BEDFORD COUNTY, Reconstruction of US 231 (SR 10)

From now through June 2016, Traffic will be reduced from four (4) to two (2) lanes on US 231 (SR 10) in Shelbyville due to utility and grading operations. One lane will remain open in each direction with an added turning lane.

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Bridge Replacement on I-40 over the Harpeth River

From now through July 2016, Anderson Road at the I-40 overpass will be closed. Detours are in place.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from Trinity Lane to Dickerson Pike and Noise Walls on I-65

Thursday April 7 and Friday April 8, 9AM–3PM and Monday April 11 through Wednesday April 13, 9PM – 5AM, There will be lane closures of multiple lanes on I-65 in both directions from Trinity Lane (MM 87) to Dickerson Road (MM 90) to allow for permanent striping, snowplow marker installation, and/or guardrail repair.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Slope Stabilization & Construction of a Graded Solid Rock Buttress On I-65 Northbound

Saturday April 9, 5AM-7PM, There will be lane closures of the two right lanes on I-65 northbound from MM91 to MM92 (Old Hickory Blvd/Madison) to allow for material removal. Four lanes will remain open.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, On-Call Concrete Pavement Repair At Various Locations

Wednesday April 6 and Thursday April 7, 8PM–6AM, The ramp from I-24 eastbound from Clarksville to Briley Parkway eastbound will be closed to allow for saw cutting of deteriorated concrete. Also there will alternating lane closures on Briley Parkway eastbound from MM 20 (Whites Creek Pike) to MM 21 (Clarksville Highway) to allow for saw cutting.
Saturday April 9, 3AM through Monday April 11, 6AM, The ramp from I-24 eastbound from Clarksville to Briley Parkway eastbound will be closed to allow for the replacement of deteriorated concrete. A detour will be in place for traffic heading to Briley East.
Monday April 11 through Wednesday April 13, 8PM–6AM, There will be alternating lane closures of the ramps from I-24 in both directions to Briley Parkway in both directions to allow for saw cutting of deteriorated concrete.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of 6 Bridges at I-440/I-65 Interchange over US31 (SR 6, Franklin Pike)

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane shifts on ramps from I-440 eastbound to I-65 northbound and I-440 westbound to I-65 southbound to perform deck repairs, expansion joint repairs, and approach slab repairs. Restricted to 12ft lane widths.

DAVIDSON AND SUMNER COUNTIES, SmartWay ITS I-65 (North of Nashville) Expansion Project

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (excluding weekends), There will be shoulder closures on I-65 in both directions between MM 94 (Vietnam Veterans Blvd.) and MM 110 (SR 25) for proofing and wire pulling and CCTV foundations.
Tuesday April 12 through Wednesday April 13,9PM -6AM, There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions from MM 98 (Millersville) to MM 104 (Bethel Road) for the installation of CCTV. One lane will remain open to traffic at all times.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Removal and Replacement of HOV Signing and Thermoplastic Markings on I-65

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (Excluding Weekends), There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 northbound starting at MM 74 (Old Hickory Boulevard) to MM 80 (I-440) and I-65 ramps starting at MM 90 (Briley Parkway) to MM 95 (Vietnam Veterans) to install HOV signs.
Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (Excluding Weekends), There will be a left shoulder closure on I-65 in both directions at MM 80 (Just south of I-440) to install HOV signage.
Saturday April 9 at 8PM through Monday April 11 at 5AM, There will be two left lanes closed on I-65 southbound from MM 95 (Vietnam Veterans) to MM 87 (Trinity Lane) for removing 6” skips and replacing HOV diamonds including snowplowable markers. Three lanes of traffic will remain open.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Installation of an overhead sign structure on I-24 Westbound

Saturday April 16, 9PM-5AM, There will be a partial ramp closure from I-24 westbound onto Briley Parkway and a right lane closure on I-24 westbound at MM 43 (Briley Parkway) to set up equipment to swing overhead structure, inside left lane will remain open to flowing traffic. There will be a rolling roadblock (approx. 10 minutes) to swing the overhead structure.
Sunday April 17, 9PM-5AM, There will be a partial ramp closure from I-24 westbound onto Briley Parkway and right lane closure on I-24 westbound at MM 43 (Briley Parkway) to set up equipment to swing overhead structure, inside left lane will remain open to flowing traffic. There will be a rolling roadblock (approx. 10 minutes) to swing the overhead structure.

Thursday April 7, Friday April 8, & Monday April 11, 9AM – 3PM, There will be a right shoulder closure on SR 155 (Briley Parkway) at MM 9 (Two Rivers area) in order to install footers for signs. All travel lanes will remain open.

HICKMAN AND HUMPHREYS COUNTIES, Interchange Improvements on I-40 at SR 50

From now through November 2016, There will be shoulder closures on I-40 in both directions in Humphreys/Hickman County at MM 147.5 to 148.5 in order to extend the I-40 ramps at SR 50.

HICKMAN COUNTY, Construction of a Concrete Bulb-Tee Beam Bridge on SR 50 over Duck River

Wednesday April 6 through Tuesday April 12 8AM-4PM, There will be periodic road closures on SR 50 in Hickman County (LM 14.04) in order to install concrete deck panels across the Duck River.

MACON COUNTY, Reconstruction of SR 10 from south of Goose Creek to SR 52

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 7AM-5PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 10 for clearing and grubbing operations, blasting operations, and utility relocation.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Bridge Replacement on SR 237 over I-24 (Exit 8)

Saturday April 9, 7AM-3PM, I-24 eastbound will be closed at Exit 8 (SR 237, Rossview Rd.) in order to set bridge beams. Traffic will be detoured at the off ramp and allowed to get back on I-24 on the on ramp. Also, SR 237 (Rossview Rd.) will be closed during this time.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Resurfacing I-24 from Stones River Bridge (MM 78.5) to East of the Bridge over CSX Railroad (MM 82)

Friday April 8 at 8PM through Monday April 11 at 5AM, The I-24 eastbound exit ramp (81B) will be closed to traffic for saw cutting of existing concrete pavement. This ramp will be closed Friday April 8 at 8 PM and reopened to traffic by approximately 3 AM Saturday April 9. Additionally, traffic will be shifted on the I-24 eastbound on-ramp to Chattanooga from Church Street, the I-24 eastbound exit ramp (81A), and on the I-24 westbound on-ramp to Nashville from Hwy 99, for saw cutting of existing concrete ramp pavement. Traffic will be shifted on the ramp to allow the ramp to remain open to traffic.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Grading, Drainage and Paving on SIA Route Serving Nissan North America

From now through August 2016, Singer Road, from North Broad Street to the Nissan North America entrance, will be closed to through traffic. This closure will remain in place until the project has been completed or until 8/31/16. Local business access within the project limits will be provided.
Friday April 8, 6:30AM to 7:00PM, Northbound North Broad Street shoulder will be closed at Singer Road, for work on overhead power lines. This closure will remain in place for Friday, April 8 only. Additionally, a rolling road block will be required for North Broad Street to allow new lines to be pulled across travel lanes.

RUTHERFORD and WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, Performance Based Maintenance Work on I-24, I-65, SR 840

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM, There will be lane closures on SR 840 in Williamson & Rutherford Counties from MM 28 (US 31/Columbia Pike) to MM 31 (US 431/Lewisburg Pike) to MM 31 and MM 55 (US 41/Northwest Broad St.) to MM 65 (SR 452/Bill France Rd). To allow for asphalt repair & patching. At least one lane in both directions will remain open at all times.

SMITH COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 80 over Peyton Creek

From now through November 2016, SR 80 will be reduced to one lane at the bridges over Peyton Creek (LM 5.75 and LM 7.00) near Sawmill Lane for bridge repair work. Temporary traffic signals will be in place.

SMITH COUNTY, Bridge Repair on US 70N/SR 24 over Caney Fork River

From now through July 2016, The US 70N/SR 24 bridge over the Caney Fork River will be closed for construction. A signed detour is in place.

TROUSDALE COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 260 over Little Goose Creek

From now through July 2016, SR 260 will be closed at the bridge over Little Goose Creek (LM 5.58) for bridge repair work. Detours will be in place.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of SR 253 (Concord Rd) from Sunset Road to Nolensville Road

Thursday March 31 through Wednesday April 6, 9AM-3PM, Concord Road between Sunset Road and Nolensville Road will be reduced to one lane periodically for construction operations. Traffic will be flagged at these times.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, SmartWay ITS I-65 (South of Nashville) Expansion Project

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (Excluding Weekends) , There will be a shoulder closure on SR 840 in both directions from the MM 28 (US 31) to MM 35 (Cool Springs Road) for bridge conduit installation and pull boxes.
Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (Excluding Weekends) , There will be a shoulder closure on I-65 southbound from MM 76 (between Old Hickory Blvd and Harding Place) through MM 56 (Between SR 840 and Peytonsville Road) to install conduit and pull boxes.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Installation of Signals on US 31 (SR 6) at Miles Johnson Parkway in Spring Hill

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (Excluding Weekends), There will be a temporary lane closure on State Route 6/US31 at Miles Johnson Parkway. Traffic will be affected in the northbound lanes and then the southbound lanes while crews pull wire and stand signals upright.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Widening of I-65 from SR 840 to SR 248

Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 9AM-3PM (Excluding Weekends), There will periodic lane closures on Peytonsville Road and Goose Creek Bypass between Long Lane and Lewisburg Pike to install traffic loops.
Thursday April 7 through Wednesday April 13, 8PM to 5AM, (Excluding Weekends) There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 in both directions between MM 59 (SR 840) and MM 63 (north of Peytonsville Rd) for milling and paving operations. Two lanes will remain open.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Repair of the Bridges on SR 840 over Boston-Theta Road and Sycamore Creek

From now through August 31, 2016, There will be lane closures on SR 840 in both directions on the bridges over Boston-Theta Rd (LM 13) to perform bridge repair operations.

Thursday April 7, Friday April 8, & Monday April 11, 9AM – 3PM, There will be a right shoulder ramp closure on I-40 eastbound Exit 226 (Mt. Juliet Rd) in order to install a sign footer. All travel lanes will remain open.

Monday through Thursday April 11-13, 9AM–3PM, There will be a lane closure on Hillwood Blvd near Highway 70 South by the railroad bridge for Core Drilling. One lane will remain open.
Tuesday April 12 and Thursday, April 14, 8PM–2AM, There will be lane closures on I-40 westbound from MM 205.8 to 46th Avenue for milling and paving. Two lanes will remain open.
Thursday April 14, 8PM–2AM, There will be lane closures on I-440 westbound near I-40 junction for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.\\

Thursday April 7, 8AM-5PM, There will be an inside lane and shoulder closure on I-65 southbound from MM 3 to MM 5 in order to construct an emergency median opening at the 4.3 mile marker. One lane will remain open southbound. Both lanes will remain open northbound.

From now through Saturday April 30, 9AM to 5PM, There will be a temporary right lane closure on SR 1 westbound to facilitate the construction of a new right turn lane. One lane will remain open. Lane closures will be only as needed when work is adjacent to travel lane.
From now through Saturday April 30, 9AM to 5PM, There will be temporary left lane closures in both on SR 1 to facilitate the construction of a new left turn lane in the median. One lane will remain open each direction. Eastbound lane closures will not be in place after 4pm weekdays. Lane closures will be only as needed when work is adjacent to travel lane.

Wilson County

Sunday April 10, 6AM-10AM, There will be a rolling roadblock near MM 247, I-40 east of Linwood Road, for removing and replacing new electric lines.
