DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from Trinity Lane to Dickerson Road

  • Thursday May 22, 9PM-5AM, There will be one lane closed on I-65 southbound from MM 88 to Trinity Lane for paving the roadway.  Also, the exit ramp to Trinity Lane will be closed from I-65 southbound in order to pave the shoulder, perform striping, and set barrier rail. 
  • Thursday May 22, 9PM-5AM, There will be one lane closed on I-65 northbound from the I-24/I-65 split to Dickerson Road in order to pave the roadway, perform striping, and remove an overhead sign.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on I-40 over Jefferson Street and the Nashville & Western Railroad, Including the Pedestrian Bridge over I-40

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 7AM-7PM (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating lane closures on Jefferson Street under I-40 in order to paint the bridge.
  • Tuesday May 27 through Saturday May 31, 8PM-6AM, There will be one lane closed on I-40, eastbound and westbound, from MM 206 to MM 208, for work on the pedestrian bridge. The on-ramps to I-40 from Jefferson Street and 28th Avenue will also be closed.  Detour signs will be installed.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 254 (Old Hickory Boulevard) over Otter Creek

  • Thursday May 22, 10AM–3PM, There will be lane closures to relocate waterline for the bridge replacement.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on US 31W (Dickerson Road) from Dry Creek Road to the CSX Railroad

  • Tuesday May 27 and Wednesday May 28, 8PM-6AM, There will be lane closures on US 31W from Dry Creek Road to the CSX Railroad in order to install pavement markings. 

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Installation of Longitudinal Cable Barrier on I-24 from West of Clay Lick Road to East of Lickton Pike

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, (excluding holiday weekends), There will be a shoulder closure on I-24 eastbound and westbound, between MM 37 and MM 40, for installation of cable barrier.

 

DAVIDSON AND RUTHERFORD COUNTIES, Nashville Smartway ITS I-24 Expansion Project

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating shoulder closures on both I-24 eastbound and westbound and SR 840 (approximately between MM 48 and MM 57) for road boring and conduit installation and DMS foundation work.
  • Tuesday May 27 through Wednesday May 28, 9PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on both I-24 eastbound and westbound and SR 840 (approximately between MM 48 and MM 57) for road boring and conduit installation and DMS foundation work.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Microsurfacing on SR 96 from SR 100 to the Davidson-Williamson County Line

  • Tuesday May 27 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM , There will be alternating lane closures on SR 96 in Davidson County for the installation of loop detectors.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Local Programs Project (Metro Public Works)

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8AM-4PM, (excluding holiday weekend), The right lane of Harding Place eastbound will be closed from Danby Drive to Timberhill Dr. in order to install sidewalks.

 

HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-40 from the Benton County Line to the Hickman County Line, Including Bridge Repair

  • Thursday May 22 and Tuesday May 27 through Wednesday May 28, 8PM-6AM, I-40 will be reduced to one lane in both directions from MM 135 to MM 148 in order to perform milling operations.  Troopers will be utilized.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-65 from the Marshall County Line to North of SR 99

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8PM-6AM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound for paving operations.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Intersection Improvements on US 31/SR 6 (Nashville Hwy)

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating lane closures on US 31 at Baker Road and US 31 at Carters Creek Pike in order to perform intersection improvements.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Local Programs Project

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be lane closures on SR 6 from Cayer Lane to Raider Lane in order to install barrier rail.
  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8AM-4PM, (excluding holiday weekend),  There will be alternating lane closures on James Campbell Boulevard at Trotwood Avenue in order to perform intersection improvements.

 

BEDFORD/RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-24 from West of SR 840 to East of SR 840 and from East of Epps Mill Road to the Coffee County Line

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8PM-6AM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating lane closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound in order to pave the roadway, install guardrail and repair concrete ramps near SR 840.  One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Construction of New Interchange on SR 1 (Broad St) at SR 10/SR 96 (Memorial Blvd/Old Fort Pkwy)

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8PM-6AM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating lane closures on SR 96, Broad Street and College Street for underground utility crossings.

 

SMITH COUNTY, Resurfacing SR 24 (US 70N) from the Smith-Wilson County Line to Stallings Road

  • Tuesday May 27, 6AM-6PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 24 eastbound and westbound in order to resurface the roadway.

 

SUMNER COUNTY, Resurfacing SR 6 (US 31E) from SR 258 (New Shackle Island Road) to Saundersville Road

  • Tuesday May 27, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 6 eastbound and westbound in order to mill the roadway.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 840 to SR 248, Interchange Modifications and Widening on SR 248 from Lewisburg Pike to west of I-65

  • Thursday May 22, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-65 northbound at MM 61 to repair guardrail.
  • Wednesday May 28, 1PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on I-65 in both directions at MM 61.5 for blasting.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Construction on SR 397 (Mack Hatcher Pkwy) South of SR 96 to SR 6

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM- 3PM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be temporary lane closures at all intersections to complete final items of work.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of SR 253 (Concord Rd) from Sunset Road to Nolensville Road

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, (excluding holiday weekend), Traffic will be flagged during trench & bore pit blasting operations near the roadway.
  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28 (excluding holiday weekend), 8:30PM–5:30AM, There will be a lane closure at the intersection of Nolensville Road & Concord Road in order to install new signal structures & vehicle detection loops.

  • Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 246 in Williamson County in order to pave the roadway.

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8PM-5AM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound in order to pave.  One lane will remain open in each direction.

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 8PM-6AM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be lane closures in both directions on SR 11 (US 41) from MM 0, at the Robertson-Davidson County Line, to MM 8.45, at the intersection of Bill Jones Industrial Drive, in order to seal roadway cracks.

 

Sumner County

  • Thursday May 22, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 6 (US 31E) between Sideview Road and Rock Bridge Road in both directions for milling and paving.  

 

Williamson County

  • Thursday May 22 through Wednesday May 28, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 100 in Fairview at Walmart for paving.  One lane will remain open at all times.

Davidson County

  • From now through Thursday July 31, 7PM-6AM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be lane closures on SR 1 (Murfreesboro Road) from Menzler Lane to Fesslers Lane in order for Piedmont Natural Gas to open cut and install a 6” gas main.
  • Thursday May 22, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on SR 24 (at Lebanon Road) in order to pave the roadway where a utility cut was made.

 

Montgomery County

  • From now through Saturday May 31, 9AM-2PM, (excluding holiday weekend), There will be lane closures on SR 48N (Trenton Road) between Needmore Road and Meriwether Road in Clarksville for utility relocation.

Giles County

  • Thursday May 22, 9AM-12 NOON, There will be a rolling lane closure on SR 15 from the Buchanan Creek Bridge to the Lincoln County line while cores are taken from the roadway. One lane will remain open at all times. Flagging will be utilized where appropriate.
