John Duncan serves as the assistant commissioner over the Department of Revenue’s operations divisions: Processing, Taxpayer Services , Collection Services and Vehicle Services. John previously served as the director of the Vehicle Services Division, and he has held several management positions throughout the Department. He attended Nashville State Community College, and he has been an employee of the Department of Revenue for more than 20 years.
