CHEATHAM-ROBERTSON-DAVIDSON COUNTIES, I-24 Resurfacing

·         Sunday, July 8 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-6AM, There will be nightly lane closures on I-24 in both directions, between mile markers 24 and 37, for milling and paving operations. State Troopers will be utilized for traffic control.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 Resurfacing from Cheatham County Line to US 70S (SR 1)

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (excluding Saturday), 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 in both directions, between mile markers 191 and 196, for paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-40 Resurfacing from west of Church Street to east of Arlington Avenue

·         Sunday, July 8 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-40 in both directions at 2nd and 4th Avenues for milling operations. One lane will remain open.

LOOK AHEAD

o    Friday, July 13 at 8PM through Monday, July 16 at 5AM, **TENTATIVE** The I-65 North ramp (Exit 82A) to I-40 West will be CLOSED and the I-40 East ramp (Exit 210) over I-65 North (at the same location) will be reduced to ONE LANE for bridge repairs. Detours will be in place for I-65 northbound traffic.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, I-65 and SR 155 (Briley Parkway) Noise Wall Repair

·         Monday, July 9 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on I-65 in both directions at mile marker 94, on Briley Pkwy southbound at mile marker 27, and on Briley Pkwy in both directions between mile markers 8.6 and 8.8 to install panels.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, SR 1 Grading, Drainage, Signals, and Paving from Vultee Boulevard to Jupiter Drive

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3PM, There will be intermittent lane closures on Murfreesboro Pike in both directions, between Vultee Blvd and Jupiter Drive, for box culvert construction. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

DAVIDSON COUNTY, Intersection improvements on SR 6 (Franklin Road) at SR 255 (Harding Place/Battery Lane) and Northbound on Franklin Road to South Curtiswood Lane

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on Franklin Road near the Harding Place/Battery Lane intersection, for milling and paving operations. One lane will remain open in each direction.

DAVIDSON-SUMNER COUNTIES, SR 386 (Vietnam Veterans Boulevard) Resurfacing from I-65 to Forest Retreat Road

·         Thursday, July 5  through Wednesday, July 11 (excluding weekend), 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on Vietnam Veterans Pkwy, from mile marker 0.00 in Davidson County to mile marker 4.30 in Sumner County, for striping, epoxy coating, and shoulder stone.

·         Friday, July 6 at 8PM through Monday, July 9 at 5AM (continuous), There will be lane closures on Vietnam Veterans Pkwy, from mile marker 0.00 in Davidson County to mile marker 4.30 in Sumner County, for epoxy overlay.  One lane in each direction will remain open at all times.

LOOK AHEAD

o    Friday, July 13 at 8PM through Monday, July 16 at 5AM (continuous), There will be lane closures on Vietnam Veterans Pkwy, from mile marker 0.00 in Davidson County to mile marker 4.30 in Sumner County, for epoxy overlay.  One lane in each direction will remain open at all times.

DICKSON-WILLIAMSON COUNTY, I-40 East Construction of Truck Climbing Lane near Mile Marker 180

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (continuous), There will be a temporary shoulder closure on I-40 East, between mile markers 180 and 183, in order to construct a new truck climbing lane.

HICKMAN COUNTY, I-40 Bridge Repair over State Route 230

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (continuous), There will be a temporary shoulder closure on I-40 in both directions, between mile markers 151 and 153, in order to widen the bridges over SR 230.

MAURY COUNTY, New Interchange Construction at SR 166 and US 43 (SR 6/Lawrenceburg Hwy), including a concrete bulb-tee beam bridge in Mount Pleasant

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM- 3:30PM, There will be temporary lane closures and rolling roadblocks on US 43 for bridge deck welding, blasting, and striping activities.

MAURY COUNTY, SR 247 Bridge Repair over Leipers Creek

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (continuous), SR 247 will be reduced to one lane at the bridge over Leipers Creek for bridge repair. Temporary traffic signals will control traffic.

MAURY-WILLIAMSON COUNTIES, SR 247 (Duplex Road) from US 31 to Scheduled Lane

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3:30PM, There will be temporary lane closures on Duplex Road, between US 31 and Scheduled Lane, for paving and widening activities.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, SR 374 (Warfield Boulevard) Widening from South of Dunbar Cave Road to West of Stokes Road

·         Monday, July 9 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3:30PM, There will be intermittent road closures on Warfield Blvd, between Dunbar Cave Road and Stokes Road, for pre-split blasting. All traffic will be halted during the blasting process until all debris is removed from roadway.

ROBERTSON COUNTY, New Interchange Construction on I-65 at SR 109

·         Now through July 2018 (continuous), The inside lane of I-65 North will be closed, between mile markers 118 and 121, for removal of existing median wall and construction of new overhead signs. Two lanes will remain open in each direction.

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (excluding weekends), 9AM-3PM, There will be temporary lane closures on SR 109 near the I-65 interchange for paving operations. One lane will remain open.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, I-24 Resurfacing from near Rocky Fork Road to near Baker Road

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM - 5AM, There will be temporary lane closures on I-24 in both directions, between mile markers 68 and 71, for cold planing, paving, and striping operations. One lane will remain open at all times.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, SR 1 (South Lowry Street) Resurfacing from Davidson County Line to Pilkerton Drive

·         Thursday, July 5 and Sunday, July 8 through Wednesday July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on US 41 (US 70/SR 1), between the Davidson County line and Pilkerton Drive, for milling, paving, signalization and casting adjustments. One lane will remain open in each direction.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, SR 266 (Sam Ridley Parkway) Resurfacing from I-24 Interchange to Threet Industrial Road

·         Thursday, July 5 and Sunday, July 8 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be alternating lane closures on Sam Ridley Parkway, between I-24 and Threet Industrial Road, for milling, paving, signalization and casting adjustments. One lane will remain open in each direction.

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, SR 99 (New Salem Highway) Widening from Cason Lane to I-24 in Murfreesboro

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (excluding weekend), 9AM-4PM, There will be temporary lane closures on SR 99 in both directions, between Salem Creek Drive and I-24, for milling, striping, and signal work. Traffic will be flagged and turn lanes will be utilized to maintain traffic flow. One lane will be open at all times.

RUTHERFORD-WILSON COUNTIES, I-840 Resurfacing from East Fork Stones River Bridge in Rutherford County to North of the Wilson County Line

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be lane closures on I-840 in both directions, between mile markers 60 and 65, for shoulder stone and traffic counter installation. One lane will remain open at all times.

SMITH COUNTY, I-40 Construction of Truck Climbing Lane

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-6AM, There will be nightly lane closures on I-40 in both directions, between mile markers 250 and 253, for barrier wall removal, bridge work, milling and paving. One lane will remain open at all times.

SMITH COUNTY, SR 25 Rockfall Mitigation

·         Now through August 2018, SR 25 will be reduced to one lane near mile marker 9.6 for rock buttress work. Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic signal.   

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-2PM, There will be temporary road closures on SR 25 for blasting operations. This operation should take no more than 30 minutes.

SUMNER COUNY, SR 109 Retaining Wall Construction from Odom's Bend to the SR 109 Bypass of South of Gallatin

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3PM, There will be temporary lane closures on SR 109 in both directions, between Odom’s Bend to the bypass, for construction activities. One lane will remain open at all times.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, I-840 Resurfacing from west of US 31 (SR 6) to near Campbell Road

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on I-840, between mile markers 27 and 32, for resurfacing work. At least one lane will remain open.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Intersection Safety Improvements at SR 106 (US 431/Lewisburg Pike) and Critz Lane

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3:30PM, There will be temporary lane closures on SR 106 near the intersection of Critz Lane for trucks hauling material on site for paving operations.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, SR 6 (Franklin Road) Grading, Drainage, and Paving from south of Moores Lane to Concord Road

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating, temporary lane closures and/or intermittent stoppages of traffic (one direction at a time) on Franklin Road, between Moores Lane and Concord Road, for various construction activities throughout.

WILSON COUNTY, SR1 09 Reconstruction from North of US 70 (SR24) to South of the Cumberland River

·         Thursday, July 5 through Thursday, July 12, 9:30AM-3:30PM, There will be periodic flagging operations along SR 109, between US 70 and the Cumberland River bridge, in order for clearing, truck crossings and utility work.  Additionally, Old LaGuardo Road will be closed for approximately three (3) hours to open cut for a waterline. Traffic will be able to use the access road north of cut.

WILSON COUNTY, SR 141 (Hartsville Pike) Widening from South of Spring Creek to North of Lovers Lane

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 6AM-6PM, There will be temporary lane closures on SR 141, between Spring Creek and Lovers Lane, for blasting and construction activities. One lane will remain open.

DAVIDSON COUNTY

·         Now through July 2018 (excluding Sundays), 9AM-3PM, There will be alternating lane closures on SR 100 at Pasquo Road for storm drainage replacement, conduit installation, and paving work. Traffic control will be utilized. One lane will remain open.

·         Thursday, July 5 and Friday, July 6, 9AM-3PM, There will be a lane closure on SR 11 (Dickerson Pike) North, between Due West Ave and SR 45 (Old Hickory Blvd), for shoulder repair work. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

·         Monday, July 9 and Friday, July 13, 8PM-6AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 12 (Rosa L Parks Blvd), between Jefferson Street and Harrison Street, for removing and pouring of new curb and gutter. One lane will remain open northbound and two lanes will remain open southbound.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY

·         Thursday, July 5, 8PM-5AM, There will be a temporary shoulder closure on I-24 East near Exit 11 for soil remediation work. Advanced warning signs will be in place.

SUMNER COUNTY

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (excluding Sunday), 9AM-3PM, There will be possible rolling roadblocks on SR 386 (Vietnam Veterans Pkwy) for blasting work at the Wynbrooke subdivision. Traffic control will be utilized.

WILLIAMSON COUNTY

·         Tuesday, July 10, 8PM-5AM, There will be a lane closure on SR 96 (Murfreesboro Road) in both directions, between SR 397 (Mack Hatcher Pkwy) and Jordan Road, for milling and paving operations. At least one lane will remain open at all times.

WILSON COUNTY

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11 (excluding weekend), 9AM-3PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on I-40 East in both directions, between mile markers 231 and 235, for blasting work.

·         Thursday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 11, 9AM-3PM, There will be rolling roadblocks on SR 109 in both directions, between Callis Road and I-40, for rock blasting/excavation. Additionally, traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions at the intersection of SR 109 and Callis Road for construction of turn lane and cross over. Flaggers will be utilized.
