District 47 - West TN - Northern
DYER, GIBSON COUNTY, VARIOUS STATE ROUTES: The retracing of painted pavement marking lines on various state routes will cause rolling lane closures.
DYER COUNTY, SR-20 (US-412): The resurfacing on SR 20 from US 51 (SR 3) to the Crockett County Line may cause temporary lane closures. Motorist should watch for crews and equipment entering and exiting roadways.
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-5: The addition of turn lanes on U.S. 45W (SR5) between Humboldt and Trenton will cause traffic to be reduced to one lane in both directions.
GIBSON COUNTY, SR-367: The resurfacing of SR 367 in Trenton will cause temporary lane closures throughout the project.
HENRY COUNTY, SR-54: The grading, drainage, construction of bridges, retaining wall and paving on SR 54 from near Rison Street to near Smith Road. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway. *Speed limit has been reduced to 35MPH.
OBION COUNTY, Future I-69 (Phase 2): Grading, drainage, construction of eight bridges on future I-69 from south of US 51 (SR 3) to south of US 45W (SR 5) will cause possible lane closures throughout the project. *Speed limit is reduced to 45 MPH through the US 51 (SR 3) portion of the project. The southbound traffic has been switched to the northbound side on SR 3 throughout the work zone, for phase 2 construction.
Restrictions: Tuesday, November 13, 2018 SR 3 has a lane shift in the north and southbound directions. Traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction with an 11’ 6” lane restriction.
OBION COUNTY, Future I-69 (Phase 3): Grading, drainage, construction of bridges and paving on future I-69 from west of SR 21to US 51 (SR 3) will cause possible lane closures throughout the project.
Beginning on Monday, July 29, 2019, weather permitting. SR 21 North will closed from Clifford Rives Road to Lindenwood Road. The closure is expected for approximately 1 year to allow the construction of the overhead Bridge on the new portion of SR 21 along with the Road & Drainage of the I-69 mainline. Northbound traffic will detour from SR 21 East onto Clifford Rives Road, then North on Bethlehem Road, West onto Lindenwood Road before proceeding North on SR 21. Southbound traffic will be in reverse order. Detour routes are posted.
OBION COUNTY, US 45W (US-51, SR-3): The repair of 6 bridges on various routes over US 45W US 51(SR 3). Motorist should watch trucks entering and exiting the roadway.
On Friday, April 5, 2019 bridges on McClard Road, Mayberry Road and Wright Road will be closed for bridge repair. Bridge repairs will cause temporary lane closures daily on SR 3. Outside lane closures on SR 3 will re-open by 6:00 p.m. daily. Temporary lane closures are possible throughout the remaining duration of the job. Construction signs are in use.
WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-22: The repair of the bridges over Mud Creek and Chestnut Branch will cause a lane closure in both directions on SR 22.
WEAKLEY COUNTY, SR-43: The repair of the bridges SR 43 over overflow will cause a lane closure in both directions on SR 43.
District 48 - West TN – Middle Southern
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-1 (US 70): The resurfacing on SR 1(US 70) from the Tipton County line to Big Muddy Creek may cause temporary lane closures. Motorist should watch for crews and equipment in the roadways.
HAYWOOD COUNTY, SR-19 (Brownsville Bypass): The construction of an I-Beam bridge along with grading, drainage, and paving may cause temporary lane closures on SR-19 (Brownsville Bypass) from east of SR-87 to west of Windrow Rd. One lane will remain open at all times. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway. Speed limit is reduced to 45 MPH within the project limits.
HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR-18: The resurfacing on SR 18 from US 64 (SR-15) to the Madison County line may cause temporary lane closures. Motorist should watch for crews and equipment in the roadways.
HARDIN COUNTY, SR-128: The grading, drainage, and paving on SR 128 from south of One Stop Drive to south of Opel Loop. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.
HENDERSON COUNTY/CARROLL, I-40: The resurfacing on I-40 from MM 115 in Henderson County to MM 120 in Carroll County.
Sunday, July 28, through Friday, August 2, 7:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: Intermittent lane closures on I-40 east and west bound from MM 115 to MM 120 for paving operations. Weather Permitting.
MADISON COUNTY, SR-186 (US 45 Bypass) and I-40: Interchange improvements on SR 186 (US 45) north and southbound from the I-40 ramps to Old Hickory Blvd for paving and construction of retaining walls. Widening of I-40 from just east of Exit 79 to just east of Exit 82.

*The closure is for crews to safely begin demolition of the I-40 bridge over Highland Avenue. The intersection of Carriage House Drive/Ridgecrest Road will be open as well as Vann Drive.
MADISON COUNTY, SR-198: The construction of a concrete box bridge on SR 198 over Bear Creek (LM 8.65) along with grading, drainage, and paving will cause temporary lane closures. Beginning April 29, 2019 there will be an 11’ width restriction and a temporary signal will be put in place. Motorists should watch for crews and equipment in the roadways.
MADISON COUNTY, SR-223: The grading, drainage, and paving on SR 223 from North of James Lawrence Rd to I-40, including Technology Center Drive. Motorists should watch for trucks entering and exiting the roadway from the construction zones and also crossing the roadways.
TDOT District 48 MAINTENANCE:
Wednesday, July 24, through Wednesday, July 31, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be possible lane closures at various locations in Region IV in order to repair pavement on an as needed basis.
MADISON COUNTY - Wednesday, July 24, through Tuesday, July 30, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on SR 20 near Country Club in Madison County east and west bound for asphalt repair. One lane will remain open at all times.
MADISON COUNTY - Wednesday, July 24, through Tuesday, July 30, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.: There will be temporary lane closures on SR 5 near Harts Bridge Rd. in Madison County southbound for asphalt repair. One lane will remain open at all times.
HARDEMAN COUNTY, SR15:

District 49 - West TN – Southwest
FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-1:
Saturday, July 27, and Monday, July 29, through Wednesday, July 31, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: There will be rolling lane closures on SR 1 in Fayette County both east and westbound from MM 0.00 to 7.86 for relensing of snow plowable markers.
FAYETTE COUNTY, SR 15:
Saturday, July 27, and Monday, July 29, through Wednesday, July 31, 8:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.: There will be rolling lane closures on SR 15 in Fayette County both north and southbound from MM 0.00 to 27.30 for relensing of snow plowable markers.
FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-18: Miscellaneous safety improvements on SR 18 at the intersection of SR 57 may cause temporary lane closures throughout the project.
FAYETTE COUNTY, SR-59:

SHELBY COUNTY, I-40: Resurfacing on I-40 from the Hernando Desoto Bridge (L.M. 1.10) to near the Wolf River Bridge (L.M. 4.95)

Wednesday, July 24 through Tuesday, July 30, 8:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.: There will be night time lane closures on SR 3 (Shelby and Tipton Counties), SR 14 (Shelby County), SR 385 (Shelby County), SR 204 (Shelby County), I-40 (Fayette and Shelby Counties), I 269 (Shelby and Fayette Counties), I 55 and I 240 (Shelby County): One lane will be CLOSED to repair damaged guardrail. THP will assist with traffic control. Weather Permitting
