DAVIDSON COUNTY, Resurfacing On I-24 From SR 6 To The I-40 Westbound Ramps & Bridge Rehab On I-24 Over Spring St. & Oldham St.

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Spring Street for texture coating of the bridge and final pavement markings. One lane will remain open.        

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will alternating lane closures on I-24 in both directions for installation of fencing and texture coating.

·        Friday, April 20, 8PM through Monday, April 23, 6AM - I-24 will be closed from the I-24/I-40 split at the Silliman Evans bridge to the I-65 split south of Trinity Lane. https://www.tn.gov/tdot/projects/region-3/interstate-24-bridge-rehabilitation.html. Drivers should plan ahead and expect delays.

 

DAVIDSON and WILLIAMSON COUNTY, On-Call Signing

·        Nightly, 8PM-6AM, There will be inside lane closures in both directions on I-65 as needed, to replace and modify the existing HOV signs.  The lane closures will be placed for 2-mile sections at a time.

 

DAVIDSON and RUTHERFORD COUNTY, On-Call Signing

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be inside lane closures in both directions on I-24 as needed, to replace and modify the existing HOV signs.  The lane closures will be placed for 2-mile sections at a time.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, The Improvement Of The Intersection On SR 1 (US 70S) At McCrory Lane & The CSX Railroad (L.M. 0.99)

·        Daily (excluding weekends), 9AM-3:30PM, There will be alternating lane closures on US 70 for paving, signals, and miscellaneous work.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, The resurfacing on SR 254 (Old Hickory Blvd.) from SR 106 to Granny White Pike (L.M. 2.77-5.44)

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on Old Hickory Blvd. from Hillsboro Rd. (SR 106) to Granny White Pk. for milling operations.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY, The repair of the slope located west of the roundabout on Two Rivers Parkway at SR 155, including replacement of storm drainage structures (L.M. 9.89)

·        Through May 2018, The exit lane of Gaylord Drive to the Two Rivers roundabout will be closed. Also, the westbound entrance to Gaylord Drive will be closed to repair the slope and to replace storm drainage structures on Two Rivers Drive.   

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on Two Rivers for  and placing rip rap on slope and removing barrier wall.


DAVIDSON COUNTY, Intersection Improvements on SR 6 (Franklin Road) at SR 255 (Harding Place/Battery Lane)

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 6 for boring and to install the traffic lights. One lane will remain open in each direction.

·        Saturday, April 21, 8AM-4PM, There will be a lane closure for concrete work. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

MAURY COUNTY, The grading and drainage of a concrete box bridge at US 31 and North Pointe Road in Columbia

·        Daily (excluding weekends), 9AM-3:30PM, There will be lane closures on Hwy. 31 for asphalt paving and milling operations.

 

MAURY COUNTY, Construction of a new interchange including a concrete bulb-tee beam bridge and paving on SR-166 at US 43 (SR 6) in Mount Pleasant

·        Daily (excluding weekends), 9AM-3:30PM There will be lane closures in both directions on US-43 for blasting operations.

 

ROBERTSON COUNTY, Construction of new interchange on I-65 at SR 109

·        From now through April 2018, The inside lane on I-65 northbound at MM 121 will be closed for removal of existing median wall and construction of new overhead signs. Two lanes will remain open in each direction.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, The resurfacing on I-24 from near  Rocky Fork Road (LM 5.20) to near Baker Road (LM 7.75)

·        Friday, April 20, 8PM, through Monday, April 23, 5AM, There will be lane closures on I-24 in both directions for bridge repair between MM 68-71.  Two lanes will remain open in each direction.  There will also be a single lane closure on SR 102 (Almaville Rd) in both directions for bridge repairs.  Drivers should expect delays.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, The resurfacing on SR 1 from the Davidson County line (LM 0.00) to Ken Pilkerton Drive (LM 6.42)

·        Nightly (excluding weekends), 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 1 for milling, loop wires, casting adjustments and guardrail. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, The resurfacing on SR 266 from I-24 Interchange (LM 0.00) to Threet Industrial Blvd (LM 3.33)

·        Nightly (excluding weekends), 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 266 for milling operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

RUTHERFORD, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, The on-call cable barrier repair on various Interstate and State Routes

·        Daily, 8AM-4PM, There will be a temporary lane closures on I-840 in both directions between MM 14 and 66 to install cable barrier.

 

RUTHERFORD, WILSON COUNTY, The Resurfacing of I-840 with OGFC from East Fork Stones River Bridge in Rutherford County to just North of the Wilson County line

·        Friday, April 20, 8PM – Monday, April 23, 5AM, There will be ramp closures at exits 65 (SR 452) and 61 (SR 266) to replaced deteriorated concrete. Only one ramp will be closed at a time. A detour will be used.

·        Nightly (excluding weekends), 8PM-5AM, There will be ramp closures on I-840 in both directions at exit 61 and 65 for ramp repair.

 

 

SMITH COUNTY, Construction of a truck climbing lane on I-40 in Smith County

·        Thursday, April 19, 9AM-12PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on I-40 eastbound at MM 250-253 for restriping the temporary paving lines.

 

SMITH COUNTY, Rockfall Mitigation on SR 25 (L.M. 8.5)

·        Daily, 9AM-2PM, There will be a temporary road closure on SR 25 for blasting operations. This operation should take no more than 30 minutes.

 

SUMNER COUNTY, Resurfacing on SR 174 north of A.B. Wade Road to SR 52

·        Starting Friday, April 20 and continuing daily (6AM-6PM), There will be temporary lane closures on SR 174 for paving activities.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Resurfacing on I-840 from west of US 31 (SR 6) to near Campbell Road

·        Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-840 in both directions at MM 31 to begin milling operations. At least one lane will remain open in both directions.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Grading, Drainage, and Paving Work on SR 6 (Franklin Road) from south of Moores Lane (L.M. 15.93) to Concord Road (18.53)

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating temporary lane closures and/or intermittent stoppages of traffic (one direction at a time) northbound between Wikle Road and Long Road for placing barrier rail.

·        Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be temporary lane closures north and south of Moore's Lane and Wikle Road for utility work. One lane will remain open in each direction.

BENTON COUNTY (Region 4)

Tuesday, April 24 and Wednesday, April 25 (if needed), 8:30AM - 4:30PM, There will be temporary lane closures on I-40 westbound at MM 133 for routine bridge inspection. Weather permitting. Drivers should expect delays.

 

DAVIDSON COUNTY

Daily, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd) between Dickerson Rd and Whites Creek Pike for milling and paving.

 

Nightly (excluding Friday April 20 and Saturday April 21), 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on I-440 in both directions for removal of snowplowable markers, pothole repair, milling, and paving work. At least one lane will remain open.

 

Nightly, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closures on SR 24 (Lebanon Road) between the Stones River Bridge and the YMCA for paving work. One lane will remain open in each direction.

 

Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 100 at Pasquo Road for replacing storm drainage and installation of conduit for traffic signals, along with paving work. Traffic control will be utilized. One lane will remain open.

 

RUTHERFORD COUNTY

Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 10 in both directions at LM 7.4 for miscellaneous operations.

 

Daily, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 2 southbound at LM 3.4 for miscellaneous operations.

 

SUMNER COUNTY

Thursday, April 19 through Saturday, April 21, 9AM-3PM, There will be a right lane closure on SR 174 eastbound intersection to SR 386 for installation of a turning lane. One lane will remain open. There will be a right lane closure on SR 386 eastbound for installation of a right-in, right out. The left lane eastbound will also be closed for installation of concrete median in existing lane. The lane closure will alternate between the left and right lanes. Traffic cones will be utilized. One lane will remain open.

 

WILLIAMSON COUNTY

Nightly (8PM-5AM), There will be lane closures on I-65 in both directions at MM 68-73 for milling and paving operations.

 

Daily, 9AM-3PM, On SR 106 (Lewisburg Pike) at South Margin Street there will be lane closures for island and stop condition installation.

 

WILSON COUNTY

Daily, 9AM-2:30PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on SR 109 between Callis Road and I-40 for rock blasting/excavation for THE VENUE Project.

 

Thursday, April 19 and Friday, April 20 (9AM-3PM), Saturday April 21, 7AM-7PM, SR 265 (Central Pike) will be reduced to one lane east of Mount Juliet Road for paving work.

 

Motorists are encouraged to use caution and obey reduced speed limits in all TDOT work zones, regardless of lane closure activity.  Information in this report is provided to the Department of Transportation by the contractors.  Most work is weather dependent and subject to change due to inclement weather.
