Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs Partners with Fentress Co and American Legion Post 137 for Veterans Outreach Event

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs is partnering with Veterans Service Organizations in Fentress County to offer a veterans outreach event for Fentress, Morgan, Cumberland, Overton and Pickett County veterans and their families. The event will be hosted at the American Legion Post 137, 132 Ball Park Road, Jamestown on Thursday, April 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
 
Representatives from TDVA, US Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Department of Labor Veteran Outreach, National Guard Family and Transition Assistance and several community organizations will be available to answer questions, provide information and assist with enrollment opportunities for veterans and other eligible beneficiaries. 
 
Veterans will need to present a copy of their DD-214 and any other service related documents to assist with filing VA claims.
