The Tennessee Film, Entertainment and Music Commission needs your help finding warehouses that fit this criteria:

1. 30,000 - 40,000 sq. ft. clear span
2. Ceiling heights 30ft - 40ft
3. 10,000 - 15,000 sq. ft in office space.  (Space for catering, wardrobe, hair & make up)
4. Large parking lot with Secured parking
5. No railroad tracks nearby and can not be in a flight path
6. Areas within 30 miles of Nashville, Memphis, & Knoxville
7. Needs existing internet & phone hookups
