The Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services will hold a Rulemaking Hearing on Chapter No. 0940-06-01 Controlled Substances on June 27, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. (CDT).
Please allow enough time to proceed through security upon entering the Andrew Jackson Building. A state-issued ID is required.
