BENTON COUNTY, SR-69:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing (thin mix overlay) beginning at Rocky Ridge Road to the Henry County line.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-22:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at the Henderson County line extending to north of Clarksburg.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-424:  Bridge Replacement on State Route 424 over an overflow and the Big Sandy River. Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  A signal system is being utilized and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 10’ lane restriction.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-424:   Bridge Replacement on State Route 424 over the Rutherford Fork Obion River and overflows.  Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18: A signal system is being utilized and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 9.5 lane restriction.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-424:  Temporary lanes closures each day for striping on State Route 424 beginning at State Route 22 and extending to State Route 114.

CHESTER COUNTY, SR-22:  Bridge Repair on State Route 22 over Dry Creek log mile 2.87 at the intersection of Willis Road.  Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  A signal system is anticipated to be active September 16, 2013 and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 11’ lane restriction.  A detour will be put in place for Willis Road during the lane closure.

CHESTER COUNTY, SR-365:  Temporary lanes closures each day for resurfacing beginning at US-45 Bypass (State Route 5) and extending to White Avenue.

CROCKETT COUNTY, SR-20:  Temporary lanes closures each day for resurfacing beginning at the Dyer County line and extending to Lyons/Birmingham Road.

CROCKETT/GIBSON COUNTY, SR-188:  Construction of five (5) concrete box beam bridges on State Route 188 at the Crockett/Gibson County line. The roadway is CLOSED with a detour route posted.

DYER COUNTY, SR-78:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at State Route 104 (Forrest Street) and extending to north of Radio Road. 

DYER COUNTY, SR-104:  Bridge Repair on State Route 104 over overflow.  A signal system will be utilized and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 10’ 9” lane restriction.

FAYETTE COUNTY, I-40, Interchange at SR 222:  Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  The east and westbound shoulders at Exit 42 are CLOSED.

FAYETTE and SHELBY COUNTY, (SR-385) Future I-269:  Construction of I-269 from the interchange with State Route 385 to the Mississippi State line.  The project intersects with US 72 (State Route 86) in the area of the Mann Road intersection.  State Route 86 is reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge construction in the median.  Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zone and also crossing the roadway.

FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-76:  Construction of four (4) bridges on State Route 76 over North Fork Wolf River and overflows.  Traffic is controlled with a temporary signal and is reduced to one lane in each direction.

FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-194:  Six (6) bridges are being replaced on State Route 194 between State Route 57 and State Route 15 (US-64).  Motorists should watch for construction vehicles entering and exiting the work zones.

FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-194:  Temporary lane closures are possible for the installation of safety improvements on State Route 194 in Fayette County.  A flagman will be onsite to direct traffic.

FAYETTE COUNTY SR-196:  Temporary lanes closures are possible for the installation of safety improvements on State Route 196 in Fayette County.  A flagman will be on site to direct traffic when the new signs are being installed.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-43:  Temporary lane closures each day on US-45E (State Route 43) beginning at State Route 187 extending to Woodlawn Street.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-104:  A widening project from west of State Route 188 to Milligan Lane and Gumwoods Road will result in temporary lane closures each day.  Traffic has been shifted from east of State Route 188 to the proposed eastbound lanes.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-152:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at the WTNN Railroad and extending to the Madison County line.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-186:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing at State Route and extending to Wallsmith Branch Bridge.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-366:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at State Route 5 (Viking Drive) and extending to (US-70A/79) State Route 76.  Traffic is reduced to one lane with flagmen.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-457:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at State Route 5 extending to State Route 104.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-15:  A widening project between East of Margin Street to near Hornsby Loop Road will result in a lane shift during the week. Traffic has been shifted to the proposed west bound lanes. 

HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-18:  Construction of a concrete box beam bridge and paving on State Route 18 over Cypress Creek. Wednesday September 12 through Wednesday September 19:  There will be lane closures north and southbound with a temporary signal in place.  One lane will remain open, in each direction. 

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-114:  Bridge Repair over the Tennessee River at Clifton. Wednesday September 12 through Wednesday September 19:  There will be lane shifts east and westbound on State Route 114.

HENDERSON COUNTY, I-40:  Bridge repair project over Middle Fork Forked Deer River (between mile marker 98-99) & over Dabbs Creek (between mile markers 112-114).  The shoulders are closed at (Middle Forked Deer River) east and westbound.


HENDERSON COUNTY, SR-20:  A widening project on State Route 20 (US-412) from State Route 114 to the Decatur County Line.  All lanes (new and existing) and adjacent side roads are now OPEN.  Ongoing work could cause temporary lane closures throughout project.  Flaggers are present.

HENDERSON COUNTY, SR-22:  A bridge repair project will cause lane closures on State Route 22 over I-40 in both north and southbound lanes.

HENDERSON COUNTY, SR-104:  Bridge repair project over the Beech River at log mile 18.20
Wednesday September 12 through Wednesday September 19:  There will be lane closures north and southbound on SR 104 with temporary signal in place. One lane will remain open, in each direction.

LAKE COUNTY, SR-22:  A widening project on State Route 22, south of State Route 21 in Tiptonville to existing State Route 22 (Cates Landing Rd.).  There are lane shifts throughout the project. 

LAUNDERDALE COUNTY, SR-87:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning east of Green Chapel Road and extending to State Route 3.

LAUNDERDALE COUNTY, SR-208:  A widening project on State Route 208 (State Route 209/Cleveland Street) beginning at State Route 209 (Washington Street) and extending to State Route 208 at US-51/State Route 3 in Ripley.  There will be temporary lane closures daily.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-1:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at State Route 223 and extending to State Route 186.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-223:  Temporary lane closures each day for resurfacing beginning at State Route 138 and extending to James Lawrence Road.

MCNAIRY COUNTY, SR-224:  Construction of a concrete box beam bridge on State Route 224 over Graham Creek.  Roadway is CLOSED until Tuesday October 15, 2013 with a detour route posted. 

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55:  The I-55 Welcome Center is CLOSED due to construction of a new facility.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Bridge over MS River Phase 8:
Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  The left (inside) shoulder of the exit ramp for westbound Interstate 40 to Second Street is closed.  The Eastbound EXIT to Front Street is closed.  Traffic on Front Street between Jackson Avenue and Poplar Avenue is restricted to one lane in each direction. 

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Bridge over MS River Phase 9:
Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  West of the I-40 MS River Bridge, the outside eastbound lane is closed. The lane closure is anticipated to remain in place until December 2013.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Memphis Smartway Transportation (ITS) I-40 beginning at SR-177 (Germantown Road) in Shelby County extending to Braden Road Overpass in Fayette County:
Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  There are no scheduled closures.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 westbound over the Wolf River LM-5.01:
Friday September 13, 8:00 p. m. through Monday September 16, 5:00 a. m.:  There are no scheduled closures

SHELBY COUNTY,  I-40 & Summer Avenue:  Sunday September 15, 8: 00 a. m.-12:00 p. m.:  MLGW plans to take down wires over I-40.  I-40 traffic needs to be stopped in both directions, 3 lanes each direction.  This is between the eastbound “On” ramp on White Station Rd. and the “On” ramp from I-40 to the north leg.  MLGW will let traffic flow between each wire removal if traffic queues are excessive.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 North of SR-385 to North of Walnut Grove Rd.:
Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  A widening project on I-240 will cause temporary lane closures. Traffic has been moved to temporary ramps at the Walnut Grove interchange.
Saturday September 14 & Sunday September 15, 5:00 a.m.-5 p.m.:  Westbound Poplar Avenue at I-240 will be CLOSED for the installation of piling to fortify the existing bridge abutment.  Detour route will be posted.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14 (US-61):  A replacement of the bridge over Illinois Central Railroad from South Parkway to McLemore Avenue. A detour route is posted.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-57:   Replacement of damaged drainage culverts along Poplar Ave. (State Route 57) between Kirby Parkway and Johnson Rd. in Germantown.  Beginning on Monday September 16, work will begin at 4:00 a.m. between Kirby Pkwy and Poplar Estates Dr. and continue until 7:00 p.m.  Work will conclude at this site on Wednesday September 18.  A minimum of two lanes will remain open at all times.  Motorists should watch for lane shifts as work progresses.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-86 (US-72):  Construction on State Route 86 (US-72) for a widening project north of Quinn Road to State Route 57 (Poplar Avenue) in Collierville. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction.  South Rowlett Street is closed to through traffic in the vicinity of the State Route 86 bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad.  Motorists may use Wilson Street to Harris Street as a detour.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-175 (Shelby Drive): Resurfacing beginning at Swinnea to north of State Route 176 (Getwell Avenue):  Sunday September 15 through Thursday September 19, 7:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m:  There will be temporary lane closures in both directions to replace existing handicap ramps. Two lanes will remain open.

SHELBY COUNTY, -Grade, drain, pave SR-177 (Germantown Rd); Crestridge Rd to Stout Rd:
Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18:  There will be intermittent lane closures on SR-177 (Germantown Road), between Germantown City Limits and Stout Road. Flagmen will be utilized during these closures to ensure safety from oncoming traffic.  The closures will be intermittent and for as short a time as possible.
September 9, through Wednesday, September 11, Germantown Road (SR-177), between Stout Road and Crestridge, will be CLOSED to thru traffic.  Residents that live on Germantown Road, south of Stout Road, will only be allowed access from the south end of the project.  The detour provided will take traffic along State Route 385, South Byhalia (SR-175), and Poplar Avenue (SR-57).  THP will assist with traffic control.

SHELBY COUNTY, -Resurfacing on SR-385 beginning at SR-175 (Byhalia Road) overhead bridge LM-12.51 and extending to west of the bridge over US-72 (SR-86) LM-14.36
Wednesday September 11 through Friday September 13:  State Route 385 will be down to one lane in each direction at the bridge over State Route 175 (Byhalia Rd.) for bridge deck repairs. One lane of traffic will remain open in each direction.
Monday September 16 through Wednesday September 18:  State Route 385 will be down to one lane in each direction at the bridge over State Route 175 (Byhalia Rd.) for milling paving operations. One lane of traffic will remain open in each direction.

SHELBY and FAYETTE COUNTY, SR 385:  Construction on State Route 385 from State Route 57 Poplar Ave. in Piperton to State Route 193 Macon Rd. in Fisherville. Trucks may be entering the highway in the area of State Route 193 (Macon Road) and State Route 385 intersection.

TDOT REGION 4, On-Call Guardrail:  Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.:  There will be night time lane closures at the following locations, to repair damaged guardrail.
• I-40, Shelby County, westbound (MM 1.0 to MM 2.5), one lane will remain open.  Also, this will include a temporary ramp closure at the following locations: I-40 westbound “Off” ramp @ Exit 20/Canada Road, I-40 westbound “On” ramp @ Exit 20/Canada Road & I-40 westbound “On” ramp at MM 23.9.
• I-55, Shelby County, northbound & southbound (MM 5.0 to MM 8.0), one lane will remain open.  Also, this will include a temporary ramp closures for the I-55 northbound “On” ramp at MM 12.1.

TDOT MAINTENANCE:  Wednesday September 11 through Wednesday September 18, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.:  There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.

TIPTON COUNTY, SR-384:  Construction of a concrete box beam bridge. A temporary signal is being used with the northbound lane CLOSED.  There is one 11’ lane on bridge.
