CARROLL COUNTY,  SR-424: Construction of a concrete bulb-tee beam bridge on SR 424 over Roan Creek will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

DYER COUNTY, I-155:  Wednesday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 7:  No lane closures at this time. Speed limit is reduced to 60 MPH.  Traffic will be open in both lanes.

FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-15 (US-64); Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the 5 lane section log mile 6.26 to near Tomlin Road log mile 8.86

GIBSON COUNTY, SR-43 (US-45E): Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from north of Cades/Atwood Road to the Weakley County line including bridge deck repair.

HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-100: Bridge Repair project on SR 100 over overflow at log mile 7.58
Tuesday, May 31 through May 31, 2017: There will be lane closures in both directions on SR 100, for duration of the project.​
Restrictions: On Tuesday, June 14, 2016, a signal system was put into place. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 11’ lane restriction.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-15 (US-64): A widening project on SR 15 from Firetower Road to west of Bigbee Branch. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-57: There will be temporary lane closures at various locations on SR 57 in Counce to bore multiple crossing in preparation of crossing signal installations.

HARDIN COUNTY, SR-128: A widening project on SR 128 from South of Opel Loop toUS-64 (SR 15) in Savannah will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.

HAYWOOD COUNTY-Bridge over I-40 at Hawkins Lane: Bridge Repair project over I-40 at Hawkins Lane log mile 0.47 will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.

HAYWOOD COUNTY-Bridge over I-40 at SR-19 (Exit 60): A bridge repair project at log mile 16.62 will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.
Restrictions: On Tuesday, July 5 through Wednesday, May 31, 2017: Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with an 11’ 3” lane restriction.

HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-76: Wednesday, August 3 through Friday, September 30.  Resurfacing work will cause possible lane closures in both directions daily from LM 9.7 (Near Sunny Hill Rd.) to LM 12.76 (SR 1 Brownsville Bypass). 

HENRY COUNTY, SR-54: Safety Improvements: Temporary one-lane closures in both directions from Smith Road to the Kentucky State Line.

HENRY COUNTY, SR-140: Bridge Repair project on SR 140 over Mill Creek will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.
Restrictions:  Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with a 10’ lane restriction.

HENRY COUNTY, SR-218: Grading, drainage, construction of I-beam bridge and paving 2.6 miles on SR 218 from SR 69 northwest of Paris to US-641 (SR 54). On Friday May 8, 2015, Iron Banks Road was closed to thru traffic until approximately October 31, 2016.

LAKE COUNTY, SR-21: Bridge Repair project on State Route 21 over Reelfoot Spillway will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.
Restrictions: On Tuesday, July 19, through Wednesday, November 30, 2016, a signal system is being utilized. Traffic is reduced to one 9’ 9” lane in each direction.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-3: Friday July 29 through Friday, October 28: Intersection improvements at Industrial Drive. The northbound outside lane is closed. A taper using barrier rail will begin at log mile 11.00 and extend to the intersection at Industrial Drive log mile 11.35. Speed limit has been reduced to 45MPH.
Restrictions: This will leave the inside northbound lane open with a 12’ lane restriction.

LAUDERDALE COUNTY, SR-3 Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from New Wilson Road log mile 15.72 to SR-88 ramp log mile 20.18.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-18: Construction of a concrete box bridge on SR 18 over Meridian Creek will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. A temporary signal will be utilized.
Restrictions: Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction with a 11’ lane restriction.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-186 north of I-40 to south of Channing Way
Wednesday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 7 each night from 8:00 p.m -6:00 a.m.:  Resurfacing work will cause temporary lane closures north and southbound, from just north of I-40 (LM 3.35) to south of Channing Way (LM 4.44). At least one lane will remain open at all times.

MADISON COUNTY, SR-197: Construction of 2 concrete I-beam bridges, grading, drainage and paving. Beginning Friday April 15, 2016 through Wednesday, May 31, 2017: There will be lane a closure on State Route 197, just east of Beech Bluff Rd. over branch.
Restrictions: Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with an 11’ lane restriction.

MCNAIRY COUNTY, SR-15: The resurfacing on U.S. 64 (State Route 15) from the end of the 4 lane section (log mile 22.79) to the Hardin County Line (log mile 26.06).N

MCNAIRY COUNTY. SR-117: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from SR 142 to US 64 (SR 15).

MCNAIRY COUNTY, SR-117: Bridge Repair project on SR 117 over Snake Creek.​
Tuesday, May 31 through May 31, 2017: There will be lane closures in both directions on SR 117 June 14, a signal system was put in place.
Restrictions: Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with an 11’ lane restriction.

OBION COUNTY, SR-215 (US-45E): Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from (US-45E) log mile 0.00 to the Kentucky State line log mile 2.07, including bridge deck repair.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40 resurfacing on from west of Sycamore View (L.M. 15.54) to west of Davies Plantation Road (LM-22.98)
Wednesday, August 31, & Thursday, September 1, 8:00 p.m.-5:00 a.m.: I-40 eastbound will have nightly lane closures from Davies Plantation (LM-22.98) to Sycamore View log mile 15.54 for paving operations.

Saturday, September 10, 5:00 a.m., through Sunday, September 11, 8:00 p.m:
I-40 east from Germantown Parkway South “On” ramp will be CLOSED for widening and sealing of the joint between the asphalt shoulders and concrete ramp.

Saturday, September 10, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. &
 Sunday, September 11, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.:
I-40 east at Appling Road “On” and “Off” ramps will be CLOSED for milling and paving of the shoulders and the placement of shoulder gravel. 

Saturday, September 10, 5:00 a.m., through Sunday, September 11, 8:00 p.m: I-40 east and westbound will have INTERMITTENT closures of right lane adjacent to “On” and “Off” ramps at Whitten, Appling, and Germantown Parkway for sealing of joint where the mainline I-40 meets the concrete at ramps. The closures will last approximately 2-3 hours per ramp.  There will only be one (1) ramp closed at a time and this work will be performed during daylight hours.

Wednesday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 7: I-40 speed limit has been reduced to 55 MPH. There are lane shifts eastbound and westbound on I-40. December 5, 2014, transitions are in place north and southbound on Canada Road.

Thursday, September 1, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 westbound outside lane for sensor replacements.

Friday, September 2, 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 westbound outside lane for sensor replacements.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-240 beginning north of SR-385 and extending to north of Walnut Grove Road
Wednesday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 7:  There are no scheduled closures.

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40/I-240 Phase 2 Interchange Improvements:
Sam Cooper EB: The left lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Eastbound is CLOSED, beginning east of Perkins Road to the I-40/I-240 interchange.
Sam Cooper WB: The right lane of Sam Cooper Boulevard Westbound is CLOSED, beginning east of the I-40/I-240 interchange. (Two left lanes are open)
I-240: There are inside shoulder closures in both directions of I-240 between Walnut Grove and I-40 interchange. One lane of southbound I-240 is also CLOSED in this same section.
I-40 WB: 3 lanes will remain open for bridge work over the Wolf River Bridge. (1 lane Sam Cooper, 1 lane I-240W, 1 lane I-40W/new flyover)
I-40 EB: 3 lanes will remain open for bridge work over the Wolf River Bridge. (1 lane I-240E to I-40E, 1 lane I-40E (new flyover) 1 lane Sam Cooper
I-240 EB ramp has 1 lane open.
I-240 EB to I-40 WB has the left lane closed.
Summer Ave. Exit:  The Summer Ave. exit from I-40 WB will remain closed until completion of Wolf River Bridge.  Motorist must exit off I-40 WB at Exit 12 (Sycamore View) and follow detour to Summer Ave.
Covington Pike is one lane in each direction at the I-40 Interchange.
Summer Avenue – Beginning Wednesday, August 10 at 9:00 a.m. the outside Eastbound lane will be closed.

Wednesday, August 31 through Thursday, September 1, 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

INTERMITTENT lane closures on westbound I-40 will occur north of the Covington Pike exit (Exit 10) extending to the end of the project to allow for milling and paving.  The westbound I-40 entrance ramp from Covington Pike will be CLOSED while paving the outside lane of I-40.  Detour will be in place. 

LOOK AHEAD:
Saturday, September 10, 6:00 a.m.– 8:00 p.m.

CLOSE the outside lane on westbound I-40 from the Summer Ave. exit (Exit 12A) to north of the Covington Pike exit (Exit 10).  During this closure, the on-ramp from Summer Ave. to westbound I-40 will be CLOSED and the westbound I-40 ramp (Exit 10) to Covington Pike will be CLOSED to allow for grinding, striping and removal of traffic control devices.  Detours will be in place. 

INTERMITTENT lane closures of all interstate routes in the I-40/I-240 interchange and Sam Cooper Blvd., for the purpose of milling and/or paving, weekdays from 8PM to 6AM and weekends from Friday 8PM to Monday 6AM.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-1: Construction of a welded steel plate girder bridge on SR 1 over the Loosahatchie River will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-3: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the Shelby County line to Woodlawn Avenue

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14: A multi bridge repair project of five (5) bridges between log mile 26.28 and 27.25 will result in lane shifts every day.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-14 (Austin Peay Hwy): Construction on SR 14 for a widening project from SR 204 (Singleton Parkway) to east of Old Covington Pike. Shoulders are closed north and southbound. There will be possible temporary lane closures throughout the project. Speed limit has been reduced to 45 MPH. As of May 13, 2015, Egypt-Central Road and Momosa Road have been CLOSED to thru traffic until October 2016.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-175: Grade, drain, and pave on SR 175 (Byhalia Road) from south of Shelby Post Road to south of SR 385 will cause possible lane closure.
Monday, May 16: Traffic shifts implemented for the motoring public traveling southbound on Byhalia Road and eastbound on Shelby East.

SHELBY COUNTY, SR-385: Bridge repair over Gulf Stream Road, the CSX R/R & US-70 (SR 1) speed limit has been reduced to 55 MPH. Exit from SR 385 northbound to SR 1 (Hwy 70) is closed until approximately October, 31, 2016.
Restrictions:
Saturday, June 18 through Wednesday, November 30, there is an 11’ width restriction at log mile 8.98 to 9.23.

  • SR-15, Fayette County, east & westbound (MM 0.0 to MM 23.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-40, Shelby County, east & westbound (MM 1.0 to MM 32.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-240, Shelby County, east & westbound, south & northbound (MM 1.0 to MM 30.0), one lane will remain open.
  • I-55, Shelby County, north & southbound (MM 1.0 to MM 12.0), one lane will remain open.
  • SR-30, Shelby County, east & westbound (MM 0.0 to MM 2.5)
  • SR-385, Shelby County, north & southbound, east & westbound (MM 2.0 to MM 49.0), one lane will remain open.

TDOT MAINTENANCE:
Wednesday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 7, 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.: There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to patch potholes on an as needed basis. Weather Permitting.

TIPTON COUNTY, SR-3: Wednesday, May 11 through Sunday, October 31: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, from the Shelby County line log mile 0.00 to Woodlawn Avenue log mile 9.60.

TIPTON and HAYWOOD COUNTIES, SR-54: Wednesday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 7: Daily intermittent temporary lane closures will occur for striping activities.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-22: Bridge Repair project on SR 22 at the Old Salem Road and Terrell Road will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. Speed limit has been reduced to 60 MPH.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-43: Concrete repair work will cause the SR 43E “On” ramp to be partially CLOSED between mm 14.5 and 15.0.

WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-124: Resurfacing work will cause possible temporary lane closures in both directions daily, Stafford Store Road log mile 6.36 to the Carroll county line log mile15.77
