BENTON COUNTY, SR-191 over I-40:
Wednesday May 28
through Wednesday June 4:  At present there is a lane shift/closures eastbound westbound I-40 at mile marker 133.0.

Friday May 29:  I-40 overhead bridge at mile marker 133.0 (State Route 191) will be CLOSED.

Saturday May 31 through & Sunday June 1, 7 a. m.-7 p. m.:  There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound at mile marker 133.0, for a lane shift, due to construction of overpass bridge.  THP will assist with traffic control.  Weather Permitting.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-424:  Bridge Replacement on State Route 424 over an overflow and the Big Sandy River.  Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  A signal system is being utilized and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 10’ lane restriction.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-424:  Bridge Replacement on State Route 424 over the Rutherford Fork Obion River and overflows.  Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  A signal system is being utilized and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 9.5’ lane restriction.

CHESTER COUNTY, SR-22:  Bridge Repair on State Route 22 over Dry Creek at the intersection of Willis Road.  A signal system is active with lights flashing yellow.  Roadway is opened to traffic.

CROCKETT/GIBSON COUNTY, SR-188:  Construction of five (5) concrete box beam bridges on State Route 188 at the Crockett/Gibson County line.  The roadway is CLOSED with a detour route posted.

DECATUR COUNTY, SR-20 (US-412):  Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from Wilkinstown Road/Bear Creek Road to State Route 69.

DECATUR COUNTY, SR-69:  Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from SR-20 (US-412) to north of Rock Crusher Lane.

DECATUR COUNTY, SR-202:  Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from State Route 69 to State Route 114.

DYER COUNTY, I-155Bridge repair (2) over overflow log mile 6.19 right & left.  Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  Construction signs have been installed.  There are no scheduled closures.

DYER COUNTY, SR-3 (US-51):  Thursday May 29 7:00 a. m.-5:00 p. m.:  Bridge and approaches work will cause the westbound ramp from State Route 3 going onto I-155 to be temporarily CLOSED.

DYER COUNTY, SR-104:  Bridge Repair on State Route 104 over Lewis Creek Canal.  A signal system will be utilized and will reduce traffic to one lane with a 10’ 9” lane restriction.

FAYETTE COUNTY, I-40, Interchange at SR 222:  Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  The east and westbound shoulders at Exit 42 are CLOSED.

FAYETTE and SHELBY COUNTY, (SR-385) Future I-269:  Construction of I-269 from the interchange with State Route 385 to the Mississippi State line.  The project intersects with US 72 (State Route 86) in the area of the Mann Road intersection.  State Route 86 is reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge construction in the median.  Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zone and also crossing the roadway.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-104:  A widening project from west of State Route 188 to Milligan Lane and Gumwoods Road will result in temporary lane closures each day.  Traffic has been shifted from east of State Route 188 to the proposed eastbound lanes.

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-152 (Joe Lucky Sr. Highway):  Miscellaneous safety improvements.  There will be possible lane closures at the intersection of State Route 186 log mile 8.63 & from the Humboldt City limits to State Route 186 for milling operations.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-18:  Construction of a concrete box beam bridge and paving on State Route 18 over Cypress Creek.  Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  There will be lane closures north and southbound with a temporary signal in place.  One lane will remain open, in each direction.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, (SR-15,SR-18,SR-57,SR-100,SR-125,SR-138,SR-179,& SR-368):

Thursday May 29 through Wednesday June 4, 9:00 a. m.-3:00 p. m.:  There will be possible “rolling” lane closures on various State Routes, for the retracing of painted pavement markings.

HAYWOOD COUNTY,  I-40:  Construction for the West Tennessee Solar Farm and Welcome Center, including removal of Albright Road bridge. Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  There are no scheduled closures.

HAYWOOD COUNTY,  I-40:  Construction at the intersection of State Route 76 & I-40 at the weigh station Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  There are no scheduled closures.

HENDERSON COUNTY,  I-40:  Resurfacing from west of State Route 22 extending to west of State Route 114 will result in temporary lane closures each day.

Tuesday May 27 through Thursday May 29, 7:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.:  There will be lane closures eastbound & westbound I-40 between mile marker 108.0-116.0, for cold planing and paving operations.  One lane will remain open.  THP will assist with traffic control.  Weather Permitting.

Sunday June 1 through Thursday June 5, 7:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.:  There will be lane closures eastbound & westbound I-40 between mile marker 108.0-116.0, for cold planing and paving operations.  One lane will remain open.  THP will assist with traffic control.  Weather Permitting.

LAKE COUNTY, SR-22:  A widening project on State Route 22, south of State Route 21 in Tiptonville to existing State Route 22 (Cates Landing Rd.).  There are lane shifts throughout the project.  State Route 22 is closed from intersection of State Route 212 and Vaughn Road North to Cates Landing Road. Detour 3.5 miles on Vaughn Road to State Route 22 Cates Landing Road.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-3:  Bridge Repair (2) on US-51 (State Route 3) over Chambers Branch at log mile 23.94.  Traffic is reduced to one northbound and one southbound lane with a 12’ lane restriction.  Speed limit has been reduced to 55 MPH.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-208:  A widening project on State Route 208 (State Route 209/Cleveland Street) beginning at State Route 209 (Washington Street) and extending to State Route 208 at US-51/State Route 3 in Ripley.  There will be temporary lane closures daily.

MADISON COUNTY, US-70 (SR-1):  A bridge repair project over Gilmers Creek.
Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  There will be lane closures in both the eastbound and westbound directions on State Route 1, with a temporary signal, for duration of the project.  Traffic will be reduced to one lane with a 11’ lane restriction.  Signal was activated January 22, 2014. Beginning March 14, 2014, traffic will be reduced to one lane with a 11’ 3” lane restriction at log mile 31.05.

MADISON COUNTY, (SR-5):  A bridge repair project over Middle Fork Forked Deer River Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  At present there is a lane shift/closure on State Route 5 near Porter Cable.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Bridge over MS River Phase 8:

Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  The left inside shoulder of the exit ramp for westbound Interstate 40 to Second Street, will be closed for about six months.  The exit ramp from Westbound I-40 to Riverside Drive has been narrowed to 14 feet and “wide loads” are restricted from using this.  The right shoulder of the entrance ramp from Riverside Drive to I-40 Eastbound has been narrowed to 12 feet and “wide loads” are restricted from using this.

Thursday May 15:  Ramp B (the Exit ramp from Westbound I-40 to Riverside Drive) has been narrowed to 14 feet (the right shoulder and a small portion of the lane) and “wide loads” are restricted from using this.  Ramp B will remain open at all times.

Beginning Tuesday May 20:  Ramp G (the Eastbound Exit Ramp from I-40 Eastbound to Riverside Drive), will be CLOSED for approximately three months.  This is the first exit on Eastbound I-40 after crossing the Mississippi River.  The Exit to Front Street will remain open; it is only the Exit to Riverside Drive that will be closed.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Bridge over MS River Phase 9:
Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4: 
Eastbound lane of I-40 is closed. The closure is required for safe access and egress for seismic retrofit on the Arkansas approach of the Hernando DeSoto Bridge. The lane closure is anticipated to remain in place until June 2014.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Memphis Smartway Transportation (ITS) I-40 beginning at SR-177 (Germantown Road) in Shelby County extending to Braden Road Overpass in Fayette County:

Friday May 30, 8:00 p. m. through Monday June 2, 6:00 a. m.:  There will be temporary lane closure eastbound and westbound between Exit 24/25 and the Shelby/Fayette County line (MM 23.0 to MM 28.0), for bridge repair work.  THP will assist with traffic control.  Weather Permitting.

Sunday June 1 through Thursday June 5, 8:00 p. m-6:00 a. m.:  There will be temporary lane closure eastbound and westbound between US-64/Exit 18 and the Shelby/Fayette County line (MM 19.0 to MM 28.0), for milling and paving operations.  Weather Permitting.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 North of SR-385 to North of Walnut Grove Rd.: Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  A widening project on I-240 will cause temporary lane closures. Traffic has been moved to temporary ramps at the Walnut Grove interchange.

Saturday May 31, 6:00 a. m.-5:00 p. m.:  There will be temporary lane closures eastbound I-240, 1 right lane, between mile marker 16.0 & mile marker 14.0, for the removal of portable barrier rail on CD Road and one between Poplar Avenue and Walnut Grove Road.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40/I-240 Phase 2 Interchange Improvements Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4:  Modification of the I-40/I-240 interchange.

Beginning Monday February 10:  The right lane of eastbound Summer Avenue was CLOSED, beginning just west of the existing I-240 northbound bridge over Summer Avenue, for the installation of portable barrier rail to allow for construction of Abutment 1/Wall 12.  This will be a permanent lane closure.

Beginning Saturday March 22:  The right lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Eastbound was CLOSED, beginning east of Perkins Road to the I-40/I-240 interchange for bridge construction.  The right lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Westbound was CLOSED, beginning east of the I-40/I-240 interchange for bridge construction.  Westbound Sam Cooper Boulevard traffic should utilize the inside lane of I-40.

Thursday May 29, 9:00 a. m.-3:00 p. m.:  Reduce lanes on Summer Avenue to one lane in each direction, beginning near the redlight at White Station Road, for installation of bridge beams on the I-240 northbound bridge over Summer Avenue. Police will assist in traffic shifts as necessary during the removal.  Police will close traffic temporarily during the lifts  and installation of the bridge beams.

Saturday May 31, 7:00 a. m.-6:00 p. m.:  Use rolling roadblocks on the ramp from Nashville to Little Rock for the removal of the existing guardrail, installation of portable barrier rail, and installation of the construction entrance.  Also, for the installation of barrier rail and the construction of an access road off of the I-40 westbound ramp (Nashville to Little Rock).  There will be traffic stoppages for loads of rock to be dumped on the ramp and then pushed into place. 

Saturday May 31, 7:00 a. m.-6:00 p. m.:  A short section of the left lane I-240 southbound ramp will be temporary close to allow for installation of portable barrier rail. Exit 10A will remain open during this work.

Saturday May 31, 7:00 a.m.-6:00 a.m.:  The right lane of existing I-240 southbound flyover (Sycamore View Road to Walnut Grove Road) will be temporary closed to reset existing portable barrier rail.

LOOK AHEAD:  Saturday June 7, 7:00 a. m.-6:00 p. m.:  The right lane of Ramp A (Exit 12 C), beginning at north abutment of Greenway Bridge and extending across the Wolf River Bridge, will be temporary closed, to allow for extension of portable barrier rail for Phase 1A2.  Exits 12C and 12B will remain open during this work.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-55:  The I-55 Welcome Center is CLOSED due to construction of a new facility.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14 (US-61):  A replacement of the bridge over Illinois Central Railroad from South Parkway to McLemore Avenue.  Roadway is CLOSED, a detour route is posted.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-86 (US-72):  Construction on State Route 86 (US-72) for a widening project north of Quinn Road to State Route 57 (Poplar Avenue) in Collierville. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction.  South Rowlett Street is closed to through traffic in the vicinity of the State Route 86 bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad.  Motorists may use Wilson Street to Harris Street as a detour.

SHELBY COUNTY, Grade, drain, pave SR-177 (Germantown Rd); Crestridge Rd to Stout Rd:
Wednesday May 28
through Wednesday June 04:  There will be intermittent lane closures on SR-177 (Germantown Road), between Germantown City Limits (LM-1.65) to Stout Road (LM-2.40).  The closures will be intermittent and for as short a time as possible.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385:  Bridge Repair (2) on State Route 385 over Loosahatchie River log mile 9.58 left & right. Traffic will be reduced to one northbound and one southbound twelve (12’) lane will be maintained.

TDOT MAINTENANCE:
Wednesday May 28 through Wednesday June 4, 9:00 a. m.-4:00 p. m.: 
There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis.  Weather Permitting.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-22:  Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the ramp from State Route 431 to north of the ramp from State Route 43
