Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, State Route 436 between State Route 77 (US 70A) (Reedy Creek Rd.) and State Route 76 (S. Highland Dr.) is CLOSED for a bridge replacement project. A detour route is posted.
 
DECATUR COUNTY, US 412 (SR 20) Widening Project:  Motorists should be alert for temporary lane closures each day along US412 (State Route 20) from near the Henderson County line to Bear Creek Rd. as crews work to widen the road.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures each day for excavation, with flagmen present. Watch for haul trucks entering roadway. One lane traffic with flagmen.
 
DYER COUNTY, State Route 211: Bridge repair work on State Route 211 at log mile 6.04 will cause a reduction in lanes  from two to one lane every day. Northbound lanes for Phase 1 construction are closed and a temporary traffic signal is in place.
 
FAYETTE COUNTY, 6 Bridges are being replaced on State Route 194 between State Route 57 and State Route 15 and will cause a reduction in lanes from two to one every day due to the use of temporary signals.
 
FAYETTE COUNTY, 4 bridges are being replaced on State Route 194 between State Route 15 (US64) and State Route 59 and will cause a reduction in lanes from two to one every day due to the use of temporary signals
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-76: (Recovery Act Project) A widening project from State Route 43 to the Carroll County line will result in temporary lane closures each day. Motorists are advised to travel with caution.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21: Survey workers are present from the beginning of the project to the end. Temporary lane closures for utilities crossing the highway. Grading work will continue along the project. Traffic has been shifted to the south side of the project from the intersection of state route 43 to the Gibson / Carroll County line.
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-186: A 6 bridge replacement project over Hog Creek at Log Mile 6.48, Parker Branch at Log Mile 11.87, and Branches Log Mile 9.62, 12.01, 12.77, and 13.77. Motorists are advised to travel with caution. Traffic will be controlled with a temporary traffic signals.
 
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-54: A bridge repair project over Cain Creek at log mile 10.18. Motorists are advised to travel with caution. Traffic will be controlled with a temporary signal.
 
HARDEMAN COUNTY SR57: Construction of 3 bridges over Big Muddy Creek at log mile 20.38, 20.29, and 20.64. Bridge replacement construction will result in narrowed lanes daily.
 
HARDEMAN COUNTY SR15:   Between East of Margin Street to near Hornsby Loop Road a widening project will result in a lane shift during the week. Utility work is occurring off the shoulder.
 
HARDIN COUNTY, SR-15: construction of 4-lane highway from near Savannah to Firetower Road. Motorists should use caution and watch for construction equipment entering and leaving roadway in this area.
Wednesday September 7 through Wednesday September 14, Construction work will cause temporary lane closures daily. Motorists are advised to use caution when going through a construction project.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): Bridge repair on 4 bridges will result in lane closures each day over Overflow at Log Mile 5.58, Log Mile 5.92, and Log Mile 6.27 and over Muddy Creek at Log Mile 6.37. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal with a width restriction of 11'3".
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US70): Bridge repair will result in lane closures each day on 6 bridges over Overflow Hatchie River at Log Mile 7.23, 7.65, 8.15, 8.40, 8.84 and 9.10. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.  The roadway is reduced to one 11'3” with a temporary signal.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-76 Bridge Replacement: Bridge replacement/repair project at log miles 22.99 and 23.98 will result in lane closures each day. Traffic will be controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
 
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR179: A bridge replacement on State Route 179 at the Haywood – Hardeman County Line will result in lane closures every day. Traffic is being controlled by a temporary traffic signal.
 
HENRY / STEWART COUNTY: A bridge repair project including paving on US 79 (SR 76) over the Tennessee River at log mile 31.41. Motorists are advised to use caution when going through a construction project. The project will be down to one 10’ lane in each direction for the duration of the project.
 
HENDERSON COUNTY: A widening project on State Route 20 (US412) from State Route 114 to the Decatur County Line will result in temporary lane closures every day. Motorists are advised to use caution when going through a construction project.
 
LAKE COUNTY, SR-21 Bridge Construction: Construction of a bridge over the Reelfoot Spillway. Traffic has now been shifted back to the main road.
 
MADISON COUNTY, US 412 (SR 20) Widening: Widening project between Interstate 40 and Miller Avenue will temporarily slow traffic each day. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through this work zone. Drivers should be alert for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway.
 
McNAIRY COUNTY, US 64 (SR 15): (Recovery Act Project) Widening project between State Route 225 and Sandy Flat Road will result in traffic shifts. Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling through this work zone. Be alert for trucks and equipment entering and leaving the roadway.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.: Construction will cause temporary lane closures during the day. Motorists are advised to use caution when going through a construction project.
 
McNAIRY COUNTY, State Route 117: Bridge repair work on State Route 117 at log mile 2.09 near Clear Creek near Stantonville will result in lane shift every day.
  
OBION COUNTY-Future I-69 beginning 0.31 mile south of SR-5/SR-22 to 0.78 mile west of SR-21
NOW through Thursday November 3, 2011, Brevard Road near Goodyear in Union City will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location so that Brevard Road will cross over I-69. A detour route is posted.
NOW through Saturday September 15, 2012, Perry Browder Road between George Moss Road and Mt. Zion Road will be CLOSED for the construction of an interchange at this location. A detour route is posted. There is only one house on this section of Perry Browder Road and they will provide egress and ingress daily as the project is constructed.
 
SHELBY COUNTY- Bridge Construction SR3 (US51/Thomas Street at Wolf River)
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, There will be temporary lanes closures in each direction that will cause delays. There is a 11’ width restriction for the duration of the project.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, SR-57 (US-72 Poplar Ave.) Miller Farms Rd. to Dogwood Rd.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21: One lane of both eastbound and westbound Poplar Avenue/SR-57 in Germantown will be closed throughout the duration of the project. Two lanes of Poplar Avenue/SR-57 will remain open in each direction at all times. 
LOOK AHEAD: Also, one lane of NB/SB Germantown Parkway (MM 3.2 to MM 3.0) West Farmington Road-Poplar Avenue, will be closed in the future, leaving one lane open in each direction.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21: There will be lane closures eastbound Poplar Ave/SR-57 @ Arthur Road in Germantown (MM 11.5 to MM 12.5) Miller Farms Road to Dogwood Road. There will be one lane closed, two lanes will remain open.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385:Between State Route 57 and State Route 193, grading, drainage, and bridge construction of State Route 385 from State Route 57 Poplar Ave. in Piperton to State Route 193 Macon Rd. in Fisherville. The contractor is currently driving piles, constructing bridge caps, foundations, and columns, and hauling embankment. Trucks will be entering the highway at State Route 205 in the vicinity of the Wolf River and overflow bridges. Construction work will temporarily slow traffic every day.
 
SHELBY COUNTY, I-55 at Mallory Avenue: I-55 is reduced to two lanes in each direction. Currently there is access to Mallory Avenue (Exit 9) from Northbound I-55. The NEW northbound lanes at I-55 are open to traffic.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be intermittent lane closures southbound at mile marker 8 to mile marker 9 in order to perform work on Interstate bridge 1. One southbound lane will remain open. Exit 9 (southbound, Mallory Exit will remain closed with traffic being detoured to Exit 8 (Horn Lake Exit).
 
SHELBY COUNTY, Safety Improvement on the Ramps to I-55 at junction of Crump Boulevard
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21: There will continue to be a lane closure and shoulder closure for clearing operations at Ramp A and permanent removal of ramps leading to I-55.
 
TDOT Maintenance
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.: There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region 4 in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.
 
TIPTON COUNTY, SR-14 (Austin Peay Highway): (Recovery Act Project)grade, drain and paving operations, beginning north of SR-206 and extending to 1.2 miles east of SR-384.
Wednesday September 14 through Wednesday September 21, There will be intermittent lane closures. Motorists are advised to use caution in construction areas.
