NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is announcing that the 2015 Spring Turkey Quota Hunt application results are now available. The results can be found on the TWRA’s website at www.tnwildlife.org.

The TWRA is also announcing that there are 21 permits leftover for the Upper Obion River Complex in West Tennessee on May 8-10. These permits will be allocated by a first-come, first-serve leftover sale on April 22 at 8 a.m. (CDT).

Permits can be purchased at any TWRA license agent. The privilege codes are 321 for customers who have the Lifetime Sportsman (types 401 thru 406), Annual Sportsman (004) or the Senior Citizen License (type 165 or 166) combined with an Annual Senior Citizen Supplemental (Type 167). The code for all other license holders is 328 and cost is $10. The receipt will serve as the permit as no permits will be mailed. Phone sales will not be accepted.

Individuals are allowed to only obtain one permit. Hunters cannot purchase leftover permits for an area from which they were selected in the regular drawing.
Also, hunters cannot purchase leftover permits for an area which has the same or overlapping dates as the hunts they were selected for during the regular drawing.

Hunters can purchase permits for others as long as they have all their pertinent information. The same one permit allowance applies.

Permits and unsuccessful notices to all those who applied for the spring quota hunts will be mailed in the upcoming days.
