ElectronicTrading Partner Registration

Immunization Registry Reporting For Eligible Professionals (EPs), Eligible Clinicians (EC), Eligible Hospitals (EH) and Critical Access Hospitals (CAH)

Instructions for Electronic Data Exchange (EDE) and becoming an Electronic Trading Partner (ETP)  with the Tennessee Immunization Information System (TennIIS) .

The Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) supports Public Health Reporting in accordance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) EHR Incentive Programs or Quality Payment Programs.  See TDH Declaration of Readiness.

To register your intent to report to public health, go to Trading Partner Registration.  Trading Partner Registration (TPR) is an application that allows potential trading partners (i.e. eligible hospitals, eligible professionals, pharmacies, laboratories, and others) to register their intent to electronically exchange data with the Tennessee Department of Health (TDH).  TPR provides documentation that can be utilized for attestation and audits from end to end through the use of milestone letters documenting the on-boarding progress and the active engagement status.
