Fuel Quality Waivers

In accordance with 0080-05-12-.02, the Tennessee Department of Agriculture recognizes the implementation of the USEPA waiver “Re: June 30, 2024, E15 Reid Vapor Pressure Fuel Waiver” as applicable and effective in Tennessee, June 30 – July 19, 2024.
