REGION 3 On-Call Guardrail:Thursday March 24 through Tuesday March 29, 8PM-6AM, (each night), There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstates and state routes in Davidson, Smith, Wilson, and Rutherford Counties for guardrail and attenuator repair.

REGION 3, On-Call Cable Barrier Repair:Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 8PM-6AM, There will be one lane closures at various locations on interstate and state routes in order to repair cable barrier rail.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, (excluding weekends), 9AM-4PM, There will be one lane closed periodically on I-24 westbound in Montgomery County between mile marker 8 and mile marker 11 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway. One lane will remain open. Exit 11 is S.R. 76 Adams and Clarksville Exit, and Exit 8 is S.R. 237 Rossview Road Exit.

ROBERTSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, (excluding weekends), 9AM-4PM, There will be one lane closed periodically on I-24 in both directions in Robertson County between mile marker 25 and mile marker 19 in order to trim vegetation overhanging the roadway. One lane will remain open. This is between exit 24 (Springfield and Ashland City) and Exit 19 (Adams).
 
DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes and for ditch cleaning.
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, and 7PM-1AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control and shoulder work. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of the I-24 (Silliman Evans) Bridge over Nashville & Eastern Railroad
  • Saturday March 26 and Sunday March 27, 6AM-6PM, The right lane of I-24 eastbound and the shoulder at the Silliman Evans Bridge will be closed for concrete repair.
  • Thursday March 24 and Sunday March 27 through Thursday March 31, 8PM-6AM, There will be one lane and a shoulder closed on I-24 eastbound in order to install the containment system used in sandblast and paint operations. 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Bridge Repair: Tuesday March 29, 8PM-5AM, I-24 westbound at mile marker 58.6 (over Mill Creek), two right lanes will be closed to repair potholes in bridge deck.  One lane will remain open. 
 
DAVIDSON and RUTHERFORD COUNTIES, ITS Phase III:
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM and 7PM-6AM, There will be periodic day and night time shoulder closures at various locations within the areas listed below in order to install devices, electrical service, and testing. 
·         I-24, both directions, between Briley Pkwy and Old Hickory Blvd (MM 43 to MM 40)
  • Thursday March 24 and Monday March 28 through Wednesday March 30, 8PM-5AM, One left lane closed in both directions on I-24 at MM 63, between Old Hickory Blvd (MM 62) and Waldron Rd (MM 64), 3 lanes remain open.  Installation of portable barrier rail and foundation installation. 
  • Friday March 25 at 8PM through Monday March 28 at 5AM, One left lane closed in both directions on I-24 at MM 63, between Old Hickory Blvd (MM 62) and Waldron Rd (MM 64), 3 lanes remain open.  Installation of Median Foundation. 

HAMILTON, BRADLEY, and MARION COUNTIES, I-75 / I-24 / SR-153 / SR-29 construction of an intelligent transportation system on various interstate and state routes in and near Chattanooga: The contractor will implement short duration shoulder closures throughout this report period within the project area on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM and anytime on the weekend to perform aerial camera maintenance. There also will be short term lane closures between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM at various locations throughout the project area to allow the contractor to perform aerial camera maintenance. THP will assist with traffic control. Estimated project completion date is March 2011. 

MARION COUNTY, I-24 at Exit 152 construction of a concrete Bulb-Tee beam bridge on U.S. 72 (SR-27) including grading, drainage, and paving: The contractor will be extending the barrier rail entrance and exits to accommodate trucks entering and exiting the median in the construction of the detour for Phase One. Any interstate lane closures on I-24 will be at nighttime between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Flaggers and THP will assist with traffic control as needed. Estimated project completion date is September 2012. 
 
HAMILTON COUNTY, I-24 resurfacing beginning west of Chattanooga Creek (LM 6.18 / MM 177) to near Crest Rd. (LM 11.35 / MM 183), including bridge deck repair: The contractor will begin installing signs on I‑24 East and West beginning on Monday March 14. Some work may be done during the day. However, lane closures are restricted to nighttime between the hours of 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday through Thursday.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, I-26 East near Mile Marker 7.7: On Monday night, March 28, 2011, motorists should be alert for a lane closure between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews perform cable barrier repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

UNICOI COUNTY, I-26 between Mile Markers 36 and 40: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures during daylight hours and use caution through this resurfacing project.

SHELBY COUNTY, On-Call Guardrail:Wednesday March 23 through Wednesday March 30, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: There will be night time lane closures at the following locations to repair damaged guard rail:
·         I-40, Fayette/Haywood Counties westbound (MM 42.0 to MM 50.0), one lane to remain open.
·         I-40, Madison/Henderson Counties eastbound (MM 87.0 to MM 111.0), one lane to remain open.

DECATUR COUNTY, I-40 MM 124:Thursday March 24, 12:30 p.m.-1:00 p.m.: There will be a “Rolling Road Block” along I-40, for utility work. THP will assist with traffic control

HICKMAN COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Tuesday March 29 and Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 westbound in Hickman County between mile marker 153 and mile marker 157 for settlement and slide clean up.  One lane will remain open.   

CHEATHAM COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, (excluding weekends), 7PM-5AM, There will be one lane closed periodically on I-40 in both directions in Cheatham County between mile marker 186 and mile marker 192 in order to patch potholes in the concrete bridge decks. One lane will remain open.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes and for ditch cleaning.
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, and 7PM-1AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control and shoulder work. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 and Robertson Road Interchange:(Recovery Act Project) Saturday March 26 and Sunday March 27, 7AM-7PM, Closure of one lane each direction of I-40 for installation of bridge pier and installation of storm sewer. 

ROANE COUNTY, I-40 West near Mile Marker 362.4: On Sunday night, March 27, 2011, motorists should be alert for a lane closure between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers present and use extreme caution through this area.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 beginning SR385 to north of Walnut Grove Road:Sunday, March 27 through Thursday, March 31 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Each night there will be lane closures I-240 eastbound from mile marker 16.0 to mile marker 13.0 to install concrete barrier rail. Two eastbound lanes will remain open.

REGION 4, TDOT Maintenance:Wednesday March 23 through March 30, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures at various locations in Region 4 in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: I-55 is reduced to two lanes in each direction. Currently there is access to Mallory Avenue (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. The NEW northbound lanes at I-55 are open to traffic.
  • Wednesday March 23 through Wednesday March 30, there will be intermittent lane closures southbound at mile marker 8 to mile marker 9 in order to perform work on Interstate between bridge 1 and 2. One southbound lane will remain open.


I-155
 
REGION 4, TDOT Maintenance:Wednesday March 23 through March 30, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures at various locations in Region 4 in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

DYER COUNTY, I-155:Resurfacing and bridge repair should alert motorist for lanes closures. Wednesday March 23 through Wednesday March 30, 7:00 a.m. -6:30 p.m.: There will be one northbound and one southbound lane closed.

 
I-65

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:Monday March 28 through Wednesday March 30, 8PM-3AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 southbound between mile marker 60 and mile marker 57 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 248 (Goose Creek) to SR 96:Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating one lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound between SR 96 to about one mile south of the bridge over the Harpeth River in order to perform some maintenance work and install barrier rail. One lane will remain open.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 ramp to Old Hickory Blvd (Brentwood):Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9PM-5AM,  There will be alternating lane closures on Old Hickory Blvd. westbound on the bridge over I-65 in order to pour curb and gutter and to remove the concrete island.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-65 at the junction with SR 12 (Rosa Parks Blvd.):
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9PM-5AM and Saturday March 26, 6AM-6PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Rosa Parks Blvd. in order to install storm drain, perform sewer work, and pour sidewalk and curb and gutter.
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9PM-5AM, (excluding Sunday), There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound in order to perform bridge work.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, TDOT Maintenance:
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes and for ditch cleaning.
  • Thursday March 24 through Wednesday March 30, 9AM-3PM, and 7PM-1AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for vegetation control and shoulder work. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.
  • Thursday March 24, 7PM-3AM, The two right lanes will be closed on I-65 southbound at mile marker 89 for milling and paving.  Two lanes will remain open.


FUTURE I-69
 
OBION COUNTY-Future I-69 beginning 0.31 mile south of SR-5/SR-22 to 0.78 mile west of SR-21:
·         NOW through Thursday November 3, 2011, Brevard Road near Goodyear in Union City will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location so that Brevard Road will cross over I-69. A detour route is posted.
·         NOW through Saturday September 15, 2012, Perry Browder Road between George Moss Road and Mt. Zion Road will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location. A detour route is posted. There is only one house on this section of Perry Browder Road and they will provide egress and ingress daily as the project is constructed.
 
 
I-75

HAMILTON COUNTY, design-build project from I-75 Enterprise South interchange to SR-317 (Apison Pike) at Old Lee Hwy.: The contractor is clearing and performing grading operations to begin work on the bridge to connect the interchange at Exit 9 to SR-317 at Old Lee Hwy. Estimated completion date is January 2012. 
 
KNOX COUNTY, I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 112.5 and 117.5:Beginning at 8 p.m. Sunday night, March 27, 2011, motorists should be alert for a lane closure on I-75 North and South approaching Mile Marker 115 as crews perform bridge deck repairs. The lane closure will be in place around the clock until repairs are complete. Once bridge deck repairs are complete, motorists should be alert for lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for equipment and workers present, expect potential long delays and use extreme caution in this area.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, I-75 North at Mile Markers 144.2 and 147.3:On Sunday night, March 27, 2011, motorists should be alert for a lane closure between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews perform guardrail repairs. Motorists should be alert for workers and equipment present and use extreme caution in this area.

GREENE COUNTY, I-81 North and South between Mile Markers 36 and 44: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for equipment and workers present, expect potential delays and use caution in this area.

WASHINGTON COUNTY, I-81 North and South between Mile Markers 50 and 54: Motorists should be alert for possible lane closures through this resurfacing project on Sunday nights through Thursday nights between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning. Motorists should be alert for equipment and workers present, expect potential delays and use caution in this area.

 
Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.
