Federal Migratory Bird Register Released

NASHVILLE --- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released the federal register containing the frameworks for early season migratory bird hunting.

These are the regulations which govern how states may set their waterfowl and crane hunting seasons. To view the federal register and/or provide comment, visit www.regulations.gov. Once reaching the site, type “migratory bird” in the search engine. The deadline for comment is Aug. 5, 2013.
