CHEATHAM COUNTY, Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River

  • Thursday July 17 and Friday July 18 and Sunday July 20 through Wednesday July 23, 9PM-6AM, I-40 will be reduced to one lane in both directions from MM 189 to MM 191 in order to perform milling and paving operations to stabilize shoulders and to shift traffic to the outside lanes.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on I-65 over CSX Railroad, Rivergate Pkwy, Long Hollow Pike, E Cedar Street, & Mansker Creek

  • Monday July 21 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-6AM, There will be lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound between MM 96 and MM 99 in order to mill the roadway.
  • Friday July 18, 8PM through Monday July 21, 6AM, There will be lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound between MM 96 and MM 99 over CSX Railroad and Rivergate Pkwy in order to perform deck repairs and replace the median barrier wall.  At least two lanes will remain open in each direction.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 254 (Old Hickory Boulevard) over Otter Creek

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 9AM-3PM, (excluding weekend), There will a lane closure on SR 254 in order to perform bridge work.  Flaggers will be utilized.

 

DAVIDSON AND RUTHERFORD COUNTIES, Nashville Smartway ITS I-24 Expansion Project

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating shoulder closures on I-24 eastbound and westbound and SR 840 (approximately between MM 48 and MM 57) for road boring and conduit installation and DMS foundation work.
  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 840 eastbound (approximately between MM 48 and MM 57) for road boring and conduit installation.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Local Programs Project (Metro Public Works)

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8AM-4PM, The right lane of Harding Place eastbound will be closed from Danby Drive to Timberhill Drive in order to install sidewalks.

 

HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-40 from the Benton County Line to the Hickman County Line, Including Bridge Repair

  • Thursday July 17 through Friday July 18 and Sunday July 20 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-6AM, I-40 will be reduced to one lane in both directions from MM 135 to MM 148 in order to perform milling and paving operations.  Troopers will be utilized.

 

MACON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 52 from Old Highway 52 to Brattontown Circle

  • Thursday July 17 through Sunday July 20, 7AM-4PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 52 eastbound and westbound for paving operations.

 

MACON COUNTY, Reconstruction of SR 10 from south of Goose Creek to SR 52

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, (excluding Sunday), 7AM-5PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 10 for clearing and grubbing operations and installation of concrete barrier rail.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-65 from the Marshall County Line to North of SR 99

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 northbound and southbound for paving operations.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Concrete Pavement Repair on Various Interstates and State Routes

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 9AM-3PM and 8PM-6AM, There will be lane closures on Saturn Parkway at the I-65 Interchange for concrete repair.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Local Programs Project

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8AM-4PM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 from Cayer Lane to Raider Lane in order to install barrier rail.
  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8AM-4PM, There will be alternating lane closures on James Campbell Blvd at Trotwood Avenue in order to perform intersection improvements.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Construction of New Interchange on SR 1 (Broad St) at SR 10/SR 96 (Memorial Blvd/Old Fort Pkwy)

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 96, Broad Street, Ridgely Road, and College Street for underground utility crossings.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Resurfacing on US 231 (SR 10) from SR 96 to SR 268 (W Thompson Lane)

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on US 231 (SR 10) in order to complete cold planning, signalization and paving operations.  One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 840 to SR 248, Interchange Modifications and Widening on SR 248 from Lewisburg Pike to west of I-65

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 1PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on I-65 northbound and southbound at mile marker 61.5 for blasting.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Grading, Drainage and Paving on I-65 Ramps to SR 253 (Concord Rd)

  • Wednesday July 16 through Friday July 18, 8PM-6AM, There will be lane closures on the I-65 northbound and southbound off-ramps at Concord Road in order to set barrier rail and restripe the roadway.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of SR 253 (Concord Rd) from Sunset Road to Nolensville Road

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 9AM-3PM, Traffic will be flagged during trench & bore pit blasting operations near the roadway.

 

WILSON COUNTY, Resurfacing I-40 from East of SR 26 (US 70) to the Smith County Line

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-6AM, (excluding Saturday), There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound for milling and paving operations.

 

Performance Based Maintenance Work on I-24, I-65 and SR 840

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at the following locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to patch potholes on an as-needed basis:
  • SR 840, Williamson, Rutherford and Wilson
  • I-24, Rutherford and Bedford
  • I-65, Williamson

 

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-5AM, There will be possible lane closures at the following locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee to repair guardrail on an as-needed basis:

  • I-40 Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, and Humphreys Counties

 

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 9AM-3PM, There will be possible lane closures at various locations on State Routes and Interstates in Middle Tennessee for tree trimming and removal on an as-needed basis:
  • I-24 Cheatham, Montgomery and Robertson Counties
  • I-65 Maury and Robertson Counties
  • I-40 Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman and Humphreys Counties

 

  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, (excluding weekends), 8PM-5AM, There will be rolling roadblocks using an attenuator truck along the inside lanes of I-24, I-65, and I-40 in Davidson County to spray herbicide along the median barrier wall.
  • Thursday July 17 through Wednesday July 23, 8PM-5AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations in Davidson County for Drain Cleaning Operations.  This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

Davidson County

  • Wednesday July 16 through Tuesday July 22, 7PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 6 (2500 block of Franklin Pike, north of Biloxi Avenue) in order for Fire Sprinkler Co to open-cut for 6” fire service.
  • Sunday July 20, 7AM-11PM, There will be two rolling roadblocks on SR 106 (Ellington Pkwy) between Trinity Lane and Douglas Avenue in order for AT&T to place 224’ of strand and aerial fiber optic cable.
  • From now through Thursday July 31, 7PM-6AM, There will be lane closures on SR 1 (Murfreesboro Road) from Menzler Lane to Fesslers Lane in order for Piedmont Natural Gas to open cut and install a 6” gas main.
  • From now through Thursday July 31, 7PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 106 (4000 block of Hillsboro Pike) in Green Hills in order for Jarrett Builders to install an 8” water main, 6” and 8” sewer main, two public fire hydrants, and storm drainage.

 

Miscellaneous:

Montgomery County

  • Sunday July 20, 5AM-9AM, There will be utility repair of overhead line by CEMC on I-24 near eastbound and westbound lanes.  No lane closure required.  Truck will be in median to make repair.
