§ June 6, 2013 - Nashville 2013 Employment Law Seminar
This full-day seminar is set to occur on June 6, 2013 at One Century Conference Center. 6.25 hours of CLE and HR Recertification Credit are pending - but not yet approved. The registration fee covers conference materials, continuing education credits, breakfast and lunch. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged. Registration will be available on 4/22/13 by check or credit card. For state employees: journal vouchers are no longer accepted unless they total over $1,000.00.
Topics to be covered this year include: a Fair Pay panel, Sex Discrimination (highlighting EEOC ruling on gender identity and pregnancy), THRC Per Se Violations and a Law & Legislation Update from Waverly Crenshaw. Other speakers and topics to be announced.
