TDOC Searches For Joshua M. Baber

MOUNTAIN CITY – The Tennessee Department of Correction is currently searching for Joshua M. Baber, a minimum-custody inmate who absconded from the Northeast Correctional Complex-Annex in Mountain City. Baber was noticed missing from an outside work detail this afternoon.
Baber had approximately seven years remaining on a sentence stemming from convictions of burglary, kidnapping and theft of property.
The Tennessee Department of Correction is working with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office on the search for Baber. The department urges anyone with information regarding Baber’s whereabouts to call 1-844-TDC-FIND (1-844-832-3463).
