BENTON COUNTY, I-40: Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the Decatur County line to west of State Route 191.

Sunday, May 10 through Thursday, May 14, 7:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 east and westbound at mile marker 126.0 to mile marker 133.0), for paving operations and joint work.

LOOK AHEAD: Sunday, May 17 through Thursday, May 21, 7:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 east and westbound at mile marker 126.0 to mile marker 133.0), for milling, paving operations and joint work.

BENTON COUNTY, SR-69:  Miscellaneous safety improvements on State Route 69A from Reynoldsburg Road to Cedar Grove Road will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, with flagmen, for the installation of guardrail.

BENTON COUNTY, SR-191:  Miscellaneous safety improvements between Arnold Drive and Sales Landing Road will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, with flagmen, for installation of high friction treatment to the asphalt roadway.

CARROLL COUNTY, SR-22: Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from Bennetts Road to south of State Route 364.

CHESTER and MCNAIRY COUNTY, SR-5: Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the McNairy County line south of Russon Drive through Chester County to the Madison County line.

DYER COUNTY, SR-104:  Bridge Repair on State Route 104 over Lewis Creek Canal. A signal system will be utilized. Speed limit has been reduced to 30 MPH. Beginning January 5, 2015, State Route 104 over Jones Creek, traffic will be reduced to one lane with a 10’ 9” lane restriction.

DYER COUNTY, SR-104:  State Route 104, bridge over the Obion River is CLOSED. Detour route will be posted.

FAYETTE COUNTY, I-40, Interchange at SR 222:  Wednesday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 14:  The east and westbound shoulders at Exit 42 are open. The shoulders are closed on State Route 222. There will be possible lane closures for the duration of this project.

FAYETTE and HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-222:  A grading project on State Route 222 from north of I-40 to south of Camp Ground Road. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

FAYETTE and SHELBY COUNTY, (SR-385) Future I-269:  Construction of I-269 from the interchange with State Route 385 to the Mississippi State line. State Route 385 is reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge construction. The project intersects with US 72 (State Route 86) in the area of the Mann Road intersection. State Route 86 is reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge construction in the median. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

Wednesday May 13, (Thursday May 14 and Friday May 15 as back up days), 9:00 a. m.-6:00 p. m.: State Route 385 will be CLOSED in the westbound direction to facilitate the deck pour operation. Detour route will be posted.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-125:  Miscellaneous safety improvements between Maxwell Road and Baker Hill Lane will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, with flagmen, for installation of high friction treatment to the asphalt roadway.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-15 (US-64):  A widening project on State Route 15 from Firetower Road to west of Bigbee Branch. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-142:  Miscellaneous safety improvements on State Route 57 to the Mississippi State Line will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily.

HAYWOOD COUNTY,  I-40:  Construction at State Route 76 and I-40 at the weigh station.
Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound and also inside/outside shoulders (MM 49.12 to MM 50.53), for installation of snowplowable markers and thermoplastic. Weather Permitting.

Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound at Exit 56 (MM 55.00 to MM 57.00), for installation of thermoplastic. Weather Permitting.

HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-76: Monday, May 4 through Friday, May 8: CSX will be CLOSING a section of State Route 76 (US-79) to repair a defect in the track due to cross level and warp. This will require the removal of the asphalt and tamping of the ballast stone.

HENDERSON COUNTY, I-40: Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from west of State Route 104 to west of State Route 22.

Sunday, May 10 through Thursday, May 14, 7:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 east and westbound between mile marker 101 and mile marker 108, for milling operations and joint work.

LOOK AHEAD: Sunday, May 17 through Thursday, May 23, 7:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 eastbound and westbound between mile marker 101 and mile marker 108, for milling, paving operations and joint work.

HENRY COUNTY, SR-218: Grading, drainage, construction of I-beam bridge and paving 2.6 miles on State Route 218 from State Route 69 northwest of Paris to US-641 (State Route 54). Beginning Friday May 8, 2015, Iron Banks Road will be closed to thru traffic until approximately October 31, 2016.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-208:  A widening project on State Route 208 (State Route 209/Cleveland Street) beginning at State Route 209 (Washington Street) and extending to State Route 208 at US-51/State Route 3 in Ripley. There will be temporary lane closures daily.

MCNAIRY COUNTY-SR-57:  A bridge replacement project will cause a reduction in lanes in both directions on State Route 57 over Cypress Creek. Traffic is reduced to one lane, with a temporary signal, for duration of the project.

OBION COUNTY, SR-431:  Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the North Fork Obion River bridge to US-51 (State Route 3).

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Bridge over MS River Phase 8:
Wednesday, May 6
through Wednesday, May 13: A lane will be closed on I-40 eastbound Exit 1 to Riverside Drive and Front Street. The EXIT will remain open. It will only be a one-lane exit for a short duration and traffic exiting at this location can still go to either Riverside Drive or Front Street.

Wednesday, May 6 through Wednesday, May 13: A lane will be closed on the I-40 westbound entrance ramp from Front Street. The ON RAMP will remain open for a single lane westbound access to the bridge. Weather Permitting.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 Bridge over MS River Phase 9:
Tuesday, May 12:
Eastbound lane will be closed to reinstall guardrail opposite the Arkansas weigh station.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 at Canada Road
Wednesday, May 6
through Wednesday, May 13:
I-40 speed limit has been reduced to 55 MPH. Currently there is dirt work, cross drains, head walls, laying and backfilling storm sewer pipes and water lines, driving piling, retaining wall work, erosion and traffic control maintenance. There are lane shifts eastbound and westbound on I-40. On December 5, 2014, there were transitions southbound and northbound on Canada Road shifting from two lanes to one lane.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 North of SR-385 to North of Walnut Grove Rd.:
Wednesday, May 06
through Wednesday, May 13: There are no scheduled closures.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40/I-240 Phase 2 Interchange Improvements:
Summer Avenue:
The right westbound lane is CLOSED, beginning just west of the existing I-240 northbound bridge over Summer Avenue to allow for construction access.
Sam Cooper EB: The left lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Eastbound is CLOSED, beginning east of Perkins Road to the I-40/I-240 interchange.
Sam Cooper WB: The left lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Westbound is CLOSED, beginning east of the I-40/I-240 interchange.
I-240: There are shoulder closures in both directions of I-240 between Walnut Grove and I-40 interchange. One lane of northbound I-240 is also CLOSED in this same section.
I-40 WB: The outside shoulder is closed from Sycamore View to the Wolf River Bridge for construction access.

Thursday, May 7 through Wednesday, May 13, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m each day, excluding Sunday

  • I-240 (Flyover) – Intermittent lane closures on the I-240 flyover for bridge work. One lane will remain open at all times. I-40 west and Sam Cooper Boulevard will have intermittent closures with the Little Rock exit remaining open.

Saturday, May 9 and 10, 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

  • I-40 - one lane east and one lane west will be closed to remove traffic control devices at Covington Pike and reinstall west of Covington Pike.

Saturday, May 9, 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m

  • I-240 – two lanes westbound will be closed beginning south of the I-40/I-240 interchange extending to Walnut Grove Road for construction activities. The exit will remain open.

May 4 through May 22, each week day from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

  • Covington Pike will be down to one lane in each direction at I-40 for bridge work.

The work is weather dependent. Should inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent this work from occurring as scheduled, it will be rescheduled.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14 (US-61): bridge repair project on State Route14 over I-55 and on South Parkway West over I-55.
Wednesday, May 06 through Wednesday, May 13: The north and southbound shoulders are closed for expansion joint repairs.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14 (Austin Peay Hwy): Construction on State Route 14 for a widening project from State Route 204 (Singleton Parkway) to east of Old Covington Pike.
Beginning Monday, April 27 through Monday, May 11, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures in both directions on State Route 14 between Singleton Parkway and New Brownsville Road to set barrier rail.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14: Miscellaneous safety improvements on State Route 14 from Old Covington Pike to State Route 385 will cause temporary lane closures with flagmen, for the installation of guardrail.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-86 (US-72): Construction on State Route 86 (US-72) for a widening project north of Quinn Road to State Route 57 (Poplar Avenue) in Collierville. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction.  South Rowlett Street is closed to through traffic in the vicinity of the State Route 86 bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad.  Motorists may use Wilson Street to Harris Street as a detour.

SHELBY COUNTY, Grade, drain, pave SR-177 (Germantown Rd); Crestridge Rd to Stout Rd:
Wednesday, May 06
through Wednesday, May 13: There will be intermittent lane closures on State Route 177 (Germantown Road), between Germantown City Limits to Stout Road.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385: Bridge Repair (2) on State Route 385 over Loosahatchie River. Traffic is reduced to one northbound and one southbound lane; a twelve (12’) lane will be maintained in each direction.  Speed limit has been reduced to 55 MPH.

Bridge Repair (2) on State Route 385 over Memphis-Arlington Road & Hall Creek. A traffic shift will cause traffic to move on both east and westbound bridges.

Thursday, April 30 through Thursday, May 07: There will be temporary lane closures on State Route 385 eastbound left lane from log mile 9.5 to log mile 7.3 & westbound from log mile 6.2 to log mile 8.3 in order to install temporary tape and set barrier rails on the 4 bridges located at log mile 7.2 left and right (Hall Creek) & log mile 8.5 left and right (Memphis-Arlington Road). There will be closures beginning April 13, 2015 thru completion of construction on the both lanes of the bridges on State Route 385 over Hall Creek and Memphis-Arlington Road eastbound and westbound lanes. Beginning April 21, there will be lane closures on the eastbound lane of State Route 385 on the Memphis-Arlington bridge until completion of the project.

TDOT REGION 4, On-Call Guardrail Repair and Concrete Barrier Rail Wednesday, May 06 through Friday, May 8, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be night time lane closures at the following locations to repair damaged guardrail. Weather Permitting.

  • I-40, Decatur County, eastbound & westbound (MM 119.0 to 130.0), one lane will remain open.
  • SR-69, Hardin County, eastbound (MM 8.9), one lane will remain open.
  • I-40, Haywood County, eastbound & westbound (MM 45.0 to 60.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-40, Henderson County, eastbound & westbound (MM 95.0 to 120.0), one lane will remain open.
  • SR-22, Henderson County, southbound (MM 15.1), one lane will remain open.
  • I-40, Madison County, eastbound & westbound (MM 69.0 to 94.0), one lane will remain open.

TDOT REGION 4 Retracing of Pavement Marking with Paint Wednesday, May 6 through Friday, May 8, 9:00 a. m.-3:00 p. m.: There will be temporary day time “rolling roadblocks“ at the following locations for the retracing of the white edge lines and the white skip lines. Weather Permitting.

  • I-155, Dyer County, eastbound and westbound (MM 0.00/MS River to near US-51 (LM-15.94)), one lane will remain open.

Monday, May 11 through Thursday, May 14, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be temporary night time “rolling roadblocks“ at the following locations for installation of spray thermo plastic pavement markings on ALL ramps. Weather Permitting.

  • I-40, Fayette/Shelby Counties, eastbound and westbound (MM 0.00/Arkansas State Line to MM 42.00/Exit 42), one lane will remain open.

TDOT MAINTENANCE:
Wednesday, May 6
through Wednesday, May 13, 9:00 a. m.-4:00 p. m.: There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis. Weather Permitting.

TIPTON COUNTY, SR-59: Miscellaneous safety improvements will cause “rolling roadblocks” from State Route 178 log mile 8.66 to State Route 3 log mile18.99.
