ANDERSON COUNTY, I-75 South near Mile Marker 118.6: On Thursday, November 3, 2011, motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures through this area between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews perform cable barrier repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.
 
BLOUNT COUNTY, TN-73 Scenic (East Lamar Alexander Parkway) at Stables Drive in Townsend:East Lamar Alexander Parkway (TN 73-Scenic) at Stables Drive, near the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, in Townsend will be reduced to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal at various times for the bridge construction project on Stables Drive. Traffic on Stables Drive is also being controlled by a temporary traffic signal. Two travel lanes will be open on Scenic 73 during periods when the contractor is not present and during times when work activities are being performed on the opposite side of the Little River that do not require additional space alongside the roadway. The temporary traffic signals that are currently in place will be set to a cautionary flash during times that both lanes are available for travel. When the lane restriction is in place, the traffic signals will be activated to control the traffic movement one direction at a time. Motorists in this area should be alert for changing conditions, expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area. 
 
BLOUNT COUNTY, SR 35/US 411 near Coulter Grove Intermediate School in Maryville: Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures with flag persons directing traffic during daylight hours at various times through this utility project. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
 (Recovery Act Project) CAMPBELL COUNTY, US25W (SR 9) Bridge between Old Jacksboro Hwy. and Cougar Ln:   Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures and traffic shifts through this bridge replacement project. Motorists should reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
CARTER COUNTY, SR 91 over Holly Springs Branch at Log Mile 13.07: Motorists should be alert for a one lane condition with a temporary traffic signal controlling traffic in this area. Motorists should be prepared to stop and use caution traveling through this structure replacement project.
 
CARTER COUNTY, US 321 (SR 159) over Elk River at Log Mile 7.23: US 321/SR 159 is closed to thru traffic and detoured around this bridge replacement project. Motorists should follow signed detour route and adjust travel times accordingly.
 
GRAINGER COUNTY, US 11W (SR 1) Bridge over Richland Creek at Log Mile 16.2 and 17.8: Motorists should be alert for a lane closures at Log Mile 16.20 (Justice Center Drive) and Log Mile 17.84 (Rocky Branch Rd) for bridge repairs.   Traffic is controlled by temporary traffic signals around the clock through this bridge repair project. Traffic loads in excess of 10 feet in width should follow the signed detour route. Motorists should expect potential delays and use extreme caution while traveling through this area.
 
HAMBLEN COUNTY, SR 32/US 25E near I-81 Interchange: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures and flag persons directing traffic at various times through this project. Short duration traffic stops in both directions may occur daily through this project for utility and equipment crossings. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
JOHNSON COUNTY, SR 67 over Doe Creek at Log Mile 5.61: State Route 67 is reduced from two lanes to one around the clock and is being controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this bridge repair project. Traffic loads wider than 12 feet are prohibited through this area and should seek alternate routes. Traffic loads with a weight in excess of 30 tons are prohibited. Dugger Hollow Road at the intersection of State Route 67 is closed and motorists should follow signed detour route. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution traveling through this area.
 
JOHNSON COUNTY, SR 67 over Goose Creek at Log Mile 16.78: State Route 67 is reduced from two lanes to one around the clock and is being controlled by a temporary traffic signal through this bridge repair project. Traffic loads wider than 10 feet are prohibited through this area and should seek alternate routes. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution traveling through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, US 129 / SR 115 Alcoa Highway North: On Monday, October 31, 2011 through Friday, November 4, 2011 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. motorists should be alert for a right lane closure on Alcoa Hwy (SR 115) NB starting at the on-ramp from UT Hospital as crews perform milling and paving on the shoulder. Motorists should use caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-140 East and West between Mile Markers 1 and 4: On Monday, October 31, 2011, motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. in this area as crews perform roadway maintenance repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-140 East near Northshore Drive (Exit 5): Motorists should be alert for shoulder closures in this area. Motorists should use caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 1 Kingston Pike at Everett Road: Westbound Kingston Pike near Everett Road is reduced to one lane through this bridge widening project. Everett Road between the Kingston Pike intersection and Saint Andrews Drive is closed to thru traffic for most of the duration of the project. Everett Road motorists are advised to use other routessuch as Hobbs Road/Union Road and Smith Road to enter and exit this portion of Everett Road. Motorists should be alert for changed conditions, workers present and use extreme caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 331 Tazewell Pike between Broadway and Baum Lane: On Monday, October 31, 2011, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. the ramp from North Broadway (SR 33) to Tazewell Pike (SR 331) will be closed to traffic and there will be a lane closure in each direction on this project as crews perform paving operations. On Tuesday, November 1, 2011 there will be intermittent lane closures in both directions as crews pave side entrances to businesses.   Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use caution in this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-75 South between Emory Road (Exit 112) and Callahan Drive (Exit 110): Motorist should be alert for a right lane closure on I-75 South between MM 112 (Emory Rd) and MM 110 (Callahan Dr) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. as maintenance crews perform roadway repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use caution in this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, SR 62 (Oak Ridge Hwy. /Western Ave.) between Schaad Road and Copper Kettle Road: Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures at various times throughout this widening project. Motorists traveling in this area should be alert for workers and equipment present and be alert for changing traffic conditions, detours, traffic shifts and use caution through this area. South Hinton Road between Western Avenue and Third Creek Road; Jimmy Carter Road at Western Avenue; and Beaver Ridge Road at Western Avenue are closed for construction. A short section of Ball Camp Pike between Western Avenue and Goldenrod Street is closed for construction. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions and follow signed detour route.

KNOX COUNTY, US 441/SR 33 Henley Bridge over Tennessee River in Downtown Knoxville: The Henley Bridge is closed to traffic for bridge rehabilitation. Motorists should follow signed detour route using James White Parkway. For updated project information, go to http://www.tdot.state.tn.us/henley/
 
KNOX COUNTY, US 441/SR 71 Chapman Highway between Moody Avenue and Ellis Road: Motorists should be alert for nightly lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
KNOX COUNTY, US 441/SR 71 Chapman Highway between Nixon Road and the Blount County Line: Motorists should be alert for nightly lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
LOUDON COUNTY, SR 72 between Laurel Bluff Road and South Paint Rock Creek Road: Motorists should use caution and be alert workers flagging traffic at various times as crews perform bridge construction in this area.
 
MONROE COUNTY, SR 165 (Cherohola Skyway) between Quarry Creek Road and the North Carolina State Line: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures daily through this resurfacing project. Motorists should expect potential delays and use extreme caution in this area.
 
MORGAN COUNTY, SR 62 between SR 29/US 27 and Petit Lane:Motorists should be alert for new traffic shifts, changed conditions, workers present and use caution through this project.
 
ROANE COUNTY, I-40 East near Mile Marker 353.3: On Thursday, November 3, 2011, motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures through this area between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews perform cable barrier repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.
 
ROANE COUNTY, SR 1 /US 70 at Old Kingston Highway: Old Kingston Highway at the intersection with US 70 across from Country Club Road is closed as crews reconstruct this road for realignment with US 70. Motorists should follow signed detour route and use caution in this area.
 
ROANE COUNTY, SR 95 between Westover Drive and SR 58:Motorists should be alert for changing conditions, possible lane closures at various times and use caution through this construction project.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, SR 35 (West Main Street) Bridge over West Prong Little Pigeon River: Motorists should be alert for lane closures and new traffic patterns in place around the clock through this bridge repair project. Motorists should expect potential delays, be alert for workers present and use extreme caution traveling in this area.
 
SEVIER COUNTY, SR 454 between Glades Road and SR 416: Motorists should be alert for a lane closure which will reduce the roadway to one lane controlled by a temporary traffic signal. Motorists should be alert for lane shifts, construction personnel and equipment present through this construction project. Motorists should use caution and expect potential delays through this area.
 
(Recovery Act Project)  SEVIER COUNTY, SR 66 in Sevierville between SR 338 (Boyds Creek) and Nichols St.:
On Sunday, October 30, 2011 through Thursday November 3, 2011, between the hours of 6 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., motorists should be alert for a right lane closure in both directions from Nichols Street to Boyd’s Creek Highway as crews place surface mix on the outside lane. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions throughout this widening project. SULLIVAN COUNTY, I-26 East and West near Mile Marker 6 (Welcome Center): On Monday, October 31, 2011 and Tuesday November 1, 2011 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., there will be inside lane closures in both directions. Motorists should be alert for shoulder closures, workers present and use caution in this area.
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 44 between US 11E/19W (LM 0.0) and River Bend Road (LM 12.6): Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures in this area for resurfacing. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use extreme caution in this area
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, Intersection of 24th Street and Shelby Street in Bristol: Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present in this area as crews work on this intersection improvement project. Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures at various times and use caution in this area.
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 394 between US 11W (LM 0.0) and Redbud Ln. (LM 2.54): Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures in this area for resurfacing. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 1 between LM 23.99 and LM 25.20: Motorists should be alert for nightly lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present, reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
SULLIVAN COUNTY I-26 West between Mile Markers 7 & 8 : Motorists should be alert for a lane closure on I-26 West in Sullivan County on Wednesday, November 2, 2011  between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for roadway maintenance operations.  Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.
 
UNICOI COUNTY, I-26 West near Mile Marker 33.1: On Friday, October 28, 2011, motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures through this area between the hours of 9 a.m.. and 3 p.m. as crews perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use caution in this area.
 
UNION COUNTY, Existing SR 33 Bridge over Clinch River (Norris Lake): The existing State Route 33 Bridge over Norris Lake is posted with weight limit restrictions and is being strictly enforced. Weight restrictions are: 5 axle vehicles are 35 tons; 3 or 4 axle vehicle is 22 tons; 2 axle vehicles are 20 tons. VEHICLES WEIGHING IN EXCESS OF THE RESTRICTED WEIGHTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO CROSS THE BRIDGE AND MUST FOLLOW A DETOUR ROUTE. Motorists should use extreme caution and be prepared to stop approaching the bridge.
 
UNION COUNTY, SR 33 Bridge Project over Clinch River (Norris Lake): Motorists traveling on State Route 33 crossing the bridge over Norris Lake should be alert for workers present and flag persons directing traffic at various times as equipment enters and exits the roadway through this bridge replacement project. Motorists approaching this area should reduce speeds and use extreme caution through this area.
 
UNION COUNTY, SR 33 between South of SR 144 (Hickory Star Rd.) and SR 61 East:Motorists should use caution and be alert for new traffic patterns and workers flagging traffic at various times through this widening project.

UNION COUNTY, SR 61 between SR 370 and SR 131: Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures in this area for resurfacing. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use extreme caution in this area.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, US 11E between SR 36 and SR 381: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures through this widening project. Motorists should be alert for equipment and workers present, expect potential delays and use caution in this area.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 34 at Persimmon Ridge Road: Motorists should be alert for temporary lane or shoulder closures through this intersection improvement project and use extreme caution. Motorists should be alert for changing conditions and new signal activation in this area.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY, SR 67 over Little Cherokee Creek at Log Mile 5.39: SR 67 is closed to thru traffic as crews perform bridge replacement over Little Cherokee Creek. Motorists should follow signed detour route. Motorists should use extreme caution in this area and adjust travel times accordingly. 
 
WASHINGTON/SULLIVAN COUNTY, SR 75 between SR 36 and SR 357: Motorists should be alert for intermittent daytime lane closures in both directions through this construction project, reduce speeds and be alert for workers and equipment present in this area.
 
WASHINGTON COUNTY,  I-26 East near Mile Marker 13 : Motorists should be alert for a lane closure on I-26 East near Exit 13 on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for roadway maintenance operations.
