Tennessee Highway Patrol to Host Graduation Ceremony for Trooper Cadets

NASHVILLE –- Governor Bill Haslam will serve as the keynote speaker at the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) cadet graduation ceremony on Friday in Nashville. Thirty-One trooper cadets will earn their badges in a special ceremony held at the Hermitage Hills Baptist Church.

Safety and Homeland Security Commissioner Bill Gibbons, THP Colonel Tracy Trott and the THP Command Staff will conduct a formal inspection of the trooper cadets at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) at the Tennessee Department of safety and Homeland Security Training Center, located at, 283 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN 37214.  Media are welcomed to attend the formal inspection and cadet graduation ceremony as well.
