BEDFORD COUNTY, Reconstruction of US 231 (SR 10)

From now through December 2015, Traffic will be reduced from four (4) to two (2) lanes on US 231 (SR 10) in Shelbyville due to utility and grading operations. One lane will remain open in each direction with an added turning lane.

 

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River

From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd) over the Cumberland River

From now through December 13, 2015, Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on SR 45 in Old Hickory due to bridge repair. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

MACON COUNTY, Reconstruction of SR 10 from south of Goose Creek to SR 52

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 7AM-5PM (excluding weekends), There will be alternating lane closures on SR 10 for clearing and grubbing operations, blasting operations, and utility relocation.

 

ROBERTSON AND SUMNER COUNTIES, SmartWay ITS I-65 (North of Nashville) Expansion Project

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM, There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 in both directions, between MM 94.0 and MM 110, for proofing and wire pulling.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Construction of New Interchange on SR 1 (Broad St) at SR 10/SR 96 (Memorial Blvd/Old Fort Pkwy)

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 1 for construction activities. One lane will remain open in each direction. Additionally, Broadmoor Boulevard will be closed to through traffic until further notice in order to perform utility crossings.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Ramp Improvements at Interchange of I-24 East and Exit 81A (US 231/SR 10/Church Street)

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16,   8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 10 (US 231, Church Street) and /or Exit 81A Exit ramp to install loop wires, guardrail, pavement markings and to seal joints in concrete pavement. One lane will remain open in each direction. 
Friday December 11 through Wednesday December 16,   9AM–3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 10 (US 231, Church Street) in order to shift traffic. One lane will remain open in each direction.
Tuesday December 15, 9AM, There will be a temporary rolling road block on Exit 81-A ramp to hang an overhead sign structure.

 

SMITH COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 80 over Peyton Creek

From now through November 2016, SR 80 will be reduced to one lane at the bridges over Peyton Creek (LM 5.75 and LM 7.00) near Sawmill Lane for bridge repair work. Temporary traffic signals will be in place.

 

TROUSDALE COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 260 over Little Goose Creek

From now through July 2016, SR 260 will be closed at the bridge over Little Goose Creek (LM 5.58) for bridge repair work. Detours will be in place.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of SR 253 (Concord Rd) from Sunset Road to Nolensville Road

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM, There will be periodic lane closures on Concord Road for construction operations. Traffic will be flagged as needed.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, SmartWay ITS I-65 (South of Nashville) Expansion Project

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 840 in both directions, from MM 28 to MM 38, for bridge conduit and pull box installation.
Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on I-65 southbound between MM 65 and MM 66 (near SR 96) and at the McEwen ramp (Exit 67) for conduit installation.
Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM, There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 southbound, from MM 76 (between Old Hickory Blvd and Harding Place) to MM 56 (between Saturn Pkwy and SR 840), for conduit and pull box installation.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 840 to SR 248, Interchange Modifications and Widening on SR 248 from Lewisburg Pike to west of I-65

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 1PM, (excluding weekend), There will be rolling roadblocks on I-65 in both directions between MM 61 and MM 63 for blasting.
Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 8PM-5AM, (excluding Sunday), There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions between MM 61 and 63 in order to prepare for a traffic shift. At least one lane will remain open in each direction.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Installation of Signals on US 31 (SR 6) at Miles Johnson Parkway in Spring Hill

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on US 31 (SR 6) in both directions for preparation of signal installation.

Cheatham County

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 6AM–3PM, Traffic will be shifted to the shoulder of the I-24 on- and off-ramps at Exit 31 (SR 249/New Hope Road) and Exit 35 (US 431/Union Hill Road) to allow for concrete repair.

 

Davidson County

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 8PM-5AM, There will be mobile operations in various locations for sweeping operations. This will affect the shoulders or inside and outside lanes.

Thursday December 10 through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM There will be lane closures at various locations on SR840 between MM 10 to MM 24 for milling and paving operations.  One lane will remain open in each direction.

Thursday December 10 through Monday December 14, 9AM-3PM There will be a lane closure on I-65 southbound between MM 87.0 and 85.6 for navigation light inspection.

 

Dickson County

Saturday December 12, 5AM-1PM, There will be a lane closure at I-40 westbound at MM 182 (west of SR 96) for environmental cleanup operations.

Wednesday December 16, 7PM-Thursday December 17, 2 AM, SR 48 south of Dickson will be closed at LM 6 (between Applegate Lane and Baker Road) for emergency culvert repair operations. Detours will be in place.

Thursday December 10, 8PM-12AM, There will be a moving lane closure on I-40 eastbound from Mt. Juliet Rd. to SR 109 to cut cores from the roadway. One lane will remain open at all times.

From now through Wednesday December 23, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on the follow routes in order for Bechtel/Bear Construction to perform utility work.

From now through Friday December 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 (8th Avenue S) at Wedgewood in order for Bechtel/Bear Construction to open cut the roadway to perform utility work.

Friday December 11, 9AM-3PM AND Saturday December 12 through Sunday December 13, 7AM-7PM, There will be a lane closure on Nolensville Pike (SR-11) between Moore Ave and Craighead Street in order for NES to add/replace poles and guy lines and perform aerial work.

From now through Friday December 11, 8PM–6AM, There will be lane closures on SR 24/ US 70 (Broadway) westbound at the intersection of 7th Ave for Fiber Optic maintenance.

Monday December 14 through Friday December 18, 9AM-3PM There will be lane closures on SR 24/US 70 (Broadway) at 12th Ave for fiber optic maintenance. 

From now through Friday December 18, 8PM–5AM, There will be lane closures along SR 11 (Nolensville Pike) in the 2000 block in order for Metro Water Services to renew approximately 30 water service locations.

From now through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd) eastbound, between 22nd Street and 26th Street in the City of Lakewood, in order for Metro Water Services to line a sewer main.

From now through Wednesday December 16, 7PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on Charlotte Pike in both directions, between 11th Ave and 12th Ave, in order for Metro Water Services to installing a 12’ water main.

From now through Wednesday December 16, 9AM-3PM, There will be a shoulder closure on SR 155 (Thompson Lane) westbound near 100 Oaks, from the intersection of Powell Ave to the CSX entrance, in order for Metro Water Services to install new water main.

From now through Friday December 18, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on SR 24 (US 70/Charlotte Avenue) at 40th Avenue N in order for Bechtel/Google to open cut the roadway and lay conduit.

Monday December 7 through Friday December 11, 8PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 1 (Broadway) westbound at 7th Avenue in order for Access Fiber Group to bore underground.

Friday December 11, 9AM-3PM, AND Saturday December 12 through Sunday December 13, 7AM-7PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 1 (Murfreesboro Pike), between Expressway Park Drive and Fairfield Avenue (over Brown’s Creek), in order for NES to add/replace poles and guy lines and perform aerial work.

 

Montgomery and Robertson Counties

From now through Friday December 18, 2015, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be lane closures on SR 76 eastbound, between Port Royal Road and Harmony Church Road in the city of Adams, in order for Cumberland Electric Membership Corp to place aerial cable at several locations.
