Tennessee Downtown and Main Street Community Impacts

Many communities throughout the state participate in ECD’s Tennessee Downtowns and Tennessee Main Streets programs, both of which are geared towards the revitalization and management of downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts. In addition to the program benefits communities gain through participation, these communities also become eligible for additional resources offered through ECD.

The dashboard below reflects the Tennessee Downtowns or Main Streets that have received grants or consulting services through the Tennessee Downtowns or Main Street programs, the TN Placemakers Entrepreneurship Fund, the Commercial Facade or Downtown Improvement program, and/or the Historic Development Grant Program.
