CHESTER COUNTY, SR-22A: Safety Improvements: Guardrail Terminal Installation Temporary one-lane closures north and southbound beginning at SR 100 to the Chester County Line.

DYER COUNTY, I-155: Bridge Repair project on I-155 over the Mississippi River​ 
Thursday, July 23, 2015 through Wednesday, August 31, 2016: There will be lane closures east and westbound on I-155 over the Mississippi River Bridge. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with a 14’ 10.5” lane restriction. Speed limit has been reduced to 60 MPH.

FAYETTE and HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-222: A grading project on State Route 222 from north of I-40 to south of Camp Ground Road. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

Sunday, June 5, 7:00 a. m.-8:00 a. m.: I-40 will be shutdown east & westbound for approximately 5 minutes at 2 different times to pull cable across I-40.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-100: Bridge Repair project on SR 100 over overflow at log mile 7.58​
Tuesday, May 31, through May 31, 2017: There will be lane closures in both directions on SR 100, for duration of the project. Beginning Tuesday, June 14, 2016, a signal system will be utilized. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 11’ lane restriction.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-15 (US-64): A widening project on SR 15 from Firetower Road to west of Bigbee Branch. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-22: There will be temporary lane closures northbound on SR 22 between mile marker 6.05 and 6.50 for guardrail repair.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-57: There will be temporary lane closures at various locations on SR 57 in Counce to bore multiple crossing in preparation of crossing signal installations

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-128: A widening project on SR 128 from South of Opel Loop to US-64 (SR-15) in Savannah will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-128: Safety Improvements: Guardrail and Earth Pad Installation
Tuesday, May 31 through Friday, June 4: There will be temporary one-lane closures north and southbound for the entire length of the project from SR 226 (Airport Road) to south of One Stop Drive.

HENRY COUNTY, SR-140: Bridge Repair project on SR 140 over Mill Creek at will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 10’ lane restriction.

HENRY COUNTY, SR-218: Grading, drainage, construction of I-beam bridge and paving 2.6 miles on SR 218 from SR 69 northwest of Paris to US-641 (SR 54). On Friday May 8, 2015, Iron Banks Road was closed to thru traffic until approximately October 31, 2016.

LAKE COUNTY, SR-21: Bridge Repair project on State Route 21 over Reelfoot Spillway will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-88: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from SR 180 to the Crockett County line.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-18: Construction of a concrete box bridge on SR 18 over Meridian Creek will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. A temporary signal will be utilized. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 11’ lane restriction.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-20 : Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from Liberty/Claybrook Road to the Henderson County line.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-152 : Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from near Hartmus Road to US-412 (State Route 20).

MADISON COUNTY, SR-197: Construction of 2 concrete I-beam bridges, grading, drainage and paving. Beginning Friday April 15, 2016 through Wednesday, May 31, 2017: There will be lane a closure on State Route 197, just east of Beech Bluff Rd. over branch. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 11’ lane restriction.

MCNAIRY COUNTY, SR-117: Bridge Repair project on SR 117 over Snake Creek.​
Tuesday, May 31, through May 31, 2017: There will be lane closures in both directions on SR 117 Beginning Tuesday, June 14, 2016, a signal system will be utilized. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 11’ lane restriction.

OBION COUNTY, SR-89: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the Dyer County line to the Gibson County line.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 resurfacing on from west of Sycamore View (L.M. 15.54) to west of Davies Plantation Road (LM-22.98)
Wednesday, June 01, & Thursday, June 02, 8PM-5AM: I-40 east and westbound will have nightly lane closures from Davies Plantation (LM-22.98) to Sycamore View (LM-15.54) for milling and paving operations.

*Sunday, June 05 through Thursday, June 09 will serve as backup dates.

Sunday, June 5 through Thursday, June 9, 8:00 p. m.-5:00 a. m.: I-40 east and westbound will have nightly lane closures from Davies Plantation (log mile LM 22.98) to Sycamore View (log mile 15.54) for milling and paving operations.

*Sunday, June 12 through Thursday, June 16 will serve as backup dates.

Saturday, June 4, 3:00 a. m. through Monday, June 6, 5:00 a. m.: I-40 East “On” ramp from Germantown Parkway will be CLOSED for full depth saw cutting of joints and concrete replacement.  Right Lane of Northbound Germantown Rd adjacent to the Eastbound “On” Ramp to I-40 will be intermittently closed for concrete repair.

LOOK AHEAD
Friday, June 10, 8:00 p. m. through Monday, June 13, 5:00 a. m.: I-40 East “Off” ramp to Germantown Parkway will be CLOSED for concrete replacement.  Right Lane of Southbound Germantown Rd adjacent to the Eastbound “Off” Ramp from I-40 will be intermittently closed for concrete repair.​
Saturday, June 11, 6:00 a. m. through Monday, June 13, 5:00 a. m.: I-40”On” ramp from Whitten road will be CLOSED for full depth saw cutting and concrete replacement.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 at Canada Road
Wednesday, June 1 through Wednesday, June 8: I-40 speed limit has been reduced to 55 MPH.  There are lane shifts eastbound and westbound on I-40. Beginning December 05, 2014, there are transitions southbound and northbound on Canada Road.

Monday, June 13 through Wednesday, June 15, 9:00 p. m.-4:00 a. m.: I-40 westbound will be CLOSED to demolish the existing Canada Rd. bridge. Detour will entail sending traffic up and down the ramps. Shelby County Sheriffs will be flagging traffic on the ramps and THP will be working on the Interstate.

Thursday, June 16 through Saturday, June 18, 9:00 p. m.-4:00 a. m.:: I-40 eastbound will be CLOSED to demolish the existing Canada Rd. bridge. Detour will entail sending traffic up and down the ramps. Shelby County Sheriffs will be flagging traffic on the ramps and THP will be working on the Interstate.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40/I-240 Phase 2 Interchange Improvements:

Sam Cooper EB: The left lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Eastbound is CLOSED, beginning east of Perkins Road to the I-40/I-240 interchange.

Sam Cooper WB: The right lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Westbound is CLOSED, beginning east of the I-40/I-240 interchange. (Two left lanes are open)

I-240: There are shoulder closures in both directions of I-240 between Walnut Grove and I-40 interchange. One lane of northbound I-240 is also CLOSED in this same section.

I-40 WB: 3 lanes will remain open for bridge work over the Wolf River Bridge.

(1 lane Sam Cooper, 1 lane I-240W, 1 lane I-40W/new flyover)

I-40 EB: 3 lanes will remain open for bridge work over the Wolf River Bridge.

(1 lane I-240E to I-40E, 1 lane I-40E (new flyover) 1 lane Sam Cooper

I-240 EB ramp has 1 lane open.

I-240 EB to I-40 WB has the left lane closed.

Summer Ave. Exit:  The Summer Ave. exit from I-40 WB will remain closed until completion of Wolf River Bridge.  Motorist must exit off I-40 WB at Exit 12 (Sycamore View) and follow detour to Summer Ave.

Covington Pike is one lane in each direction at the I-40 Interchange.

Summer Ave. exit (Exit 12A) from I-40W will temporarily close for 3-4 weeks

LOOK AHEAD:

Wednesday night, June 8 from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

CLOSE the two lanes on westbound I-40 from south of the Covington Pike interchange extending approximately 1 mile to allow for removal and reinstallation of the overhead digital message sign.  There will be 2 intermittent 20-minute total interstate closures while the overhead sign structure and sign are being removed/lifted into place.  In addition, the inside shoulder of eastbound I-40 will be CLOSED at this location.

* Thursday night, June 9 from 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. will serve as backup date.

SHELBY COUNTY, The longitudinal joint stabilization on various Interstate Routes
 Wednesday, June 8 & Thursday, June 9, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: Possible Intermittent Ramp Closures on I-240 East and Westbound from East of Perkins to East of SR 385 for Longitudinal Joint Sealing operations. Ramps included are Mt. Moriah and Perkins.

Wednesday, June 8 & Thursday, June 9, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: Possible Intermittent Ramp Closures on I- 240 north and southbound will have nightly lane closures from I-40 Junction near Jackson Avenue Exit 32 to I-240/I-55 Junction near Elvis Presley Blvd. Ramps included are Norris Road, South Parkway, Lamar Ave., Union Ave. and Madison Ave.

SHELBY COUNTY – The longitudinal joint stabilization on various State Routes
 Monday, June 6, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be lane closures on SR 14 from the I-40 ramp to north of SR 204 both north and southbound for Longitudinal Joint Stabilization operations. One lane will remain open.
Tuesday, June 7, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m: There will be lane closures on SR 14 from the I-40 ramp to north of SR 204 both north and southbound for Longitudinal Joint Stabilization operations.

SHELBY COUNTY -I-240 between Park Avenue and Poplar Avenue
Wednesday, June 1 through Friday, June 3, (Saturday, June 4 back-update) 8:00 p. m.-5:00 a. m.: There will be temporary lane closures I-240 eastbound from Park Avenue overpass to approximately 25 feet North of I-240 eastbound Poplar Avenue West overpass.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-1: Construction of a welded steel plate girder bridge on SR 1 over the Loosahatchie River will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14: Bridge Repair on SR 14 over overflows log mile 26.28, 26.58 & 26.74, Loosahatchie River log mile 26.90 and overflow log mile 27.25 will result in lane shifts every day. Beginning Monday, February 22, 9:00 a. m. until Thursday, June 30, there will be a temporary signal utilized with a 11’ 6” width restriction at log mile 26.74.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14 (Austin Peay Hwy): Construction on SR 14 for a widening project from SR 204 (Singleton Parkway) to east of Old Covington Pike. Shoulders are closed north and southbound. There will be possible temporary lane closures throughout the project. Speed limit has been reduced to 45 MPH. As of May 13, 2015, Egypt-Central Road and Momosa Road have been CLOSED to thru traffic until July 2016.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-175: Grade, drain, and pave on SR 175 (Byhalia Road) from south of Shelby Post Road to south of SR 385 will cause possible lane closure.
Monday, May 16: Traffic shifts will be implemented for the motoring public traveling southbound on Byhalia Road and eastbound on Shelby East.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385: Bridge repair over Gulf Stream Road, the CSXT R/R & US-70 (SR 1)
Tuesday, May 31 through Monday, August 8, 2016: There will be lane closures north and southbound, outside lane on SR 385 (I-269) over Gulf Stream Road to work on bridge deck and approach slabs, for duration of the project.

TDOT REGION 4, On-Call Guardrail Repair
Wednesday, June 1 & Thursday, June 2, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be night time lane closures at the following various locations to repair damaged guardrail. THP will assist with traffic control. Weather Permitting.

  • I-40, Henderson County, east & westbound (MM 95.0 to MM 120.0), one lane will remain open.
  • SR-104, Henderson County, eastbound (MM 11.0 to M.M. 13.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-40, Madison County, east & westbound (MM 67.0 to MM 95.0), one lane will remain open.
  • SR-186, Madison County, southbound (MM 0.0 to MM 3.0), one lane will remain open.

Thursday, June 2 through Tuesday, June 7, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m.:: There will be night time lane closures at the following various locations to repair damaged guardrail. THP will assist with traffic control. Weather Permitting.

  • I-40, Shelby County, east & westbound (MM 1.0 to MM 32.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-240, Shelby County, east & westbound, south & northbound (MM 1.0 to MM 30.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-55, Shelby County, north & southbound (MM 1.0 to MM 12.0), one lane will remain open.
  • SR-385, Shelby County, north & southbound, east & westbound (MM 1.0 to MM 49.0), one lane will remain open.

TDOT REGION 4 Retracing of Pavement Marking with Spraythermo

Wednesday, June 1 through Friday, June 3, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a. m.: There will be night “rolling roadblocks” for retracing of plastic pavement markings (Intersections) at the following locations:

  • SR-57 (Poplar Ave), Shelby County westbound MM 20.15 at Aldersgate Dr., right lane only.
  • SR-57 (Poplar Ave), Shelby County westbound MM 12.97 at Kimbrough Rd., right lane only.

TDOT REGION 4 On-Call Concrete Pavement Repair
 Tuesday, May 31 through Wednesday, June 8, 6:00 a. m.-8:00 p. m.: There will be day time lane closures at the following various locations to repair damaged concrete.  Weather Permitting.

  • SR-45, Weakley County, partial closures will be active for the ramps on SR-45 east going to SR-43 east to Dresden/South Fulton for sawing ramps.
  • SR-22 going north on S.R. 431 to Dresden partial closures will be active for sawing ramps

TDOT REGION 4 Relensing of Snowplowable Pavement Markers

Wednesday, June 1 through Tuesday, June 7, 8:00 p. m.-6:00 a. m. (including weekends): There will be night “rolling roadblocks” for installation of snowplowable pavement markers at the following locations:

TIPTON COUNTY, SR-3: Wednesday, May 11 through Sunday, July 31, 2016: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the Shelby County line log mile 0.00 to Woodlawn Avenue log mile 9.60.

TIPTON and HAYWOOD COUNTIES, SR-54: Bridge Repair on SR 54 over Hatchie River.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-22: Bridge Repair project on SR 22 at the Old Salem Road and Terrell Road will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. Speed limit has been reduced to 60 MPH.
