Indiana Man Indicted for Dale Hollow Boating Accident That Left One Person Dead, Injured Three Others

NASHVILLE --- An Indiana man has been indicted by the Pickett County Grand Jury on multiple charges stemming from an investigation by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency of a July boating accident on Dale Hollow Lake that left one person dead and injured three others.
 
Jopseph B. Bonomini, 23, from Lawrenceburg, Ind., was indicted in August on one count of vehicular homicide, three counts of aggravated assault, and one count of reckless endangerment. The crash on July 11 resulted in the death of Byron Hartman from Guilford, Ind.
 
Bonomini has posted a $5,000 cash bond and has been released from the Pickett County Jail. He is scheduled to go to trial in November.
