Governor's Books from Birth Foundation announces new brand in celebration of 10th anniversary

Governor's Books from Birth Foundation (GBBF) is excited to announce the launch of our new brand, logo and videos! This new brand is an expression of our purpose, mission and vision, and is a fresh new look in time for our 10th anniversary celebration.

As a key partner and advocate of our brand, we would like to share our updated assets with you.

If you display our logo on any of your materials, please update to the new design. And, as often as possible, please use the combination logo that shows the DPIL and GBBF partnership. 

In addition to our new look, we have also selected a set of brand words and phrases that describe who we are and what we do. You'll find those on page 3 of our brand guidelines, but for quick reference, our new overview message is below.

When describing GBBF, please use the following language:

Governor’s Books from Birth Foundation (GBBF), in partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library and our statewide county affiliate programs, builds a foundation for reading and learning through books for Tennessee’s children. All children from birth to age five are eligible to receive books at no cost to families. Providing books in the home is a unique opportunity for family engagement, vocabulary and reading skills development. We are preparing children for lifelong learning through reading.
