DAVIDSON COUNTY, Repair of 6 Bridges at I-440/I-65 Interchange over US31 (SR 6, Franklin Pike)

  • From now through October 2016, There will be lane shifts on I-440 and I-65 at the 440/65 junction to perform deck repairs, expansion joint repairs, and approach slab repairs.
  • Thursday, September 29, Midnight-5AM, There will be a temporary rolling lane closures to clean the shoulder in advance for lane shifts the following night.  
  • Friday, September 30, 8PM through Monday, October 3, 5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-440 eastbound at the I-65 interchange for approach slap repairs.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-65 from Armory Drive to 8th Avenue Bridge (I-65/I-40 Junction)

  • From now through Friday, September 30, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures and temporary ramp closures on I-65 in both directions from south of Armory Drive (MM 79) to the bridge over 8th Avenue South (MM 82), west of the I-40/I-65 junction.  Drivers should expect delays during these construction activities and consider alternate routes.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, ITS Expansion

  • Overnight Friday, September 30, through Saturday, 7PM, There will be two northbound and two southbound lanes closed on I-65 at MM 94 to form and pour barrier wall. At least two lanes will remain open. 

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing and Bridge Repair on I-65 from Trinity Lane to Cumberland River Bridge

  • Nightly (excluding Saturday and Sunday), 8PM-5AM , There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions from the Trinity Lane bridge to the Cumberland River bridge and Spring Street bridge for resurfacing operations.

                                             

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd) from US 70 to I-40 eastbound ramp

  • Daily, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 45 from US 70 (SR 24) to North of the I-40 EB ramp in Nashville in both directions for milling, traffic signal loops, and casting adjustments. One lane will remain open.
  • Thursday, September 29, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 45 in both directions for traffic signal loops, catch basin rework, guardrail installation and paving. One lane will remain open.      

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing SR 254 (Old Hickory Blvd) from SR 100 to US 431 (Hillsboro Pike)

  • From now through Friday, September 30, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 254 in both directions from SR 100 to US 431 for milling and traffic loop installation. One lane will remain open.   

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Grading, drainage, and paving on I-40 EB at the Interchange of I-440 South

  • Thursday September 29 and Friday, September 30, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 eastbound from 40th Avenue to the I-440 exit for paving. One lane will remain open. On Friday night, there will also be a rolling roadblock on I-40 eastbound and the inside lane of I-40 westbound for overhead structure removal.  One lane will remain open at all times.

 

MACON COUNTY, Reconstruction of SR 10 from south of Goose Creek to SR 52

  • From now through December 2016, SR 10 has been reduced to one lane for construction activities. Temporary signals control traffic flow. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes.  

 

MAURY COUNTY, The Repair of Bridges on U.S. 31A (SR 11) over Branches (L.M. 0.59 AND L.M. 0.87)

  • Daily starting Monday, October 3, 7AM, There will be alternating lane shifts on US 31A (SR 11) for paving, grooving, guardrail, and texture coating. 

 

MAURY COUNTY, The construction of a turn lane on SR 243 from West of Industrial Park Road to the Culvert East of Lucius Polk Lane in Mt. Pleasant

  • Daily, 7AM-4PM, There will be a temporary lane closure on SR 243 from West of Industrial Park Road to the Culvert East of Lucius Polk Lane in Mt. Pleasant for striping.

 

ROBERTSON COUNTY, ITS Expansion

  • Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions at MM 94 and 109 for ITS and guardrail installation operations.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, SR 266 Resurfacing from Nolan Drive to SR 102 including bridge deck repair

  • Daily, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 266 (Sam Ridley Pkwy) for bridge repairs and overlay. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, SR 266 Resurfacing from I-840 to US 231

  • Daily, 8:30AM-3:30PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 266 (Jefferson Pike) for paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
     

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, I-24 Asphalt Repairs

  • Tuesday, October 4, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-24 eastbound between MM 74 and MM 75 for asphalt repairs. Two lanes will remain open. There will be intermittent lane closures on I-24 eastbound to I-840 westbound ramp for asphalt repairs. One lane will remain open on ramp.

 

SMITH COUNTY, Bridge Repair on SR 80 over Peyton Creek

  • From now through November 2016, SR 80 will be reduced to one lane at the bridges over Peyton Creek (LM 5.75 and LM 7.00) near Sawmill Lane for bridge repair work. Temporary traffic signals will be in place.

 

SMITH COUNTY, Retracing Pavement Markings on I-40

  • Daily, 8PM-6AM, There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 in both directions from MM 250 to MM 268 in order to retrace pavement markings.

 

SUMNER COUNTY, Resurfacing SR 258 at New Hope Road to the Robertson Co line

  • Daily (excluding Sundays), 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 258 from New Hope Road to the Robertson County line, for de-grassing and paving operations. One lane will remain open.

 

SUMNER COUNTY, Miscellaneous safety improvements on SR 109 at the intersection of Old SR 109

  • Nightly, 8PM-6AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 109 for barrier rail installation and equipment moving operations. At least one lane will remain open.

 

SUMNER COUNTY, Resurfacing SR 25 from Halltown Road to West of Bradford Rive

  • Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 25 from Halltown Road to west of Bradford Drive for milling and paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 246 from Mile End Road to Forrest Street

  • Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be an alternating lane closures in both directions on SR 246 from Mile End Road to Forrest Street for milling and paving operations. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, I-65 Maintenance

  • Nightly starting Sunday, October 2, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 in both directions between MM 66 and MM 70 for median barrier wall drain cleaning.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 397 (Mack Hatcher) from US 31 (SR 6) (LM 0.00) to SR 96 (LM 3.20) in Franklin

  • Monday October 3 through Wednesday, October 5, 9PM-5AM, There will be periodic nighttime road closures on SR 397 (Mack Hatcher) from US 31 (SR 6) to SR 96 for degrassing and milling operations. Signed detours will be in place.

 

WILSON COUNTY, Resurfacing SR 96 from Cannon County line to Dekalb County Line

  • Daily, 7AM-5PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 96 from Cannon County line to Dekalb County Line for milling and paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction

  • Thursday, September 29, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-40 westbound at MM 200 to 202 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.

 

Humphreys County

  • Thursday, September 29, 7PM-Midnight, There will be a lane closure on I-40 westbound at MM 200 to 202 for milling and paving. One lane will remain open.

 

Smith County

  • Thursday, September 29, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-40 westbound at MM 263 (Caney Fork River Bridge) for bridge deck repairs. One lane will remain open.

 

Williamson County

  • Thursday, September 29 through Wednesday, October 4, 1PM-2PM, There will be rolling road blocks at I-65 Southbound and Mallory Lane for blasting. Blasting will be conducted at 1PM on 9/29, 9/30, 10/1, 10/3, and 10/4.

 

Wilson County

  • Tuesday, October 3, 8PM-6AM, The I-40 westbound ramp at Watertown (exit 239) will be closed for paving operations.  Traffic will be detoured to next interchange.
