West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Steering Committee to Meet

 NASHVILLE – Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs Commissioner Many-Bears Grinder and Assistant Commissioner Mark Breece will attend the next West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery Project steering committee meeting on Thursday, June 21 at 4:00 p.m.

The steering committee is made up of community members from five West Tennessee counties. Chris Dangler of Henderson County is the Chairperson for the committee.

 
Planned topics for discussion include progress on locating potential sites for the proposed cemetery and establishment of sub-committees to handle finance, strategic planning as well as fund raising.
