Vendor Therapy Services
Vendor Therapy Services include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology Evaluations, Psychological Assessments/Evaluations, Vision Assessments/Services, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, Board Certified Associate Behavioral Analyst, Registered Behavior Technician.
UPDATE: The Vendor Therapy Service Rate sheet has been updated as of March 5, 2024. The revised Vendor Therapy Service Rate Sheet will be effective beginning July 1, 2024.
The State is currently accepting applications for vendor therapy services. All early intervention service provider agencies who wish to provide services for children and families enrolled in TEIS after July 1, 2024 must apply this contract cycle. This includes agencies with a current contract as well as new agencies/individuals who do not have an active contract to serve children and families enrolled in TEIS.
