I-240, near the I-40/I-240 junction, one lane will remain open.
I-40, Shelby County, westbound Mile Marker 1.02 between Danny Thomas and the Arkansas Bridge, one lane will remain open.
SR-385, Shelby County, westbound @ Riverdale Road Mile Marker 3.92, one lane will remain open.
SR-385, Shelby County, westbound @ Houston Levee Road Mile Marker 10.06, one lane will remain open.
SR-385, Shelby County, eastbound @ Sycamore MM 13.22, one lane to remain open.
 
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 9AM-3PM: There will possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to fix washed out areas.
 
REGION IV On-Call Guardrail
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 8PM-6AM: There will be night time lane closures at the following locations to repair damaged guardrail and cable rail.
I-40, Madison County, Westbound and Eastbound (Mile Marker 77.4 to Mile Marker 89.2), one lane will remain open.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, SR-1 (US70) @ Canada Road : Intersection improvements (grading, draining, paving, signing, striping, and signalization) will result in daily lane closures in both directions. Motorists are reminded to use caution when driving through this intersection.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, Seismic Retrofit on the bridge on I-40 over the Mississippi River
Various closures for existing six lane cross-section (arch spans and westward):
Wednesday August 4, through Wednesday August 11: There will be one Eastbound lane closed
The Westbound “Off” ramp (Ramp N-O) located just east of the arch spans will be closed at all times until about August 22.
Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department will be conducting the annual inspection of the bridge and will coordinate various intermittent outside lane closures during the next several weeks.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, Grade, Drain & Paving on SIA Route serving the B. N. S. F. Railway
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11: No Closures Scheduled.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, SR-3 (US-51/Thomas Street) at Wolf River: Bridge construction. 
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, Roadway reduced from 4 lanes to one (11’) lane in each direction.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, SR57 (US72): This is a bridge rehabilitation on SR57 (Poplar Avenue) over the westbound ramp to I-240 at log mile 8.8
 
SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385:Between SR57 and SR193, grading, drainage, and bridge construction of SR385 from SR57 Poplar Ave. in Piperton to SR193 Macon Rd. in Fisherville. The contractor is currently driving piles, constructing bridge caps, foundations, and columns, and hauling embankment. Trucks will be entering the highway at SR205 in the vicinity of the Wolf River and overflow bridges. Construction work will temporarily slow traffic every day.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: I-55 is reduced to two lanes in each direction. Currently there is no access to Mallory Avenue (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. Motorists should use the Third Street Exit (Exit 7) and detour to Mallory. Riverside Drive from Mallory Avenue to Devant Street is closed. Motorists should use the newly constructed Riverport Road extension as an alternate route.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August 11, 9AM-3PM: There will be intermittent lane closures Northbound (Mile Marker 8 to Mile Marker 9) in order to perform bridge construction Bridges 1 (Mallory Avenue Overpass). One Northbound lane will remain open.
 
TIPTON COUNTY, SR-14 (Austin Peay Highway): (Recovery Act Project)grade, drain and paving operations, beginning north of SR-206 and extending to 1.2 miles east of SR-384.
Wednesday August 4 through Wednesday August11, There are no scheduled closures.
 
TIPTON COUNTY, SR-59:(Recovery Act Project) bridge replacement, over drainage ditch of Little Beaver Creek Log Mile - 24.54.
