TDOT to Hold Ribbon Cutting on SR-111 Project in Spencer, Van Buren County

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Tennessee Department of Transportation Commissioner John Schroer will join with federal, state and local officials to celebrate the official opening of an improved section of State Route 111 in Spencer, Tenn. on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
