FAQ & Parking Information

PARKING INFORMATION:

Shuttle parking for each day of the tours will be provided from a nearby church parking lot at Woodmont Hills Church, 3710 Franklin Rd, Nashville, TN 37204. 

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled tour time. You will park at the church lot and be shuttled to the Residence. Shuttles will also bring you back to your vehicle upon exiting the tour. Restrooms will not be available at the shuttle lot, but will be available once you arrive at the Tennessee Residence. 

Please bring a valid photo ID if possible to help expedite the check in process at the shuttle lot.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Please bring a photo ID if possible to help expedite the check in process. Children and Senior Citizens will not need a photo ID.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking for all Home for the Holidays tours is available at Woodmont Hills Church, 3710 Franklin Rd, Nashville, TN 37204.

Parking WILL NOT be available on site for the open house due to the property’s parking limitations. We please ask that all visitors park at the designated parking lot for shuttle transportation to the Tennessee Residence at Woodmont Hills Church, 3710 Franklin Rd, Nashville, TN 37204. Shuttles will transport guests from Woodmont Hills Church to the Tennesse Residence, and will return guests to their vehicles at the Woodmont Hills lot upon completion of the tour.

Shuttles will be ADA Accessible.

We recommend arriving to the shuttle lot about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. 

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Cameras are allowed on the tour; however, we please ask that camera flashes be turned off when taking photographs due to the sensitivity of the artwork.

Strollers will be accomodated at the event, both on the shuttles as well as onsite during the tours. 

Shuttles and tours are ADA accessible.

Are the tours guided? 

The tours are self-guided. Upon entering the home, you will receive a brochure with information about the home and the decorations which you can use to guide you through the tour. We will also have our team of docents and volunteers stationed throughout the tour to provide additional information and answer any questions you may have. 

Can I update my registration information or change names, timeslots, or emails of my registration?

You can update your registration information by logging into Eventbrite using the email and account information you used to sign up for your tour, going to your "Tickets" page and clicking "Edit".

Please see this helpful article from Eventbrite for more information on updating your registration. We ask that you finalize tour participants no later than 48 hours prior to your tour. The name of each visitor will be checked by security upon arrival, and it will be helpful if your list is accurate.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not need to bring your printed ticket. You reservation will be reserved under your name. Please bring a photo ID if possible to help expedite the check in process.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, the tickets are transferable; however, we please ask that your the names under your tour reservation be as accurate as possible.

Are restrooms available at the event?

Restrooms WILL NOT be available at the parking lot for shuttle transportation. Restrooms WILL be available once you arrive to the Tennessee Residence.
